We've had an excellent experience with Right at Home since 2015 as my mother has had worsening dementia, heart disease and frequent hospitalizations. Right at Home has provided her at-home and in-hospital care (as needed). The agency has sent excellent aides to care for my mother. Most of the aides are kind, patient, and skilled, and when the personality fit wasn't quite right, they've made every effort to accommodate my mother's needs and schedule her favorite aides. During a difficult period following a stroke when my mother was fighting for more independence, the agency worked with us as we sorted out a better support schedule. I trust the agency's commitment to service and professionalism.

Right at home is a very great place to work for they're very professional & will always make sure you have an assignment to do. I really enjoy working for this company.

I found Right at Home searching the internet. We needed in home care for one of our clients. The staff there is excellent in providing what was needed and did so in a timely manner. Jordan, Jessica and Danielle are great! The caregivers are great as well. This is a great company and will continue to use them!

My step-brother was in hospice care at home and we needed nursing care during his last few days because his roommate was not equipped to care for him. I called Right At Home on a Friday evening and they had a nurse there for a 12-hour shift beginning at 9PM that night, as well as the next 2 days scheduled. When we decided not to have a nurse during the day on Sunday, they were fine with that. I felt the staff they provided were excellent and I felt very supported by the coordinators I spoke with on the phone. They just knew exactly how to be of service in a way that made me feel that they cared.

Caregiver is observant and helpful, does the little things

The agency was easy to work with and was able to accommodate our needs.The lady sent to my home was a very courteous person. She had such a good heart and cared for my husband very well. She did a great job helping me around the house.

I am a past client of this provider We used Right at Home for my mom, and they were very good. We would use them again if we need to. They were able to provide a caregiver a day after we called them. She was very friendly and helpful; anything we asked her to do, she did.

We are totally pleased with this home care agency. Everything has worked out very well. My brother has adjusted well to the caregivers coming to the house to help him out. The caregivers are wonderful, they are very helpful, and always there ready to work. It has been a good experience and we are very happy.

When I needed help with my 92 year old mother-in-law, Right at Home was prompt, courteous, and send a caregiver to our home in a day. I was impressed. I no longer need them because we now fall under CCAC, but I would not hesitate to recommend their service to anyone.

The staff have made my mother feel very comfortable and safe in her own home. They are very punctual and offer to help my mother with anything she needs. The office staff are excellent at following up with me and identifying any issues that may exist.

Right at Home has done an absolutely fabulous job for us, they really saved us in a tough situation! They've got some really great caregivers working for them, and they've been able to take care of everything we needed them for. I wish they'd pay the caregivers more, though!

We have been very pleased with Right @ Home. From our telephone conversations with Melissa on several occasions to ask questions to the first visit with her at my Mother's home has been a wonderful experience. The lady (Diana) Melissa chose to be with my 93 year old mother is perfect. My mother being rather stubborn in what she wants and rejects change has certainly "changed" her attitude towards Diana she actually looks forward to her visits every Thursday. In fact my mother actually let her do some light housework while she was there. Something my Mother would not permit before when Diana came to see her. I would highly recommend Right at Home to anyone. Thank you Melissa for being such a warm and caring person, you made the interview and choice so easy. I sent my information to you and within minutes I had a call to discuss what requirements I needed and the information that same day.

I'm so far Impressed with the service that we are getting from Right at Home of Southern Penn. for my mother. It the beginning stages of the process so I know it's gonna take some time for her to adjust to someone new coming in and helping out, but we needed this as much as she needed it. The staff that has come in has been nice and very friendly no complaints there. They really make it a stress free process and answered all my questions they walk you through everything. They are also insured also so I don't have to worry about accidents with my mother. I can't say enough nice things about the agency they are really doing a great job I would recommend them my family and friends.

My in laws are not completely thrilled with having someone come into the home although they need the assistance. The staff from Right at Home have been very easy to deal with and understand the different emotions that come with dealing with seniors. Adrienne and Sarah have been great and with time we're hoping my mother in law will adjust.
