The community is having some trouble with staffing, we have heard they are loosing people, however the people who are there are extremely friendly. Our loved one has always been a picky eater so sometimes they like the food and other times not so much but overall its pretty good. We also think the value for cost is great.

It is definitely a friendly place. It is a good fit for my loved one. There are times the rooms smells. It would be nice to have more staff promptness. The activities include include socialization, daily activities, art and crafts, mini golf, and others for the residents to choose from.

They are doing more activities, and they have finally opened up the visitation for families. Talking with the director and other resident made a good first impression. Our main concerns was finding a place where our loved one would be able to have their freedom to walk around and wander, but still have that supervision and this community offered that supervision

We chose Greenfield because they specialized in dementia and we met with them and they seemed like they knew what they were doing. I do think that communication to families is something they could have improved on. They were pretty up front and transparent about things and openly expressed how many covid cases that they had in the facility. Overall I would recommend to others who are looking.

The community is currently changing management and they really treat us well and are acuminating. Communication between the staff and our family is good and they keep us well informed

We are impressed that right when you walk through the front doors of the community you are not hit with any fowl smells, but we do wish our loved ones room was more clean. The staff members there are wonderful, and our loved one seems content enough. He says they take good care of him. We do understand these are unusual times, but our families biggest complaint would be the lack of communication. Sometimes we leave messaged over and over and we never receive a response back.

This is a great place. The people are you meet with are amazing. So is the living conditions. So clean and warm. The residents are all smiles and love this place.

It's a good facility, but like most, it has a few issues. The carpet was dirty and needed to be replaced because it had a urine smell. The room size was adequate and the food was adequate but they did have a good variety. I would recommend this community to others.

I would recommend Chateau Brickyard to a friend looking for options. Cost was good. Location was good. Food was adequate. Staff was very friendly. They have one entrance in the front and it was inconvenient to use the back entrance. It would be better with a little more access.

Lovely facility and decor, very homey. Patients interacting with staff. Rooms have only a bed and night stand, no cable or WiFi. They have motion detectors in rooms which alert staff to patient activity, but also set off audible alarms. Didn’t see a menu. Activities for patients seem to be an important part of program. Staff/patient ratio seemed good.

This center was pretty new and updated. All the staff and the residents were saw seems happy. We were impressed with Thenewness of it,but it seemed too big. I think my father would do better in a smaller facility.

We went on a tour here and it was beautiful. The staff was nice and answered all of our questions. I was a little disappointed with the director. We set appointment up and drove 40 minutes to get there and when we arrived he said "Well you can't actually go in because of the construction" it wasn't due to open till December and then proceeded to tell me "I should have called but i wanted you to see the community." So we looked through the windows my mom was automatically turned off from this place because of that, but it is a nice new community.

This facility is very sophisticated looking and they look more like condos. It was a very upper crust community and it didn’t feel as homey to me. The staff was okay and they offer a lot of activities like bingo and exercise. It is a lot more expensive here and they weren’t comparable to what the needs of my Mom are. I would recommend this community to other families.

The staff members here are very helpful, friendly, and personable. They actually try to get my Father involved in all of the activities. From what he has told me, the food is hit or miss and it seems to be more institutionalized. One thing that I like is that the food is included with his care. For activities, they offer trips to town, bingo, games, live entertainment, and they take them to go whale watching. Even though a lot of the residents are older than my dad, he seems happy here. I would recommend this community.

When I was first looking for a place for my Father, I needed a community that was really close in proximity. When I first found this place I loved it. Everything here is fantastic. The people and staff have been great. This is the best place that I’ve found that specializes in Alzheimer’s care.

My dad is so much happier being here and knowing that I am so much more relaxed knowing he is being taken care of. He is around people all day long the staff does not let the residents go back to their rooms they keep them busy with activities and other events. His quality of life as far as his attitude has improved 100x over. The staff is overwhelming compassionate they care so much about the residents they take time to get to know them and their personalities. Dad seems to like the food I personally don't care for it. I think the lighting could be a little better in the rooms and the activity area however it is perfect in the lobby. that area has a homey feel to it. I would recommend this community to anyone.

This is a nice looking community. The people I met were friendly. This is a larger community and we did not think this would work for our loved one.

We love that we have such a short distance to travel to visit my dad at Pheasant Run Alzheimer's Special Care Center. It is a beautiful and well-maintained community. We had dined there for lunch with my dad and the food was very good. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and caring and attentive to his care needs and very welcoming to us when we come to visit. They also allow us to bring our dog to come and visit dad too! There are plenty of activities that the staff encourages the residents to participate if they wish to.They have a big courtyard and a patio with rocking chairs to enjoy the outdoors. We would highly recommend this community to others.

My sister has only been in the Stratford 3 weeks but so far I am very satisfied.

We're fine with this community. The needs for my parent is pretty high level of care and she is getting good care. It is clean and they are doing fine for the residents. I have no issues with them. I get updates, communication, and follows up when anything happens. I picked them because they are smaller and contained very well.
