Overall we have been very pleased with the Arbor Landing and the value for the money. They do have a number of activities for the residents there, our loved one enjoyed the recent concert they had. They have a beautiful dining room but right now the food is just not the best but they are working on making those adjustments. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

I really like the staff. They are very welcoming and really made an effort to make my mom feel welcome. They even allow pets, I believe. The facility is clean. The meals are good, even a little bit nicer than some other places. My only complaint is that they only have two washers and dryers available, so that could be a great change/improvement. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Our family had an in person tour and the staff were wonderful, we did love the place and the people were very thorough we would of had no problem putting our loved one there. However it was right on the main road so you could hear the traffic and they just did not really have any outdoor walking spaces or benches to sit on.

They are amazing. I recommended to someone else who was looking for a place. They have been amazing-kind, and helpful. It's a fairly new place but everything is wonderful.

This was a good community. My loved one wanted to be closer to their hometown in another state.

Arbor Ridge is very friendly and resident oriented. I feel like my mom is in very good hands there. The leadership is always available and genuinely interested in the residents.

I looked at 4 other places and it was night and day difference. First impression when you walk in is huge, Arbor Ridge did not have the nursing home feel or smell. It is sparkling new and beautifully maintained so it feels like you are walking into a very nice hotel. My dad is in independent living but I looked at assisted as well. The apartments are spacious and very well laid out, they have a lot of smart technology there and have alexas in each apartment. They have smart locks so residents do not have a key to the apartment they have fabs. They have those sensors all around the building so it is very safe. They have housekeeping once a week and they only allow you to skip one week and that is included in the price too. There are full sized refrigerators and you have 2 burners but no oven, it is a really big kitchen. They do have all 3 levels of are so my dad can age in place, I am excited about that. The staff are very nice and responsive, that goes from the directors on down. They have not dropped the ball on anything that I have asked them. They have physical therapy that is offered on site and my dad goes and really enjoys it. They have call buttons in the bedrooms, inside of the shower, near the toilet, AND each resident gets a watch to wear as well. This is included in the money that you pay, that was something that other places did not have. They have a maintenance man that will set up your TV, hang your pictures, curtains, etc. which was a big help. There are plenty of activities and they have a van that is able to take residents to appointments they may have. There is a pickle ball court and they also have a grassy area for your pets, only small dog breeds are allowed and it is a hefty fee to have them there but they are all well behaved. The food could use improvement, I think they are having difficulty with kitchen help and there is inconsistency in the quality and they are working on it. I would absolutely recommend Arbor Ridge at Huntersville to others.

We chose Arbor Landing because it was very clean, the residents looked happy, and they had 7 activities a day on the calendar. They also got great ratings from the state. The staff are very helpful and made the whole move in process smooth. The director of the memory care unit is great with the residents and keeps them engaged. I would recommend them to others looking.

Everything has been great. So far they really seem to be attentive to our loved one's needs. They even had a birthday party for her. They really seem to go above and beyond and try to make their residents feel at home as much as possible. They take care of the place and keep it clean. They always seem to have activities going on that are geared toward what each induvial needs as well as what the majority of them want to be doing.

I chose Arbor Landing Surfside because the facility is beautiful and even during the brief during the staff was fantastic. They have made the whole experience great. They do everything that they can to accommodate the residents, even to a point to the maintenance people instead of just taking care of the facility will help you with personal things like hanging pictures. They really have the residents best interest at heart. The apartments were much bigger than I had expected them to be. I would absolutely recommend Arbor Landing to others.

If you're interested in coming, come enjoy it here. Everything here is nice, and the staff are good to work with. If there is an issue they straighten it out quickly. The staff communication with the residents is very well. The meals and dining are good. There are choices to choose from for meals. If you need medication management, or assistance with bathing the community is able to provide this type of care and others.

The staff here are so nice, I would give them much higher than a 5 if I could. I feel at home here and love everyone. They have more activities than I am able to do, there is something going on all the time. The apartments are a nice size, the washers and dryers are not in the units but are down the hallway. I settled in very well and would be happy to recommend Arbor Landing at Surfside to others.

I have been very pleased with everything so far, and it did not take me long to get comfortable here. I really do enjoy the activities there is something always going on during the week for those who want to participate. Based on the experience I have had so far I would recommend this community to other families.

The Arbor Landing community is just gorgeous, it is so clean and the staff members are fabulous. They really understanding the needs of senior citizens and people in this stage in life. The staff really meet their needs successfully and based on the experience we have had so far with Arbor Landing we would recommend them to other families.

I think the friendliness and the way the staff cares about their residents is something that really sticks out. There is nothing that my mom ever needs that she does not get. The apartment sizes are great, they do have a variety to choose from. My mom has the one bedroom and it is very comfortable and has high end finishes. They have several different washer and dryer units around the building. I would highly recommend Arbor Landing at Surfside to other families looking.
