I was able to tour this community for a loved one, I was blown away at the decor, activities, and overall community. I highly recommend this location for a loved one. The food was even better, we had the baked cod!!!

Paul Spring Community is not like any other senior community. As soon as you step in, it has a sense of home. Every staff member is so kind, respectful and professional. The residents seemed so happy and well cared for. I wouldn't look any further for a senior community. I highly suggest in getting a personalized tour, have lunch with a resident and perhaps stay for an activity. They have ample of activities that are available to the community.

The atmosphere is always positive and happy, very helpful and understanding, very clean. Lots of activities, good food, and helpful. In one word, I am happy here. Recommend highly!!!

My neighbor was in need of assisted living after a fall that landed her in rehab. We assisted with the search because she has no family in the area. It was such an interesting experience touring multiple facilities. The ultimate decision was hers but we told her about our tours and shared videos/pictures etc. The marketing director and nurse helped us through all the steps and made it so easy. They even picked her up on move in day! They really went above and beyond for her. We now visit and love every second we spend there. Please go check them out because they really are the best.

Overall, the operations here are well. There may be a bump in the road every once in awhile, but nothing goes unresolved for a lengthy period of time.

The staff is very caring and considerate. They truly have the residents best interest. Their passion is evident in the community and it makes it a joy to be here. The employees hold a high level of respect for the residents.

The community here at Paul Spring speaks for itself. Talk to the residents who live here, spend time with the people who work here. Paul Spring feels like home, I have an emotional connection to this place as I once lived across the street.

We arrived at Paul Spring years ago out of necessity although we were pleasantly surprised by the community. My wife and I along with other residents feel like this is truly our home. As a resident I feel safe here.

I moved my parents in on quite short-notice while on a visit home when I realized they were not coping on their own anymore. Their needs were immediately taken into consideration and they were made to feel very welcome and cared-for. Even as dad´s health declined, he was well cared for and all efforts were made to keep him active and comfortable. The staff also looked out for mom to ensure she was participating in activities and were instrumental in helping her begin to get along without him. All staff is incredibly helpful and caring and the environment is very much like a home since a small and intimate community.

My mom and dad toured the Wellington and were beyond impressed. It’s a beautiful building and the people are friendly and welcoming. It’s worth the time to tour! My dad was particularly impressed with the activity offerings and the university style programming.

This is the best location I have ever visited for memory care - I was blown away with the staff, location, and events they host. I would be 100% okay with my family coming to the Wellington. Awesome staff!!

I came to the Wellington for an event and the food and staff were awesome. I was able to spend a lot of time at the Wellington and it was perfect. The residents were very happy and I could tell they are happy with were they live.

I am a resident here. My experience at Paul Spring Community has been friendly, compactable, and I can have my independence when I want. I highly recommend this community for anyone looking for senior options!

I visited Bay Lake for an open house last week and was thoroughly impressed with the renovations but most of all the warm and inviting atmosphere. The residents appear delighted with the new decor but more importantly the the overall service provided by the staff at the community. Look forward to working with this energetic and service minded team at Bay Lake!

The Wellington is a lovely scenic community. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained. You can look out your apartment window and watch the deer frolicking. The staff genuinely cares about the residents. The food is sumptuous and the dining staff knows your name. I recommend this community those who desire comfort, beauty and serenity.

Heatherwood has exceeded my expectations in so many ways. My loved one gets exceptional care. Everyone is so nice and truly cares about the residents. I highly recommend Heatherwood to anyone looking for Independent Living, Assisted Living or Memory Care.

I moved my dad down to Virginia Beach from Northern Virginia mainly because of Bay Lake. [name removed], [name removed]and the rest of the front office staff immediately made me feel like my dad was a priority and that his needs were of the utmost importance to them. From the tour to the move in date everything was simple, easy, friendly, welcoming, and enjoyable. My dad loves living at Bay Lake and I love the support the staff and nurses provide. I can’t recommend this place enough!

We took a tour of The Barrington at Hioaks during our search for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. This facility was great! The cleanliness and friendliness were great! The atmosphere and our tour guide were also very good.

I visited Aarondale after I toured 3 other communities and I think I found the best place for my mom. I loved that this community is smaller, staff knows the residents well and truly cares about them. I met the activities director who was full of light and joy when she talked about the programs they offer. I was so happy to hear that they have a writing program. While I was touring they had a musical entertainer who made the community so lively. I plan to move my mom in next month.
