Tour was informative and very helpful while trying to decide on a caring place for my mother.

My mom has been here since [date removed]. She is on memory care unit. The staff is great. She now goes out of her room for every meal and has gained 11 lbs. Plus she enjoys the activities they have. She has done a 100% turn around in 2 1/2 months. GREAT JOB Woodland Hills staff!

I didn’t know much about assisted living, but visiting here opened my eyes to what life could be like for my parents. No child wants to say that they can’t take care of their loved ones, but coming here brought me so much peace. The staff, the food, the atmosphere- it was all so welcoming! I see they are doing renovations too. Once they are ready, my parents will definitely be coming here

From the minute you walk in the door you feel very welcomed. Everybody from the employee's down to the residents were very very nice. I would definitely move in there when I am ready for independent or Assisted Living

Tour scheduled online and was very easy and efficient. The initial meeting was very informative and guided toward potential needs Facility is set up with a lot of thought and allows for varying levels of care.

Very nice, especially like that as care needs advance, steps are in place for the residents to get that level of care without having to move again. Also, activities are varied for different interests.

My visit was changed from Tuesday to Saturday. It was a good visit. I am not ruling this out as a placement. Staff was very helpful and the roommate suite would be great as to size and would accommodate my sister's needs. It is large building with 4 floors and my major concern would be her learning to get around. Even on a Saturday, I saw very few residents which made me wonder if the population was low. I expected to see more going on.

My parents were very happy with their visit to Paul Spring, and the location is perfect since it is just a few miles from several of their children. Some of the apartments are very small, but they had one large one available which should work out fine.

Very nice comprehensive care. Friendly staff. Made us feel comfortable (when the time comes).

Love this place! The only reason we have chosen Sunrise of Springfield over Heatherwood is because we are attracted to Sunrise's open layout vs long, straight hallways. It is our second choice, however.
