During my tour, I was impressed by the range of amenities offered, catering to a variety of interests and lifestyles. The wellness programs, dining options, and recreational activities available make living at The Wellington truly enjoyable and fulfilling. One of the highlights of my visit was the outstanding culinary experience. The food at The Wellington is absolutely delicious, with a diverse menu featuring fresh, flavorful dishes prepared by talented chefs.

We loved the tour we had during our time at Paul springs. The building looks clean and collected. Staff seem friendly. Residents look happy and they have a surprising amount of activity going on during the day!

Heatherwood is such a wonderful community. The staff here is very great with every resident. Always go above and beyond for them. There is always something for a resident to do. Puzzles, pool table, movie theater, library, gym and there’s always an activity. The meals are great. The culinary staff does an amazing job.

The Wellington is beautiful! During our tour we noticed the residents seemed interactive and happy. They seem to have a good schedule to keep them entertained. I enjoyed our tour, the food smells amazing the the building looks clean.

We toured this community and was offered to stay for lunch. It was delicious and the staff were very friendly! It is clean and very bright. It feels welcoming and homey. I would recommend taking a tour here!

We have found it to be ideal. All of the staff has been great. The food is amazing. Calendar full of activities. PCP on site. Prescriptions are filled on site. We couldn't be happier

I highly recommend doing a lunch tour with [name removed], their marketing director. Not only was she informative about the community, but we have a very tasty lunch too! We had shrimp cocktail, a house salad, a mushroom and swiss burger, and even dessert! The community was very gracious with inviting us to one of their upcoming events, and we certainly will be back for it!

I recently had the opportunity to tour the Barrington at Hioaks, and I was blown away by everything this property offers. It's true what they say about not judging a book by its cover, as this is apparent in the oldest Hioaks care facility. One of the standout features for me was the availability of amenities and services that truly go above and beyond. One particular aspect that caught my attention was the on-site hairstylist who accepts outside appointments and clients. This level of convenience and flexibility is a testament to the Barrington's dedication to meeting residents' needs. Additionally, the private gym instructors who come at an affordable cost make it easy for residents to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. In touring, the Barrington at Hioaks, the newly renovated community, which is now under RUI ownership, I was wowed by the new transformation! Not only are the aesthetics gorgeous, the apartments ones I would consider! RUI's signature programs (at all their locations) such as Luxe, FIT, Meals, RUI University, Leash for Life which allows the residents to keep their pets, are all wonderful programs! Residents were engaging, happy and so wonderful! Their memory program, Inspiritas, was a great area! View the community for yourself!

Visited this community and didn’t realize how beautiful this place actually was. The residents were so pleasant and the team was very helpful in showing me around. Great work Heatherwood team and community as a whole.

I love this community. It's so nice and clean, and the staff is really friendly. I looked at several and this one had the warmest, most attentive staff. I couldn't be happier and recommend that anyone looking for an assisted living place look here!

Mom seemed very pleased with our tour at Ashleigh. She seemed to enjoy the amenities offered and really liked the size of the room. Residents seem happy. Staff were very nice. I’d genuinely recommend this place.

The staff were extremely caring and invested in my mom from the moment they met her and took very good care of her. We were told we could reach out anytime and business cards for the various positions were available. They were extremely patient and understanding with the move in process, considering the furniture arrived later than it was supposed to. Once furniture arrived, the process went smoothly. Additionally, the food was fantastic. I would recommend this facility to others.

This is beautifully kept community. I have known many friends over the years who have lived here and were very satisfied. It seems a lot of the staff members stay, which is always a plus. Bay Lake will be at the top of my list when I am ready for a retirement home.

This is a very nice senior living. Everyone was friendly from the second you walked in the door. The food was delicious and my friend has only great things to say since she has moved here. Great job Bay Lake! I will be back.

This community was recently bought by retirement unlimited which is the same company that owns another community I have been looking at, [name removed]. Walked in for an unscheduled tour and the marketing director [name removed] was gracious to take time out of her day to walk us around. I was very impressed by the touch screen TV they have which allowed us to look at different floorpans before talking a walk. It helped us narrow down our search. Everyone we encountered was very friendly!

This is a very lovely community. I have a dear friend who lives here that I visit often and everyone is always very welcoming and friendly. The meals are delicious and they have lots of activities for the residents. This is a great place!

My husband and I arrived at Seascape, we initially lived in assisted living together, but I knew eventually he would move over to memory care. I chose this community so that my husband could readily move into memory care when that time came. I now live on the first floor in Independent living, so it very convenient for my husband and I to share our time together. The amenities such as the RUI FIT classes, art programs, lectures from RUI U, and twice weekly happy hours we find very attractive and fulfilled our needs. The cuisine is excellent and the chef is very accommodating to your needs. Housekeeping staff ensures that our apartments are cleaned weekly and remain spotless. It has been a special and unique experience to live here amongst our peers.
