The moment you walk into Lobby, it is glamorous and open. The Community is very clean and well lit. They have a wonderful dining experience and courtyard that has full access. Their team and staff are very kind and truly look to assist in any way they can. They make you feel welcome! I highly recommend taking a tour at your earliest convenience!!

Outstanding welcome! Very professional staff. Beautiful facility. Facility picked up my mom from [community name removed] where my mother lived for almost 3 years. My mother got the red carpet treatment as she entered the building.

Everyone has been so kind and sweet to me, the same ladies that toured me and my family at the beginning are still coming to check in on me. I feel very special and that I chose the right place to move in to. Everyone is so nice, and I tell that to everyone I see, it means the world to me to be treated so great.

I am somewhat new to living here and everyone has been so friendly and welcoming to me. I really feel at home here. Someone has come to my apartment everyday to tell me about the activities that are going to happen and personally invite me.

I like that they always have different options to eat for everyday. But they also have a menu that is available 24/7 so if you don't like one of the specials, there is always going to be something you like. It's like going to a restaurant for all of your meals and I like that I am able to eat with my neighbors and socialize.

I love that I have the opportunity to go to so many different activities every day. They have educational classes, fitness programs, arts & crafts, etc. There is always something that I am interested in doing.

Very informative, patient, kind & showed general concern for our mother's specific needs.

I get my hair done every week and I love the salon they have here. They just made it bigger and added newer things and I couldn't be happier. I really like that I can just call the front desk to make an appointment and then they will also call to remind me about that appointment. It's really nice here and I really like it.

I really like that when I moved into this community, I was still able to keep my cat. Most places that do let you have a pet charge you a really high pet fee every month. I couldn't imagine leaving my sweet baby just so I could live here. They even have a pet care program here so if I wasn't able to change her litter the staff would do it for me.

I really like the location of this community. It is really close to Chippenham hospital, and a bunch of doctor's offices so it makes getting to my appointments very easy because they are just down the road. We are also close to Midlothian Turnpike which means there are a lot of stores and restaurants close by too! Really Convenient!

I have somewhat recently moved into this community and so far it is very nice. I really like how the dining room is set up like a restaurant. The servers will come to me to ask what I want to eat. Everyone has been really nice and helpful.

How could you walk through this community and not want to move-in??? It's like a smaller version of a CCRC without the big buy in which makes it even better. It has all of the activity spaces you could want and programs that set this community apart from others in the area.

Paul Spring Retirement Community in Alexandria is the best-assisted living in the area! It is like a mini Ritz Carlton. [name removed] is THE BEST OF THE BEST!! [name removed] treats the residents as if they are part of her family . [name removed] and the wonderful Paul Spring team strive for the best at all times! Keep up the amazing job!
