Our loved ones have been at living at The Westmont since it opened, and they have enjoyed every minute of it. The activities are out of this world! [name removed], [name removed]and [name removed] are fantastic and plan activities accordingly. My parents are never bored. [name removed], [name removed]and [name removed]are wonderful team members who truly enjoy taking care of their patients. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous community with a variety of programs and amenities for their residents. The staff treats their residents with a high level of dignity and respect. They have a variety of signature programs to keep their residents engaged. I highly recommend taking a tour!

My parent stayed at the Westmont for one month and everyone was extremely helpful to make it a positive stay for them. From the beginning with the tour to signing up to the nursing staff and maintenance was an A+ experience. There was always a helpful staff member at the concierge .The dining hall has an exceptional menu of meals or daily selections to offer. Everyday there is flyer waiting at your door on the daily activities aswell as a monthly newsletter. I can not say enough how the whole team communicated extremely well to give my parent a red carpet experience. Yes they really rolled out the red carpet on the first day entering in to the Westmont.. Thank you and please thank everyone at the Westmont for a caring, kind and exceptional experience for my parent's stay.

Went here for a tour for my grandmother, the information given was very helpful. Full of different options for different situations. Friendly and professional staffing and it's clean! Everywhere! Multiple activities and programs available to keep the residents busy.

A top notch community with stellar care! We visited a few months back with our family from out of state. They are not quite ready to move in yet, but were very impressed by the amenities, the friendly team members and the surrounding community.

Such a nice community with caring and considerate staff. Beautiful amenity spaces and the kitchens in the apartment are so bright and modern. The white granite and white cabinets really help to open up the space.

Staff is always wonderful, and couldn't be better! The care team always takes good care of us! {name removed] runs fit exercises. [names removed] are wonderful in the dining area.

Wonderful place, everyone is so friendly and there is always so many activities for the residents to do. The exercise classes offered are great and the same classes are offered in memory care as well.

I went to The Hidenwood in Newport News. I like that the bedrooms weren't small. They had little suites where they had a little refrigerator, a little living room area, and a little bedroom area. I liked that it was roomy, and it seemed more like a little apartment. I also like that they don't separate the men from the women. They could eat together, and they could do everything together. I like that they mix the genders. They have a bigger facility. They have like three floors, so the patients can get on the elevator and go where they want to go. On the memory care side, when they were eating, they were all talking as they greeted me like, 'Hey, hello.' As I noticed these patients, were interacting with each other, and smiling and greeting the staff. They were all friendly together, and I like that. I looked at the menu and they had choices. They got to pick between three things that they might want to eat, and the food looked pretty good. It was lunchtime, so they were all eating.

The Hidenwood Community is great. I think it's a very kind place. I feel my father is very well taken care of. And the apartment is cute.

Staff and residents extremely caring, knowledgeable and friendly. Common areas kept impeccably clean. Quality of care outstanding. Meals and dining super diverse and high quality. And plenty of activities. We are more than satisfied!

My mom liked Westmont at Shortpump and actually knew a few people that live here. The location was great and next to shopping and a couple of churches she goes to are nearby. It was more expensive and she just felt it was a little too "glitzy" for her which we as her family were shocked. It was a great tour and when I stopped by for more information they were attentive. It was just not the right fit for her.

Super impressed with this community. The love and care shown to the residents on a daily basis is remarkable! I highly recommend this community. The food was amazing, smelled fresh and everyone was super friendly.

Beautiful community with a wonderful and friendly staff. They have great signature programs. The RUI University offers professional teachers and classes available to residents and open to those in the local community- its a wonderful program. Highly recommend.

Visited a number of facilities and The Westmont is our favorite. The amenities are great; the staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly and personable.
