We are currently residents at Regency on Whidbey. It is pricey, but I think it is worth it. I do kind of wish there were more activities. The activities that they have are good, but I think my husband would benefit from more. They do a good job though inviting my husband to participate in the activities, and I really like that. They are very courteous, addressing him by name. They make sure he gets all the meals that he needs.

my mother has been at Ochoco Village for a couple years now and she loves it their. The staff their are great with my mom. She loves the activities that they have to offer. She always loved going to Bi-mart on lucky number Tuesday's, and they go out ever week. They also went to the Crook County Fair last year and my mom was so happy that she was able to go and see all of the animals at the fair. They have a newer administrator named Joann who takes time out of her day and has lunch with the residents on a weekly basis and askes them a bunch of questions and listens to their needs and wants and then comes up with solutions based on their needs and wants. Joanne goes above and beyond to make sure that her residents are taken care of. In our last care conference I told her that my mom enjoys going for walks when the weather is good and Joanne told us that she will bring walking shoes to work and she and my mom will go on a weekly walks when the weather turns nice. I thought to myself " that is really going above and beyond to make sure my moms needs are being met. I would highly recommend this place. The food is great, my moms room is always clean. The building is clean and you can see that the girls take pride in their work. The prices are really affordable. If you are thinking of a place to put your mom and dad stop in and take a tour of this building, you will not be sorry.

I am moving my mom in May, the remodel looks amazing. We had lunch their and the food was awesome. The cook came out and asked us what we thought about the meal, that's going above and beyond where she is now. When touring the room it was recently remodeled with nice appliances, new carpet, the view out the window was mountains. The administrator and nurse took time to awnser all of our questions, I even called him back with a few more questions. They gave me a great deal 50% off move in fees and offered to help me physically move my mom in to their community due to the fact that I have a small car. The administrator offered to use their community bus and come and load everything up as long as I had it all boxed up. I feel that they go above and beyond to take care of their residents. My mom hates change but she is super excited to move in to the heights. I would recommend looking here when making a decision. The price I was quoted was over 1000.00 cheaper than what we are paying for now between the price of rent and her points that she is currently paying. It's well worth checking it out, you won't regret it

Just toured the building in March, making plans for my mom who recently lost her husband. The building is beautiful inside with the recent remodel. The room that I toured had stainless steel appliances, hard word floors it was really warm and inviting. We are going to be moving mom in at The Heights in May. She is so excited, the food was amazing! The administrator and nurse took 2 1/2 hours and sat down and visited with us and went over everything in great detail and lengths. We were not pressured for time or money at all. They have a very friendly and willing to help with any and all my mom's needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am so happy with the way the caregivers and staff treat my mother, When she was living at home she never wanted to go out of her house and now that she is living at Ochoco Assisted Living, she attends all of the activities, plays bingo. There has been a big change in the way my mother socializes now.

My mother has lived at Sun Terrace Prosser for Several Years now and while I may not get out to see her as much as I like we speak on the phone daily. Her feedback has been nothing but positive! She had a stroke several years ago and relies heavily on Sun Terrace for physical support. She is still very bright and participates in many of the activities they have. The staff at Sun Terrace has always been very open with my family, they keep in touch and let me know anything that is going on with mom. I decided to write this review because upon talking to mom today she mentioned that last night they had a midnight bingo for New Years Eve, and while she did not attend it amazes me that a senior living community is willing to go above and beyond to the point of staffing employees there to ensure the residents continue to enjoy life. During my visits the staff have always been wonderful, their food tastes homemade (I was hesitant to eat being a senior care facility but it's actually very good!) Mom is happy and the care is superb. They recently had a change in managers and while the facility has always been great for us he has brought a very upbeat, positive, attitude to the facility. My mother loves the way he spends time with the residents and works with the staff. From my family we would like to recommend Sun Terrace Prosser to anyone that is looking for a care facility for their loved ones.

I love that mom always has something to do. They do a good job keeping her very active. She can come and go as she pleases - not like she is sequestered there. She loves the food, and is really just having a really good overall experience.

They are 100% great! My dad is very happy where he is, and we are happy too. Parkview is perfect! We don't have any concerns, the staff is good, and it's clean.

I brought my step mother, my mom, from Colorado to Hawaii a couple of months ago to live at the Regency...she absolutely loves it :) My mother has put on about 10lbs because of the wonderful food:). The Regency has activities all day that keep her active..it is wonderful to see her so involved in things. Mom has become quite the social butterfly! The staff at the Regency are so friendly and helpful... The assisted living home she was at in Colorado was less expensive but you get what you pay for. Mom stayed in her room most of the time at the other place but like I stated earlier, Mom is never in her room at the Regency :), she is always out and about doing all the things available to do! I feel strongly that being at the Regency has given mom a new outlook on things, she smiles and laughs a lot! I feel that the Regency was the right choice and I hope if anyone is able to come to the Regency, they will never regret that choice. You only live one life so I feel you should make it the best you can. I can never thank the people enough who keep the Regency the wonderful place it is. These people who manage the Regency are the best! Thank you from my mother and me :)

They are doing a great job. They are clean, and friendly, and responsive and attentive. They have something going everyday there. The food is pretty good, I think it maybe they could use more variety in their choices. They were hands down better than everywhere else we checked. They were so friendly, and so informative, and gave us lots of information. The salesperson I spoke with, didn't seem to be trying to "pitch me", and she was very accommodating.

Just perfect! Beautiful building with a very caring staff.

No problems at all! It seems like a good value. So far what they offer for activities is a good match for what my loved one wants to do. It seems like a very nice place. My loved one is very happy with this community. It being single story this is good for her.

She likes the food, she says it's a lot better than the rehab place she was at. She enjoys the company of the other residents so far. They have been flexible regarding her pet.

My mother-in-law loves to go on the outings, and she likes to participate in the group activities inside the building. She doesn't really need much assistance, but they do help with meds. The food is probably around a three, could be just our taste, but it's just ok. It is just really a good value. She has her own one bedroom apartment with a beautiful view. We shopped around on Oahu and there were places double the price that seemed to be otherwise the same. They have really worked with us - they let one of my brother-in-laws stay with her for a month in the community to determine if she was a flight risk. They really go above and beyond.

Fox Hollow is one of the best places in Bend. It's a good place but I'm not sure if it's the best for someone with dementia but I think that they are growing their ability to care for dementia. My mom has dementia so we've had to work with occupational therapist and with teaching the staff how tot work with people who have dementia. The staff is amazing. They've had the same person running the facility for seven or eight years. They have the normal amount of turnover, like any place, but everyone seems to be very kind and the food is excellent! We toured all the places in Bend and Fox Hollow was the only one that made sure we ate there. I'm hoping that as my mother progresses in her dementia they will grow in their ability to care for her.

Facility was impressive and the tour was comprehensive in order to get enough information to make an educated decision.

Parkview Estates has been a superb placement for my mom. She needs some care yet they afford independence for her. Beautiful facility, Excellent meals, activities and caring personnel. They take time to learn about the person who lives there and their family. They make special accomodations for the family if there is a special occasion. Housekeeping is excellent. Always ready to answer questions and correct things that are not right. I would highly recommend this facility. It is almost like living in a hotel.

Parkview Estates is a very clean community that offers good prices which they can adjust to try and help your needs. They have a lot of activities to keep the residents busy if they choose to participate. The staff and residents are friendly and helpful. The residents seem to really be happy and several months later they are still happy. It is in a good location and is really a very attractive community. They have two small flower gardens outside and the interior is very nicely decorated. They also have nice places for residents to walk so they can get some exercise. We are very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone.

We are so, so happy! The staff is probably the main reason we chose Parkview Estates. They are so helpful and so kind. It's beautiful and very clean. She has a third story room with views of the hills and sky.

It is a good place for someone that needs this type of care. They are currently under the pandemic restrictions and they are handling it well.
