Great place for my father. Facility is clean and functional. Staff is professional, and truly enjoy working with the patients. Clean, airy and bright spaces are everywhere along with outside courtyards. My dad enjoyed his 2 years there and I enjoyed having peace of mind that he was being taken care of.

Ever so grateful for this wonderful compassionate facility. Kind, loving staff; clean, attractive environment; great residents who are treated with dignity and respect - couldn't ask for more. Thanks for ALL you do.

We are new to Arden courts in Parma and we couldn’t be happier! Mom is 86 with some dementia and they are so good with her- as with all the residents! The employees are very dedicated and compassionate! Cleanliness is also a priority at Arden courts- which is good- because my Mom likes everything clean! The family support is also a positive- I highly recommend Arden Courts!

I'm just sitting down to write a note of thanks for the wonderful staff you appear to hire, and the training that is provided to them. Although my mother was at Arden Courts less than a month, your staff treated her as though she had been there 2 years. It seemed like EVERY staff member (new, accompanied by established) came in her room wither before or after mothers passing, to offer comfort or to see what else they could provide. From [name removed] and the early am staff (a newer care mgr actually alerted [name removed] in the wee hours of the am!) that provided the lovely candles, music and ample food, to the ever efficient [name removed], and daytime staff who were fastidious in mothers care and comfort. [Name removed], weeks ago, who isn't even a regular in care, was eager to actually know what made mother tick and who she was in her active life, in order to provide some enjoyment for her in her present state. It was very surprising to see that in a facility, and made a real impression on me, since I have had the opportunity through other friends, to see a number of facilities. Then, of course, there is the inimitable [name removed], who didn't keep her kisses to herself even AFTER mother had passed... I know it is the PEOPLE who make Resident Facilities go around... and it starts at the top. Please, [name removed], and [name removed], just know you are so appreciated and it is my hope that AC/Manorcare administration never forgets the necessity for training (in skills and compassion) even if it cuts in to its bottom line. May you have a healthy and serene new year, in your continued success with whatever your lives brings.

The staff at Arden Courts of Largo are truly memory care experts... patient, kind, compassionate. They live up to the challenge, providing a safe environment that promotes the best quality of life for all of their residents. They never stop impressing me!

My sister and I toured 6 communities before making the decision to move our mom from Palm View in Cape Coral to Arden Courts in Fort Myers. We were impressed with [name removed] and her staff - particularly the way they interact with Alzheimer's patients. We also like the outside areas which give Mom freedom instead of feeling trapped in a building. It has only been a few weeks since Mom moved in but we are looking forward to a lasting relationship.

Are you about to move your dementia relative to assisted living, but you don't know how you're going to do it? Arden Courts of Kensington is the answer. My mother has lived at ACK for almost three years now, and she is thriving, even with dementia. The staff knew just how to transition her the day I brought her in, and they've grown into being just like family. I'm convinced the best course is ACK, because it is dedicated to memory care. ACK caretakers are indeed caring and are aware of the needs and preferences of each individual resident. They are all quick with a smile and great sense of humor that puts everyone at ease. The managers and director are always around and know what's going on. The physical spaces are tailored perfectly for dementia sufferers, with everything on one floor (please avoid elevators for dementia sufferers!), and freedom to roam inside and outside in a secure but free-feeling grounds and facility. The activities program is superb, with art & music therapy, entertainment, and field trips for those who are able to participate. The monthly bill is less than other top rated homes; and you get a single bill that includes all the amenities, supplies, and on-site medical care. This all-in-one billing helps you budget, with no surprises about costs. Find comfort at ACK for you and your relative with dementia.

I am very happy with my decision to move my Aunt to this facility. I previously had her in a facility that did mostly assisted living, with some memory care. Arden Courts only provides memory care, which appealed to me. The grounds have plenty of room for members to roam around--both in the building and outside on the secured grounds. There are plenty of events and activities for residents. And, the dedication of the staff and the concern they share for the residents is second to none. Unfortunately, I have quite a bit of experience placing family members in care facilities. I am happy I have discovered Arden Courts.

Tour was awesome. [Name removed] greeted us and there was a sign welcoming our family. We spoke in her office first because I had a lot of questions. She answered everyone and really made us feel at ease. Then she gave us a tour. It was beautiful and we got to see one of the rooms which was perfect. Just enough space for everything and there was lots of space to wander with no security concerns. It felt very safe. I thought the pricing was very good for what they offered. We saw the residents, all nicely dressed and engaged in a memory game while we were there. We loved it. Thanks [name removed] for taking the time to answer our millions of questions and seeking out the Nursing Director to answer a question you were not sure of. We left there feeling it was everything and then some.

The staff is very friendly. They are very attentive to my needs and my dad’s needs . The nursing staff seem like they really have a handle on my dad’s health needs and the physical therapy and occupational therapy group work very hard with my dad. My dad is saying that the food is ok. Some meals are very good and some not so good but overall the food is ok. He likes that he can have ice cream whenever her wants. I like that they will do laundry as needed instead of just weekly.

It is never an easy decision to place a loved one in a facility, but Silverado made the transition much easier for our family. It was very evident that this facility is focused on providing professional and compassionate care with lots of activities and positive interaction for the residents. I am so relieved that we have found the perfect place for my mother!

I was very impressed with Arden Courts. The walking paths for residents is a huge plus for us. It was bright and pleasant the staff seemed very attentive to the residents there. This community is one of my top choices for my mom in the future.

Aunt fell and broke kneecap for which she was taken to hospital for surgery. Was moved to ManorCare and Uncle was taken to ArdenCourts. [Name removed] was instrumental in helping us secure ManorCare for aunt. She stayed with us at hospital one night until 10:30 helping us go through the process and getting a placement for uncle. [Name removed] was instrumental in helping us through all the paperwork and processes for uncle. Both of these ladies were remarkable in all they did to assist us. When you are in crisis with elderly family who have no children, these are the kinds of people you need to help you through it. My brother and I very grateful for all they did and they kindnesses these two women showed us through all the processes that were needed. Thank you [name removed] and [name removed]. Kudos to you both!

I am a dementia advocate in the Metro DC area. I have helped families find placement for their loved ones over the years. Arden Courts of Potomac is one of the best options for memory care! The clinical and administrative team is seasoned and willing to work with difficult cases when others have rejected them for not being "easy". Residents and families become part of a family, not an institution. As a professional, I have no reservations recommending this community! God bless the hard-working staff at Arden Courts of Potomac who lead with their hearts every day in one of the most difficult specialties in the industry.

I want to give an unequivocal shout out to Arden Courts Potomac. Five years ago, when my partner was diagnosed with dementia, I did all the reading I could, and attended all the seminars I could to understand that life sucking disease. I knew that at some point a care facility was a strong possibility. But, the thought of having to find a facility, and to move her there was daunting. When my partner took a sharp downward turn this past summer, I knew it was finally time to move her to a facility, and that I needed to move her in as soon as possible. Arden Courts had a room available, and I was able to get her in within three days. The efficiency of the process was a miracle, and the caring and supportive staff made the transition easier to bear. From the nursing staff, to the program director, to the aides, to the folks at the front desk, I truly feel that Arden Courts cares about the residents and their families. They review my partner’s care plan with me on a regular basis, and we work together to figure out what’s best for her. I highly recommend Arden Courts as a Memory Care facility for your loved one who is at the point of needing professional residential care.

My Father is at Arden Courts Of Warminster and the care that he is receiving is first class. Our experience here has been extremely positive. Both the Management and Staff have been excellent. The place is always clean, bright and upbeat. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of a memory care home.

Our first experience was in Suburban Hospital where our aunt was taken after an injury. My uncle was with her. [Name removed] was excellent in keeping us calm and providing us with information to facilitate the needs of both aunt and uncle. Her needs were taken care of by the Hospital staff but his needs needed to be addressed also. An aide was pulled off the floor to assist with his safety. Our uncle was able to stay with our aunt for two nights (with his aide) but after two nights, he needed to be out. [Name removed] was fabulous. She kept calming and reassuring us that she would stay with us and guide us through paperwork and decisions that needed to be made. She stayed one night until 10:30 pm with us until our uncle could be checked out and transported to Arden Courts of Potomac. We were so relieved. Our aunt stayed a couple more days until she could be transported to the Manor Care for physical therapy.
