Upon walking in I was greeted by a very nice young girl. We toured the property and we really enjoyed the pool and all the activities they provide and lunch was wonderful! As soon as my Mom's house sells she will be moving into Venetian Gardens

From the first time, I walked in ..I was met with a smile, shown respect and felt special. Toured this beautiful place, ate a delicious lunch and met with the family community. I was ready to move my husband and later myself in.

The Desoto Beach Club community is an excellent place to live. Well maintained, clean, and the staff is fantastic in creating a family-style environment. They interact daily with the residents and truly care about all facets of senior living.

My father is very happy here! The staff is caring, kind and he is greeted with a warm smile daily. He enjoys the food and the dining staff know is food preferences. The facility is located on a beautiful canopy tree street where my father loves to take his walks. It's wonderful knowing he is happy and well cared for!

Las palmas has great views from all the apartments with large balconies and numerous activities you will never be bored. Love how the diningroom is filled with chatter and laughful. This place is a well kept secret

Las Palmas offers a great lifestyle for seniors with their heated pool with weekly water aerobics, wonderful walking paths on a nature preserve can't wait for the renovations to be complete will be the best independent living in Palm Coast area!

It's genarally pretty clean but the furniture in the memory care unit could be more upkept. They are pretty friendly. Overall, everyone is confident and caring with the residents.

Las Palmas is a well kept secret. Nestled on a nature preserve with cottages overlooking a pond and a beautiful courtyard. Apartments have great balconies and very spacious. The only independent living in Palm Coast

Las Palmas has a great community from having great apartments, great staff and located on a beautiful nature preserve. Seniors love the activities and [name removed] is a great bus driver as she really goes out of her way to have a great trip.

I have a family member who is there and they have beautiful facility. The landscaping is outstanding and they are getting renovated so they will look even better then they already do . If your looking for a safe and fun place for your loved one Las Palmas is it.

It's not something anyone wants to do, but it was very good place for what my loved one needed. She likes the staff a lot. She also likes the different activities they offer. And she got to say in her home town.

I think they do everything I need them to do, well. They're caring, but firm. And they understand the needs of not only geriatric Alzheimer's patients, but also those who are depressed, anxious or simply home sick.

My husband and I have been at Holiday Cherry Laurel--Tallahassee Fl two months today in the MGR Apt-- it is a large two bedroom apt, BUT no reserved parking--three (3) delicious meals daily, excellent maintenance, with wkly housekeeping and laundry, caring staff, very clean well maintained walkways and a large Cherry Laurel bus for activities, field trips, ect EXCEPT no driver to operate bus--therefore, no BUS for field trips, Walmart trips, grocery store trips, ect--- Holiday Cherry Laurel--Tallahassee FL is an excellent "Place for MOM" EXCEPT for Mom's with a car due to no reserved parking with apt--parking at Holiday Cherry Laurel is on a "First come First serve basis" for everyone (resident & visitors) per Gen Mgr making it extremely difficult for MOM (resident) to find parking--was informed by Gen Mgr (Reserved parking is available for $35 per month in the back covered parking lot which is a very long walk to the frt entrance) Frt entrance is only way to get in the building--

Since I moved in last month, the staff has been extremely helpful during a time of transition and I’m very pleased to recommend Desoto Beach Club to others! I have made new friends, become established in the community and plan to reside here as long as possible.

I've told people already this place is much better than other places in the area. I would recommend you check it out thoroughly before making a decision to go elsewhere. I like the overall convenience of everything. I like the staff in particular, especially Mary in Sales. They've all been very helpful. I like my apartment very much - it's comfortable, and it has been helpful to downsize form a big house and focus on having just the more important things here with me.

This is a very good community. I appreciate the community and enjoy it. I think the staff do a great job. There are three meals a day served to the residents and there are choices to choose from. Some of the activities include entertainment, puzzles, bingo, and more for the residents to participate in. There is a washer and dryer for the residents to use in the building. There is a small kitchenette in the apartment. There is weekly housekeeping provided by the community and they are willing to clean the linens for us.
