This is a nice community that provided outstanding care. The staff were good to us. The facility is very much clean, all the time. I had to move my aunt due to a price increase. The monthly amount did not fit her budget. She is now closer to me and I would recommend this community to anyone.

My father goes to this community for their adult day care services. So far everything is working out well and I'am pleased. This is a nice looking community, it is well maintained. They have a good staff here, they kind and attentive. There many activities offered through out the day. He is satisfied with the meals. I know he is safe and in good hands when he is here. This is a community I would recommend for their adult day care.

My mom spent 2 months for respite care during a home relocation. Care was very caring, kind, friendly and responsive to individual concerns.

They do room inspections to make sure that the community is kept clean. Mom and my children like the food. They take her to her physical therapy and doctor appointments. She has made friends since moving in. This community gets our recommendation.

This was an absolutely gorgeous community and a lovely residential setting. The staff were friendly and seemed to have a great rapport with the residents. Unfortunately, the price was a little steep and there were no openings at this time.

We're very pleased with our experience at Benton House, so far! My loved one has only been here a short time, but they've really impressed us. The facility is clean and well kept, and the staff have been very friendly and very helpful! I also like that it is on the smaller side, the staff really seem to get to know each of the residents as an individual. I'd highly recommend them!

Due to declining health my dad was only at Benton House of Sugar Hill, Ga for less than a month. However, in that time we found the staff and administration to be professional, caring, warm and friendly. He frequently commented about the care he recieved. The food was tasty and nourishing. Dad was diabetic, the staff quickly adjusted his diet to allow for this. They had many varied activities, his lack of mobility kept him from participating in most of these. However, he enjoyed church on Sunday.

Really liked this home for respite Memory Care but unfortunately they didn't have a space available...and they were considerably more costly than my final choice.

The staff at this community are very nice, attentive, and very positive with her basic needs like cleaning and laundry. My mom has told me the food is pretty good. From what I have seen, the community is up-kept, clean and free from debris. My mom has made a few new friends but she already knew a few resident and she is offered activities to do. that a plus. This was an easy, good experience and I would recommend this community.

Sharon was great in showing me what Benton House provides. Probably one of the better assisted living communities I have seen. We chose another location only because of what my parents could afford

My dad has been a resident in the Memory Care unit of Benton House of Sugar Hill for about a month now. My siblings and I researched many facilities before selecting Benton House, and are extremely impressed with the beautiful facility... but the staff is what we really fell in love with! They have all been awesome!

My mom has lived there for over a year and 1/2 and loves being there. The whole staff is friendly and very helpful. She tells me all the time how much she loves living there.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Benton House! It's a very nice place, I'd give them top marks across the board. The facility is clean and well kept, the staff is friendly, and they take good care of the residents. We're very satisfied with the service!

I have used Benton House for daycare for my mother with dementia and loved it. They were so good with her, even gave her a manicure in the memory care unit! If I could afford it I would have her there full time. Jena is just an absolute blessing to deal with! Thank you!

Benton House in Douglasville has been great. The staff is wonderful and My Mom enjoys the activities in and out of the facility. Clean and polished environment with a great activities Director. I have a infinite number of pictures showing my Mom smiling , laughing and enjoying the company of many new friends she has made. They offer Day activities for individuals that live at home which is great along with yoga, exercise, board games, trips to the museum etc. it's a great day.

Things are going great at Benton House. The staff is great and the facility is kept clean and well maintained. It is a wonderful place for her. Thank you.

When the need arose to relocate Mom to a facility near me, I was directed to consider The Benton House at Newnan Lakes in Newnan GA. I dropped in to check it out and was greated by Ginger. She listened to my needs, gave me a tour including several residents rooms and came up with an affordable plan. I found the facility to be clean and well staffed with lots of services. There was a vacancy and I immediately started the process to bring Mom to The Benton House. Kathy and Phyllis were terrific in expediting the process. Mom is settled now and happy with her new home. She is actually overwhelmed with the aray of activities available and has become more mobile.

The month went by very well at Benton House Of Clermont. I thought the place was very nice. David, the administrator is a very good and compassionate man. The care is good but under the circumstances that my husband is going through it has been difficult. Being new they haven't dealt with this before. He had a slight heart attack and fell out of his bed while I was out of town so they sent him to the hospital and then they sent him back to the facility. After I got back from being out of town they had to send him back to the hospital because he was having trouble breathing. They did everything they were supposed to do as far as being responsive to the situation. They try really hard to engage every body at the memory place in activities. They take them out in their van to parks, lakes, and different places.

I am really satisfied with Benton House Woodstock. I will say the food at first was good there but now she is saying it's not good. All of the other residents agree. I am not sure what happened. They still have the same chef. She is not happy with that at all though. Other than that everything seems to be really good here. She likes it.

Truly an awesome Christian assisted living home. However, it's more expensive than Autumn Leaves a month.
