We chose Benton House of Covington because of the feel we got when we walked in, it felt very homey and non-institutional. The room sizes here are good size. I have eaten here and the food is great, they serve is restaurant style and it if chef prepared from a menu with choicfes. I would say my favorite part about the community so far has been the availability of the staff members when you have questions or concerns. I would recommend.

We chose Benton House of Newnan Lakes because when my grandma toured here she liked it and didn't want to look at any others. I would want others to know when looking into the facility that to me they give good care, but it is not excellent for what they are charging. There has been a lot of miscommunication since COVID as well. Overall, I would still recommend as long as you don't mind the price tag.

Really nice, new facility and good sized rooms. No exercise room at this time.

Benton House was a very nice facility with spacious accommodations and all the support facilities I expected to find. The drawback was the requirement than hospice care could not be continued to the end of life at this facility. They required the patient be moved to a nursing home if they become unable to ambulate on their own. That provision defeats the whole purpose in spending the extra money to provide a high quality of life for the terminally ill patient to the end of life.

I've taken my loved one to Benton House on occasion for respite care, and overall, I feel it is a very good community. I will say that it seems the prices have gone up, and it was more expensive the last time he stayed. However, the place is nice and clean, the staff is helpful, and he ate well when he was there. He actually gained weight during his stay! They seem to have a lot of activities like games and exercises, and I like that the community is close to our home.

Brand new; Studios and 1-BR available for $3500ish a month; Employees are new since place is new; Only 20 residents now and 2 residents can move in daily; Community fee reduced to $1500 from $2500 for initial residents; Attractive decor and community spaces; Unsure about meals and activities; $750/$1500 plans for 3 "assistances"/4+

Benton Village is a great facility. They are attentive and kind to my Mother who needs more assistance than some of the other residents. The staff has helped her adjust to leaving her home of 30 years. We think this facility is a great find!

We toured Benton house last Saturday. It was a very nice place. Clean and new. Pleasant surroundings and grounds. Small resident population, so lots of personal TLC. The people there seemed very nice. My mom requires dialysis treatments three days a week, and they said they could not meet her transportation needs for that. Follow-up: They called me back later and said they would be able to provide the dialysis transportation. We have already chosen another place, but that was nice of them to follow up with me.

My wife has moved into Benton House of Raymore. Overall, it has been an excellent experience for both of us. It’s a very small community with only about 40 or more residents. As a result, the staff is able to be very attentive to their needs. The nurses are very attentive and are constantly making their rounds during the day to check on my wife and the other residents, and to help them take their medications. The facility is clean and very well maintained. It was built within the past couple of years, so it is still very new. The maintenance man is also top rate. He is always maintaining the facility and grounds to make sure everything is in excellent condition. Really, my wife’s only complaint is the food. I find that they provide complete and nutritious meals, but she wishes it was more like a home cooked meal. All in all, we are both very satisfied with Benton House so far.

Benton House was a very nice community. It is a newer facility. The staff was friendly and they gave a nice tour. We chose another community based on our budget and we wanted one closer to our home.

I used this community for respite care for about a week for my mother. I have no complaints about this community at all. I was pleased with the care she received while she was here. She said the food was very good. The staff was very nice and friendly. Mom is in a wheelchair so I don't believe there were too many activities that she was able to do however I know there was a lot listed on the sheet. I would recommend this community.

When I had been speaking to my husband doctor and nurse having them fill out the necessary paperwork to place my husband they had asked which community I was considering and when I mentioned this community they were extremely happy I chose this one. They really like this place so that made my mind feel at ease. My husband loves being here. He loves the staff they are all so nice and kind. He does some socializing with the other residents which are a big thing for him. He loves the food clears his plate every meal time. The community is always kept clean and well maintained. It was a good choice for us to place him here.

This community is beautiful. The room that was available was smaller than the one at the community we chose. This community was a little farther away. I would recommend taking a look at this community to see if it would work for you or a loved one.

This is a nice community and my loved one definitely considered moving into this community. The community is very nice and the people we met were friendly. They seemed to offer some nice amenities and activities. This community was just a little farther away than what we were looking for.

We toured this community for care. The staff was nice. The community was clean and the atmosphere was nice. They offer activities for the residents. We would suggest that families tour this community for the care of a loved.

I have no complaints with how things are going my mother since she has made the move into this community. The staff have been very attentive to her needs and I am comfortable with the care they have been providing her while I am away. Every time I call or visit she is always happy and involved in different activities which I am pleased to see. I would recommend it to anyone interested

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community. The staff are friendly and made sure to answer any questions that we had for them in detail. They had a wide open floor plan with lots of great amenities available to all of the residents. It was just not the right location in the end decision.

This seemed like a nice community when I visited. The rooms are set up nicely. The people I met were nice. They seem to offer some nice activities. This community just did not seem to work for what we were looking for.
