I think that we made the right choice for my mom with going to live at Harvest Home. They have friendly staff, and the the place is really clean, which was very important to my sister and I after coming from a nursing home. Everybody goes the extra step to help us and we just feel good having my mom there. I would recommend Harvest Home to anyone looking for a small setting that is very home like. Not crazy about the food, but have come to expect that with the elderly every thing is bland and tasteless. I think that would be anywhere we were to go and do understand it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The Lexington seemed very nice. It was very clean. Everyone seemed friendly. Some residents complained about the exercise room. They suggested that if they add a boost exercise ball it would help. Other than that, it's a really nice and clean facility. I would just say that they could improved on the activities. More exercise activities would be nice for the residents. Overall, The Lexington is a really nice place.

After a short stay at another community we moved here. They were more reasonably priced, and the rooms were a nice size and great quality. The difference was night and day. We are very happy here, they do a good job.

We are very happy. The Sterling House provides good service. The staff keeps us informed. We are very pleased. They do a good job and they are friendly. They have been very accommodating and helpful. The place is really nice and clean. Everything has been going great. Everything is excellent. We are just very pleased with the place. I would highly recommend the Sterling House of Neenah. Five Stars all around.

I love that it is family oriented. It's smaller so you get to know everybody. Everyone is very friendly and helpful .I would recommend the Brookdale Kenosha North to anyone. The facility clean. It's a nice place. The value is excellent. The care services are excellent as well. They do have activities but they don't have activities on the weekend. Overall, It has been really great. It's a really nice community.

My loved one is getting good attention. They are doing everything that they can do accommodate him. He seems very comfortable. They do try to include him as much as possible. I think they are doing a good job. Everyone there is very friendly and kind. The cost is a bit expensive but it's worth it for the services you receive. They are very welcoming. I would recommend this place. It has been a very good experience.

After almost 40 years in her home in CA, Mom was very reluctant to move & didn't make the process easy. But now that she has been at Las Fuentes (only for a week) she loves it more & more each day. All of the staff are very helpful, friendly and loving. The residents are all friendly & stop & chat when they see her walking her little dog. It has been a very positive journey for her.

We are very happy with them so far. My loved one likes the food. We have't had any complaints. I would think they get a five.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. After touring a few in the area I had it narrowed down to this place and two others, and it was hard to choose between them!

After touring several facilities in the Milwaukee area, it was our opinion that Harmony was the nicest of them. The administrative staff seemed to be the most sincere and passionate of all we encountered. We have no real complaints about the important matters of care and service. A little more training of new caregivers could be an advantage. Getting the total "mission" across to the new employees could be stressed a bit. Some didn't seem to understand the total "catering to the patients needs" that admin expresses. Overall, a wonderful place. Our loved one was treated very well.

Loved the assisted care side, awesome look, feel and staff. Memory care side was a definite NO. Smelled bad, wrong type of care, she is not needing a full care placement.

Arbor house was fantastic. We didn't get to be here very long, but if I had it to do all over again, I would certainly re-visit them. I would highly recommend them, they were fantastic.

The staff worked diligently to help us get our father moved in. They were very helpful. Once he arrived they did a very good job of making his move as smooth as possible.

Everything about Citadel Assisted Living has been a very good experience. Everything is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the food is very good. It has been a great experience and I would recommend them.

If my mother didn't have to have so much one on one care this place would have been great. It's like living in your own home. The staff is great the people are friendly and I love how the dining area is more informal than other places where it is so "formal".

Harmony of McFarland is the best place I've been in. The building is well managed, very organized, and the food is great!

they follow through on every detail so far we have not had any problems the over all rating for me is a 5 star rating i think the staff is very nice and they make sure that they are taking care in a time frame that helps both parties

My friend, Susan Proctor, asked me to help her find somewhere to live. She had been hospitalized and then placed in a facility she could not afford. I found your web site and was assisted by you. You recommended Santa Maria Terrace. It is a lovely place with lots of activities and great food. She seems very happy to live there. Thank you so much.

This was a smaller scale community with a welcoming fireplace in the foyer when you enter. It was very clean. The staff weren't as friendly as at other communities, but the staff were taking care of the residents. It was very homey feeling. There was a little bit of sticker shock since this was only the second community we visited, we have to look at the complete package not just the living space. We went during the evening, and did not see actual activities going on, but they were scheduled for all to enjoy, to encourage interaction, including painting as a form of expressing feelings.
