My dad was in this community for 30 days. It was difficult for him to warm up to the place but we loved it and will have to use them in future. However my dad loved the people there who helped him. The location and the community itself is why we picked it. It wasn't a hospital atmosphere, it is more like a home. My family liked the community too.

My husband was at the Arbor House of Temple only part time and it was a good experience. I really liked the care that he received, and the atmosphere. It was a pretty good experience.

[Removed]- this is a text I just received from my niece [Removed]- .....referring to Grandma on her latest visit to Carolina "I came in today when the CNA had gramma in the bathroom. No one expected me and it was a full 5 minutes before the CNA had a clue I was here... I was beyond pleased with how sweet they were with her and how kind gentle and patient" "Thank you, thank you for taking such good care of her- please find the CNA and thank her too."

INWOOD CROSSING was the exact fit for my Mother. The facility is small yet is capable of handling the Residents. The Staff are very professional and very kind to the Residents. I feel that my Mother is in good hands. The most important thing is that she is happy.

I cannot say enough good things about Arbor House. Their expertise in memory care really made a difference. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and loving. The facility is beautiful, bright and clean. We made a terrible mistake and moved dad into a private home that claimed to be memory care--we thought it would be easier for him, but it was a disaster. When we moved him to Arbor House, everything went wonderfully. Dad was so much happier and was so well taken care of. Please, if you're considering where to place a loved one, choose Arbor House, don't make the mistake we did.

My mother is a current resident at Harbor View and she loves it there. The facility is very clean and the food is all homemade. They even will make something that is not on the menu if my mom doesn't like the posted meal. The staff pay attention to her and always make sure she takes her pills when she is supposed to. They also encourage her to go to the activities, especially bingo. With her starting to show signs of dementia I do not know what I would do if she was without their care. Thank you Harbor View!

A smaller facility with a more intimate atmosphere. The staff was impressive. A good option for someone who wants to be part of a small group.

We kept mom at home as long as we could, but finally it came to the point where we could no longer manage. Pacifica Regency was very close to my work so it was on the short list of places to tour. Once I toured it, the decision was made. Mom has been there for two weeks and I actually see improvement. She is less confused and is more engaged. She gets more exercise than we were able to give her at home. The staff has been incredible. Good choice all around!

We toured several communities in the area and ultimately chose this one for my mother. The staff is very friendly and nice! They offer many activities and it isn't forced participation which is nice because my mother doesn't always want to join. I haven't tried the food but my mother seems to like it. So far this community seems like a great choice!

Brookdale Fond du Lac- We toured this community for care for a family. The staff was so nice and caring. We liked the mean and the list of activities that are offered. We would have lived to be able to have moved into this nice community.

It seems to be a great place so far. I haven't had any issues. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It's very clean as well. My grandmother is in the memory care unit and they do a great job of informing me of how she is doing. The food must taste good because she has gained weight since moving there.

I can not express how happy I am with the Arbor House of Temple. It is absolutely fantastic and it is a wonderful fit. The staff is all friendly and very nice. I am 100 percent happy with this place. My grandmother is a big complainer, and she has not complained about anything. She is eating more than she was back at home, they serve very good foods. I could not be happier.

When I need a place for my dad while I went out of town, this community is available. It all went well and he did not complain about his visit. I only came across the manager I was dealing with had left when I got my dad there but the new manager followed through with what we agreed to. He told me it went well and I would use them for a respite again.

My wife is very pleased with the community. She enjoys to walk around the square walkway, that is her favorite thing to do. She is in all Memory Care Community and the staff provide all that she needs. We are more than satisfied and have no problems. The community has everything we wanted and they are close in location.

Extremely professional and respectful staff and processes. Helped me with every aspect of moving my mom there, what to expect, tips on what to say/not say, what to bring, when a good time is to make the decision. She has been there for a month and the staff is friendly, understanding, and trained on how to handle the many things that we struggled to. Highly recommended!!

Just lovely. Everyone I met was happy and engaged. It is a higher end property. They asked me if the $3500 range was my range because you had clicked that. I indicated no. I would suggest you ask folks like me what is the most I can spend on a property instead of saying the average cost is $3500 a month and is that range ok. I really like this property!

My mother has really made the adjustment well into her new apartment at this community. The staff treat her just like family and she was so thrilled that she was able to bring her cats with her. She has been enjoying the meals they serve as well as the company of the other residents during her dinning experience. My favorite thing about this place is the peace of mind I get with leaving my mother in there care. I am overall very pleased with how everything is going.

This was a very nice community. The staff was friendly and answered all of our questions and concerns. They were knowledgeable about the community. The community just felt more like a group home to me. We did not want that kind of setting for me mother in law.

I liked that this community advised that they would accept medicaid if my loved one ever needs to use it. The staff and the residents look happy. They only things she was not happy with was that she only gets a shower twice a week and they do not allow pets. They do have some animals come in for emotional support. The administration was really positive. The food is good and you have to go to the dining room to enjoy it.

This assisted living community has catered to everything my mom needs. What I like most about the community are the staff. They're attitude and care shows what good people they while providing her individual needs. The only thing she does not like is the meals. She does get 3 meals with snack but she is not too satisfied. Activities are always available when she is ready to try.
