[name removed] really made Villa Court work very well for us. He has been very helpful with getting admissions done and getting things set up. Their wellness care director [name removed] worked with me to help get him set up with Medicare hospice because they felt that he qualified for that. That really helped with a number of things. They haev gone above and beyond. They reached out to TLC before we moved in and tried to help modify his care that way he would qualify for admissions. The staff that have been caring for my dad have all been very considerate, open and transparent. Their book keeping is all straight forward and easy as well which is great. I would definitely recommend Villa Court.

Mom is very pleased with where she is. She has a marvelous room and she loves the big window. They are right on the ball with care - we have not had any problems at all. The staff are all so friendly and caring. She loves the food that they serve. It is family style where food is in the middle of the table and they help them dish out what they want on her plate. She has been participating in the activities and enjoying them. The residents are not forced to do anything that they do not want to do. I am very happy with the price, it is well worth it for what you get. They will bend over backwards for the residents to provide the religious activities that they feel comfortable with. They have a number of different religions that come and work with the residents based off of their denotations. Overall would definitely recommend Harvest Home & Inwood Crossing.

I loved this place, they helped my dad through every step of the way to fill out VA benefits and questions he had as a VA . They allowed him his beloved dog patty to be with him. He loved the staff!! I would recommend this place!

The staff is very friendly and attentive to the needs of Mom. They are in the process of getting completely staffed. The meals are good and nutritious; however, Mom complains about choices. Activities are good during the day, however no activities during evening hours. Between the staff and residents everyone has a caring attitude. It's nice to have your loved one in that type of atmosphere.

The managers and staff have been wonderful and attended my needs and concerns in helping my sister. My sister has improved remarkably in her appearance, attitude and socialization. I would highly recommend this place.

My review is based on Zoom, email and telephone. The Community Liaison was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. During the Zoom call, he walked through the community showing me the property including resident room options, dining, activity areas and staff. This was not an on site visit but the community looked clean and staff was friendly.

I am very pleased we placed my dad at Desert View. The staff is wonderful and they keep me notified of any situations. The staff are all very caring. I would definitely recommend them.

In the beginning, I thought my loved one would be in Assisted Living. He ended up going into Memory Care and things are very different between the two levels of care, which I understand. The cleanliness is superb in the Assisted Living unit. In the Memory Care unit, they're doing the best that they can. Memory Care patients can get pretty messy. The amenities also aren't the same for both levels of care, but that's part of it. The food is good. Communication with the family is very good. The staff overall are very communicative, respectful, and do their best. Housekeeping does a great job of keeping my loved one's room clean. He's currently in rehab due to a recent fall (no fault of the facility). The facility handled everything perfectly as far as the fall/incident, including the communication with me. While my loved one has been in rehab, the staff has been very concerned and reached out to me/called me several times to check on him. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

It was over our budget, and a bit pricey, but was closer.The people were great. It was a nice, and pleasant community. They were friendly, nice and knowledgeable.

The staff is very informative and friendly. In fact, my wife and I and our kids are involved with the music program that they have. We bring music to the residents and have become part of the activities there. The room sizes in memory care are good, they do have shared rooms and private rooms available to choose from. I would absolutely recommend Villa Court to other families.

I knew I had found a hidden jewel in Menomonee Falls when I entered Riverview Village Senior Living. The beautiful atmosphere is warm and inviting and the camaraderie among residents is amazing. The staff is hard working and loving, they keep things energized with their sense of humor and silliness. The food is exceptional and there are many fun things to keep your loved one busy. This is a must see!

My loved one is not crazy about the food but has not lost any weight so we are happy. They are quick to call me with any questions and answer all concerns. My loved one complains the food is cold a lot, because it does not get to them fast enough.

Park Place has been great for my Dad. They were very accommodating when we needed to move my Dad into Park Place within 24 hours. They loaned us a hospital bed and dresser since they had them around and no one was using them. The cost was all inclusive of his care and there was no additional costs. However, he is now in hospice at Park Place and we were told they recently changed their pricing and it is now based on the level of care the resident needs. Since my Dad is on hospice, he requires the most care. I know they offer activities, but my Dad doesn’t want to do them so I can’t really comment since we have not experienced any activities. I would recommend Park Place. Overall, they have been great. The staff is amazing!!!!

I really have nothing to say negative about Park Place. It is a all around great place.

The staff at Stoughton Meadows gave us a great tour. We did not feel that they had large enough room for my loved one. It just depends on you loved one and where they are most comfortable.

I knew my mom was in the perfect place the moment the maintenance director greeted us. He was so full of fun energy. The medical staff were very passionate about their work and very helpful throughout my mom's stay.

Villa Court has great staff and directors who really listen to my concerns and the actually do what they say they will. The care staff are quick to attend to my Grandmother's needs and go above and beyond. I can sleep at night knowing she is well cared for.

There really aren't enough superlatives to describe our memory care experience at Capitol Hill. I was there at all different hours of the day, unannounced, and every time I was there, the staff was happy and kind. I would see them holding hands with the residents, joking with them, sitting and talking with them, and always treating them with such dignity and kindness. I felt like I hit the lottery regarding my husband's care. Not only did they take care of him, but they also took care of me.

I had a virtual tour with Villa Court and the guy who showed me around was great, he was super nice. It was more upscale on the outside and just not the right fit for my loved one.

I’m a home health physical therapist that works with some patients at the facility. The staff is helpful and kind to the residents. They provide excellent activities and meals. They have a great physical therapy program and exercise gym.
