Phoebe Ministries

There is a lady that spends time with my loved one, does laps with her, and then she goes to bed. The staff keeps her calm at night. The communication is phenomenal and they call me about everything.

My loved one is getting good care there and the rehab therapy services are really good.

I have been dealing with Phoebe for the last few years and we have had no problem. I like the way the staff is and they listen. We had some medical issues and they helped with that. They have one of the best rehab services I have seen.

The services are good. So far so good with the communication.

I am so pleased with Phoebe and my sister's care. As a whole, the staff has been great. I found that I am allowed to sit in with her while she has her meals. I think this is nice to be able to do and I plan on doing this. I sat with her first night she had been admitted and I was surprised at how nice the meal looked. She ate everything she was served. I would recommend the facility to a friend!

Everyone is helpful to my dad and they come when he rings the bell for help. The one tech that came right away to help my dad and is always upbeat and happy and there is another tech are good. I ask my dad for updates but I can ask the nurse or tech about my dads care.

It is wonderful. They are feeding him so much food. He is doing very well and he is on a bicycle every morning! I think it is very good there. They have birds and cats there and it is a very pleasant place to be. It is very bright there.

They tell me what's going on and they keep me updated by phone.

The surroundings are nice and my loved one is making progress with her therapy. The physical therapy person seems to be doing really well with my mom. From what I have seen the meals she enjoys what they are giving her.

I felt that they were very caring, respectful and responsive. They did what they needed to do. So far it has been great and my brother said they had her up and walking again. They come and clean every day. My mom absolutely loves the food. The short term care is a little nicer. They have lots of food and they have a variety. They give snacks too. She had a peanut moose and she loved it. It is the highlight of her day.

My loved one has been well taken care of and attended to. The therapist are knowledgeable and informative. He is now using his walker and taking steps, and he can now manage his kitchen skills. We were able to go watch his therapy. He knows the people by name and he has mentioned that they are personable and even know about his hobbies. The nursing station--if you have a question, boom! They will answer them. My dad complained about one thing, he says they serve too much food! My sister ate lunch there and she was very impressed.

We have had some experience with other facilities and this facility has been more attentive to my loved one's needs. They have engaged her, where some of the other facilities she has been in didn't do that. Phoebe takes her the dining room for things breakfast and dinner, socializing her. So her spirits have been better this time around. Having that interaction with people who are going through same struggle as she has, has helped her. They have called me to let me know how she is progressing.

They are amazing. There should be more people in this world like them! Seriously, there should be.

My loved one has been well taken care of at Richland! The whole place is nice.

I would absolutely recommend this facility! The cleanliness of the facility was wonderful. My loved one was very really pleased with his meals. He definitely enjoyed them!

The nursing care has been good but I believe they are understaffed. They have very good meals.

Phoebe is the best as far as nursing care goes. Just their level of is the best. They are so attentive to my loved one's needs. Last week I came to give my father a haircut and a shave and the head nurse gave me a whole room with plugs and they brought me towels and they made everything easier. Everything to me here is off the charts good. There is no smell it is like walking into a really nice hotel it's welcoming, it's modern and clean you don't mind just coming in and sit in the lobby. The food was really good I didn't eat it but you could tell it was really good they gave him two desserts. They have already called to set up a health care coordination meeting for people who are responsible for providing care to him.
