From what I have seen it looks very good. From what I could see everyone was pleasant, the building is clean and everything seems organized. All she ever says is that she is not hungry. I would recommend the facility especially if they are in the area. I have not heard too much from the facility up until this point. I would have preferred a little more communication.

I didn't have any issue with the nurses. They were fine. I think it's clean. I really haven't had much communication. I put clothes out every night for him the next day, and I came at lunchtime and he still had his pajamas on.

The aides are very compassionate when they come to help him. They have been good talking with me and he has not said anything negative. The only issue is that he had to wait for help. It is very clean. He said the food is very good with no complaints. So far they have been good and they stop to talk with me when I am here. They go over things with me. The lady at the front desk who schedules all of the appointments explained things. The physical therapy went over everything yesterday. She went over safety things for at home. She is really good.

We had one incident but they fixed it. She loves the food. No one really calls me.

They go out of their way to make sure she is comfortable but they are understaffed.

I feel safe leaving him there. The ones I have seen have been caring and attentive. Everyone is very friendly. From the doctor to the people working the kitchen, the friendliness is very good. The nursing staff seems to be knowledgeable and definitely caring. My dad loves all the food. It's not fine dining, but my dad says the meals are very good. He seems to enjoy going to eat his meal down in the dining room and has made friends. I have mixed feelings about communication. I do feel like I always have to stop to ask questions. I don't get any feedback unless I call and ask.

Phoebe Richland has been good for my loved one. He likes the meals. He has been in other facilities and we like this place better but I wish there were more activities in the afternoon.

One of the nurses has a pleasant attitude and caring. I like most of the nurses and aides and they have a very good attitude. One of the nurses was great. She is willing to answer questions and is knowledgeable. I like the therapists but one of them is too strict. I do not like that the aides make you wait.

It's a small environment and it is nice. I would recommend the facility. I hear the therapy is going well. There is an aide during the day shift who has been she has been so helpful with my mother. Any time I call and ask questions they have been really good. The one thing I would like to mention as a drawback is that there are times she has to wait quite some time to get help when she puts her call light on.

It's a very nice, hidden secret. It seems like there's a disconnect when they change shifts. They also seem short staffed. The meals don't look appealing. It's very starch heavy and processed.

The therapy team is pretty good. The staff were very friendly. One of the male nurses was very attentive. It was very clean and they change the sheets and cleaned the bathroom every day. Every day was a sandwich with no green vegetables. They don't seem to have enough staff, like the CNA's.

The rehab and staff seem very good. The food is very good and she missed the lunch Saturday and they gave her something to eat within 5 minutes. She has been there in the past and they would tell me what is going to happen.

The nurses have been fine. The staff let me know about everything.

We are happy so far. One of his nurses was awesome and has been amazing. She answers my questions and takes the time to communicate with me. He had to wait a while at night to get help to the bathroom.

She is overall satisfied. The caseworker is really proactive to help my grandmother to help her stay her long term. She does not like the food sometimes.

The people I've dealt with are good. They have been communicating throughout her stay fairly well. I have dealt mostly with the social worker.

My loved one is doing well. The therapists are good. The staff is very friendly. It's very clean too, we could probably eat off the floor. Their communication has been very good.
