My grandmother moved in a week ago but we have already had a great experience based on the care/knowledgeable of the staff. Their knowledge of caring for parents with Alzheimer's/Dementia is evident in every aspect-care, meals and activities. The food is so great as well.

We are very happy with the experience our folks are having here. The adjustment went so much better than we expected. And the staff are so friendly and caring. This has been a wonderful blessing.

My parents love living at Brookdale Delta. The staff are family to them. They are always pleasant and very quick to help. We as a family have appreciate the administrative staff as well. Any concerns are discussing professionally and kindly. We lived Brookdale.

I have 2 parents in with dementia and they aids have done a great job. Small place that’s what they wanted. Management has been great help with V A paperwork. whenever I have problems they take care right away

What we like the most about Crystal Creek is the small size and staff that goes out of the way to help. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

Friendly,helpful,energetic. Cleaning crew very nice and helpful they do little extra things to make life easier. Open to suggestions . Maintenance crew works fast no long waited for repairs.

Our loved one has since passed away, but we would give them all 5s. The workers, the living space, the other patients are just some of the things we liked about Crystal Creek. Based on the experience we had, we would recommend this community to other families.

Brookdale has been a positive experience for both mom and brother. They both have dementia and reside in the 'memory care' portion of this facility. Attention by the staff to each individual's needs is very good. And the staff communicates any items of concern to me as they happen. Meals served are very good with attention to nutritious food.

My loved one finds the activities great. She feels safe and well looked after. She likes her apartment. One of the reasons for her move was that her old apartment was too big for her to handle.

We have been very pleased with our experience at Brookdale. The staff is caring and treats the residents with care and compassion. It is easy to talk to any staff member and they will listen to your concerns if you have any. The move-in was made easy and the stay has been pleasant.

What I like about this facility is the staff seem to overall like their job and are extremely respectable and friendly. Now I do think that they may need to some cosmetic updates to brighten things up but overall they make my dad feel at home

When deciding to put our mom in Brookdale was a hard decision. But Over the past few weeks to see how my mom has made such a positive change. We couldn't be happier.

Facility is clean, staff is friendly and accommodating. My grandmother seems happy and safe. i look forward to seeing her flourish here.

Hosts were courteous, social, and informed. The meals were excellent, so were the drinks. The setup of the dining room was appealing also.
