The location is perfect, inviting, very clean, staff was great! Friendly residents. Definitely recommend this place for everyone in need of placing elderly family.

Everyone was very nice to my mother and my siblings as well. Maintenance issues were not completely addressed before in and lingered after. The guys need to ha e more autonomy to get things done as a suggestion. It seemed like there was a staffing issue as well. That probably attributed to the delay. Moving our mother was NOT due to anyone or issues with your facility. She has more family that stepped up to be there for her and wanted her to move out of state. Thank you for everything. The money was well spent!

This has been a wonderful transition for me to come to a senior living facility. Everyone has been so kind and everyone is so friendly that I’ve made friends already. I’ve only been here three weeks and yet I feel very comfortable here and I love the open space of my apartment. It’s totally renovated and updated and very comfortable to live in.

I moved my mom to Florida from Alabama, she was living alone and my sister and I live here. She needed something other than an apartment, she needed a social environment. I contacted a place for mom and they were awesome. They had so much information and they fact checked every detail. I would not have been able to find out these things without them. Eileen called to collect information on both ends and did her diligence to help. Wyndam Lakes was a perfect match for my mom's needs and the location, price was also a factor because she only has one social security income. Wyndam Lakes I'd beautiful. It's like a Hawaiian resort. Their food and amenities are better than alot of 5 star hotels I've been in. The staff has been only helpful and never seems like you're bothering them by asking for something. My mom is precious to me and my sister and she has sacrificed alot for us so we definatly wanted the best for her.

I had to put my grandmother in memory care and she wanted to have her own apartment. This is the only place I could find that could accommodate her needs. They were very nice and the caretakers were very accommodating.

I really liked the friendly atmosphere and willingness to be helpful to patients and other staff.

I recently stopped in to visit a friend at Pacifica Senior Community in Palm Springs. Also, I am looking for senior living for a friend. The community is bright, friendly and the staff is knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend this community to anyone who is thinking about a senior living community for a friend or loved one.

Found all staff members pleasant to deal with. Informative, encouraging and very supportive during a very emotional time having to place a loved one in their care. Facility is pleasant and surroundings inviting. Very neat and clean. Would highly recommend them.

I toured this community with my mother and she loved it! It’s very beautiful and the staff was amazing. I really liked the one bedroom. It is the perfect size for my mom. Still in early planning but they are at the top of my list.

Avila is a great place. Very welcoming and great staff. Food is great, all residents are happy and excited. Restaurant dinning is the best. Christmas festivities where great and residents seemed super happy

They made the experience so easy from beginning to end. [name removed] helped us tour and explained everything with such detail. And their move in costs were significantly less than other places we viewed. The staff has ALL been wonderful! From the front desk to the activities director. My mom has been doing very well since moving in and has made some friends and has been very engaged in activities. And we love the events they have that family is able to participate in.

[name removed] has been wonderful to me and my sister as we transition our father to assisted living. She has been patient with is as we asked questions and got all the paperwork ready for our father to move-in.

My uncle has been at HHSL for over a year after having some health issues. While he doesn't leave his apartment very often, he appreciates the staff and various activities available for resident.

Friendly and accommodating. They all really want to see the residents comfortable and their needs taken care of. Very approachable for any reason.

I would recommend it. We picked them because of the option they provided for my father and the price

Five across the board we couldn't have asked for a better experience staff quality of care. It was a pretty incredible place for him. Very grateful. Gentle, kind, and caring. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my dad received at The Meridian. The staff were truly amazing, demonstrating kindness and compassion every day. The quality of care was excellent, and it was evident that they genuinely cared about the residents. The activities offered were not only engaging but also a lot of fun. The facility was beautifully decorated for the holidays, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. My dad even enjoyed getting his nails done and hair cut at their on-site salon, which added a nice touch to his experience. Thank you, The Meridian, for making my dad's time there so special. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking a loving and supportive environment for their loved ones.
