This agency was referred to us by The Alzheimer's Association of MD. Several names were given to us but Options was recommended first. I had used Options in the past because of the quality of their personnel. This agency is excellent.

[removed] and [removed] have been so accommodating to our needs, and with helping us get the needed care for our Mom, on short notice. [removed] even contacted me on a Sunday when we were rather frantic to find someone to sit with our Mom, who had a hip replacement, but due to dementia, could not remember the needed precautions and had dislocated her hip two times. By Tuesday someone was on the job with Mom. Our experiences with some of the caretakers we have met have been quite positive. They seem dedicated to their job.

We were given several names of home care agencies by A Place for Mom advisor. We contacted a few but [Removed]. of Options for Senior America spent a lot of time explaining and providing options and creative solutions. The caregiver whom they sent us, [Removed], has made an especially good impression.

Though one of the aides interaction with my mother was fair, the overall quality of the home care services is excellent. [Removed] represent the caring and professional values of the company. Their high standards of excellence reflect in the care provider. The customer service in meeting the complex and diverse needs of my family is exemplary.

The care providers competency, dependability, attitude and compassion are excellent. Both aides [Removed] and [Removed] are excellent! What I like the most at Options is the friendliness of everyone.

How fortunate we were to find Options for Senior America. Contracting with Options was so easy and our care giver was like family helping in any way necessary for my husband's recovery and my being able to leave the house with confidence he would be under professional care while I was away. Also, the hours provided were at our request so if we needed help for longer hours or shorter hours during the week we were accommodated. The hourly price was very competitive. I would recommend Options to anyone needing help during a difficult time.
