My mom is very happy there. It's a small facility with good food. They very friendly staff.

I would recommend Trailcreek Place Memory Care to anyone. They have done a good job this past year. They take good care of my husband and if I have a concern, they address the concern.

This place has been nothing but great since I put my mom there. Everybody goes the extra mile whether it’s maintenance with her TV ,trying to help me with endless paperwork, or the nurses who just take such good care of her. The main thing is she told me she likes it there and that’s all that matters to me.

The facility is cheerful, bright, cozy and welcoming. The staff is loving, compassionate, professional and each one truly cares about each resident. The rooms are a good size for one person with enough space for a bed, dresser, recliner, table and a chair for visitors without being crowded. The facility has a large lounge where the residents can gather for activities and fellowship. There are also two other rooms where families can visit in private along with a beautiful courtyard.

I’ve been at Brookdale South Bend for quite a while now and this place is home. I honestly am so glad that we chose this place over others. The staff is truly caring and compassionate. Management has made such a great change in the building. We have lots of shopping days available and family nights every month. They even offer therapy for those who need it which I think is great because you don’t have to go anywhere. I’m so thankful for the staff and all that they do. They are a god send.

My mother recently moved to Brookdale South Bend and we are loving the impact it is making with her. She is engaged and has made many friends here. She really enjoys the food and how caring and nice the staff is. We were worried moving her into a senior community at first but now we see we made a great choice. She is happier again and has a sense of purpose. Thank you to all the staff at Brookdale for loving my mother and treating her like your own.

The food could be improved. The staff was very caring. Some of them were like angels with my mom. Very patient & warm.

I like the small size and staff friendliness. Some staff members really go out of their way to show care and kindness towards my mother-in-law. Compared to other similar facilities the cost is fair. I appreciate that Elkhart Place was able to accommodate my mother-in-law when she had an injury. Being able to evaluate and provide a varied level of care is another plus for this organization.

We have been very satisfied with Trail Creek Place. Couldn't have made a better choice and we would 100% recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

Visiting loved ones at Brookdale Bloomington is always a delight. The activities and things the residents get to do are amazing. They even hosted a prom event for the residents that was so much fun for everyone that attended. Highly recommend them for their caring care team and for taking good care of the residents that live there.

Mom was only there 6 weeks. They could've used another aide. [name removed]was the best along with their activities person. I forget her name but she stayed with my mom after she fell before hospice got there to move her to the bed. She was very sincere and caring. It was like any other heath care place at this point with 1/2 the staff or more agency but they tried to use the same people. Mom never ate in the dining room. She didn't feel well and was having a hard time with her decline. She wasn't her normal social self she was very depressed. They tried but her world being mobile walking driving etc came to such a quick halt that she barely had time to absorb what was happening to her.

Brookdale is a beautiful place, it's not too big or too small it's a perfect place for my mom. The staff has been amazing with my mom who suffers from alzhimers they have put in alot of time and effort in with getting to know her and me as well. It's the best facility we've got in Bloomington. I feel right at home when I visit her.

I will recommend this place to others. My husband says that the food tastes terrible most of the time and is depending on who the cook is The staff keeps me informed of any issues or changes in his care and medication. No

Everyone treats you as family when u walk in and is very compassionate to my mom and all the others staying there. Highly recommend and can’t say enough on how awesome the staff interact with everyone????

Came in without an appointment and was helped with information with no hesitation. The staff is very friendly, I was greeted with a smile the moment I walked in the door which is refreshing. It was clean and smelled like something delicious was being made in the kitchen. I also really liked that it’s smaller size community with a home like feel.

We had a great dinner this evening with the Brookdale resident in celebration of Mother’s Day. Thank you, staff for a wonderful meal of yummy appetizers, meat loaf, green beans, and mashed potatoes. Our mother loves the great staff snd appreciates all the care she receives.

My aunt is living in Brookdale Bloomington. It's very clean, well staffed, nicely decorated, and homey. There are a variety of activities available to residents each day and my aunt participates in many of those. Recently, we were driving back from lunch out at a restaurant and when my aunt caught sight of Brookdale she said, "There's home." I am so grateful that she feels that way about Brookdale.

Brookdale Bloomington is inviting, homey, clean, and filled with good people. They have an excellent care team and management team who are continually raising standards, making it a wonderful place to live and receive care.

The facility is clean, cozy and home like. The staff is compassionate, attentive and respectful. Moving my loved one into Trail Creek Place was the best choice. Their activities director does an outstanding job of keeping the residents active and engaged. Trail Creek Place also has their dining room in three sections according to ability so the residents who can carry on a conversation are seated together encouraging social interaction.

These nurses and staff go out of their way for their residents. They care about them and their safety. Brookdale does an amazing job of caring for the residents and maintaining the relationship with their family members. I’d highly recommend this facility.
