Brookdale Kearney Northridge has a variety of food choices that I enjoy. I am very satisfied with the community it is well-kept and very clean. They have plenty of activities to participate in. The community also allows therapy animals and I was able to bring my dog. Thank you A Place for Mom for helping me get here!

We will be moving into this community very soon. It has been a pleasant process so far. The staff we met were very kind and friendly. The community looked great, everything was very well maintained. There are nice activities offered. I'am pretty sure we are going to enjoy our time here. This is a lovely community.

Mom is moving into the memory care unit at Brookdale Quail Creek. The staff have been very understanding and good with her. The community is kept very clean and the food is fine.

This community is a great place to see and I did like this place the most! The staff were more involved with the residents like having activities available. Emily was my tour guide and she was very informative. I did not choose this community due to the fact my dad cant move around well. The community had an available room for him on the second floor but that is not convenient for Dad.

Overall we're very pleased with our experience with Brookdale Quail Creek. It's a clean, well kept, nice looking facility, and it just has a comfortable atmosphere.

We viewed the facility and the dining area was good. We seen the room my mom would be in it was needing repair. They said they would fix it. Some of the ceiling tiles were dirty.

It had a very nice, homey atmosphere rather than a facility feel. The people were given whatever they wanted for breakfast. Just the atmosphere of the place was very friendly. I would highly recommend them. I was very pleased to have my mother there, I felt very secure.

Since moving to Emeritus I have found a huge change in my mothers overall attitude. She has made great progress with her therapy, and has made many friends. I am so thankful for everything the staff has done to make her feel like part of a family. Sincerely, Tammy Painton

The only thing I can think to improve on is they need to have more people trained on how to change a catheter bag. Other than that, people are very friendly, and there have been no complaints at all from my dad. It's been a very positive experience at Westgate Assisted Living compared to where he was before.

Angela Magness was amazing! She was so helpful and kind. She helped us find an assisted living home for my in-laws (Emeritus at Quail Creek) and followed up to see how we were doing. She is GREAT! Thank you so much for all of your help. We will highly recommend you to others going through this!

Beautiful facilities, food was fantastic,! Rooms were on the smaller side.

it is wonderful. Very helpful. The staff, everybody was just friendly and caring and loving. They really couldn't do enough for us.

Wonderful place. Friendly staff, active social schedules. No stove in units to encourage eating with others. Best so far!

This community treats mom like she is family and they are making sure she is adjusting well. The staff are really friendly. She enjoys all of the daily activities they have to offer. It is clean and maintained. They get 3 really good meals a day. And they have alternate choices if you want. The outdoor area is nice. I would recommend this community.

Great facility,everything I was looking for for Mom. Lots of interaction and stimulation and person to person care. My stress level is down knowing Mom is being cared for all of the time.

The transportation service has been very helpful to get my dad to medical appointments. His medication adherence has improved since moving in.

Well, one of the good things they have is the activities. They do a lot of things during the week. They go out for lunches, they go to the zoo. Tomorrow they are having 3 events. Tye-dye, ice cream social, and then a garden party. Bad would be some of the med people are not that friendly and the turnover is high. The front-end staff is great. Very friendly and social able. Hope this helps. Just so you know, I'm glad I placed Sharon there.
