Olympus Retirement Living

We grew up in this area so we love the location, it gives off that small town feel with not as much traffic. We love that they have mystery bus rides where they take the residents to different restaurants for lunch and they also drive around the country for an hour. She really enjoys that. The staff are super friendly and helpful and we would recommend the Royal Plaza Retirement community to others.

From the moment i brought my mother to tour Royal Plaza, we felt welcome and at home. Each employee is friendly from maintenance to kitchen to house keeping to nursing to administrative and especially front desk. All our questions & needs are answered. The building is beautiful and easy to get around. During COVID all employees went above and beyond to keep my mom healthy and safe. I am so relieved to find the great apartment and home for my mother!

My grandma was happy while she was here. I only got to visit a few times but the community was good. Overall I was satisfied with the care my grandmother got she was safe and had great care.

My mother in law is all settled in. Everything is working out very well so far, The community looks great. The staff is helpful and kind. There are activities and good food offered. Overall we are pleased with everything they have done for us.

So far I am only half-moved in to the Good Samaritan Society facility, but all of the staff members there have just been extremely helpful to me in my transition into the place and have helped in any way that they could.

I enjoy coming to Meadow View because it has so many things to do with my grandmother. Or just set in a park setting with a bird singing in the background. Or if we want we can go to her private room with plenty of room to have visitors. When a large crowd of us show up, we can move into one of the two large living room setting areas with TV, sofa, tables, fireplace ect. and stay as long as want. Thank you Meadow View for making us so comfortable.

My grandmother stars at Meadow View Village. And I love the attivites they have and I can protisapate all I want. From Bingo, Bowling, Crafts and even pet visitation. One time a small pony visited the Village and everyone could pet the poney. What aowsome day that was. Keep up the good work Meadow View.

My grate grandmother lives at Meadow View. And she loved to dance to Music with Dave, Music with Harry, Music with Leo Shima, Music with Alica. Grate grandmother is 77 and still know how to shake a leg. What fun it is to watch her enjoy herself. Thanks

I have dementia and the staff takes care of me in my bad, angry, sad time with kindness. I feel loved by the people who take care of me.

My grandma's resident at Meadow View. I love the atmosphere that is created. A small town with post office, malt shop, pet store, hair salon, church, and park all around the shops. It's so fun visiting and watching the staff care for my grandma. Warms my heart knowing she is in great care.

The staff is always pleasant and helpful, both to family and residents. The staff are always trying new ideas to engage the residents. The staff will meet with family as needed when concerns arise. The facility is always clean and welcoming.

Wow! First impression was awesome. What a great "community" to live in. Clean. Refreshing. Comfortable. Love the sunlight. A wonderful place that we know when we leave, she is taken care of.

I believe this is the best place in town for my mom after our family toured so many other places locally. You have everything she needs here and more. I love the friendly, helpful staff.

They were wonderful. This was the second or third place we toured and my mom just fell in love with it and with the administration staff. They are very caring. They’ve made my mother feel very welcome made me feel very comfort for finding her a place there. There are outside areas. The parking is good.

My mother is in skilled nursing here right now. She had fallen and broken her hip. She has a cottage in the community as well, and because of that she was guaranteed a bed here. They have been tops. Really, really superior. The smell is great. It's nothing like a normal nursing home. The staff thinks she is hilarious, which keeps my mom happy. She wanted to go home, and said that she would know if she tried to bake a pie. An aid actually stood there while she tried to bake a pie, and discovered that she wasn't ready to go home yet.

I was able to meet with a gal that gave me a really good tour. She was an informative tour guide. I thought the community looked really nice. My only downfall was the distance. I did not choose.

Things are going fine at Meadow View. The staff is nice and they seem to care. The facility is clean and cozy. So far, we have not had any major issues with the facility or the staff here. Things are going pretty well.

My husband's mother is at the Royal Plaza. We visit a couple of times a year. After Christmas this year we visited at meal time and his mother and the other 2 at the table were eating cold macaroni and cheese and meager ammounts of dark meat tuna sandwiches. It was sad, they were all disappointed in the food quality and also the cold food. We think there needs to be comment cards on the tables for residents and also that the facility from top down looks at providing more fresh or steamed vegetables. We were very disappointed. We did appreciate however that on Christmas family came and brought a delicious dinner for family to share.

It was great, the staff was great! It was clean and they were friendly. We used the rehab part of the community.

Care services are offered but she's not getting them right now. It's nice to know that they're available should she need them. There are quite a bit of activities available from what she tells me. The are exactly what I would expect them to be, not over the top, but everything seems to be working out.
