The staff is wonderful and I've visited with other residents and they love it. Memory care is a really tough decision for any family to make. It is wonderful when the facility is so focused on their residents.

We had a great experience there. The staff was very caring and kind. They went the extra mile to help us. Facility was lovely, clean and well maintained. Dining area was nice and food was good. There were lots of activities available.

The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. I'm not able to see her everyday like I used to, since I'm out of state, and was very worried about how that would go, but she seems to love it. I'm not able to see how she lives day to day but I know she's joined in the activities and made friends whereas her previous place she kept to herself more. My brother visits and said her mobility has really improved and has found her engaged in activities and not minding when he left, where before she became desperate any time I needed to leave. They take care of more of her medical needs in-house than her previous senior living, such as x-rays, etc. so I feel like she has better care and isn't in the hospital every other week for minor symptoms or discomfort. She seems safe and happy which is all I can hope for. The building seems nice and clean. Her room is a studio - it's clean too, looks nice, and she likes it. She's a picky eater and has been eating great. I wish I could provide more details about the place itself but was only there a few days after moving her in. I just know she's content and safe, which speaks volumes. Her previous place was great, I thought, but this does seem to be a better fit - she's happier and healthy.

I recently had the opportunity to experience SaddleBrook Assisted Living and Memory Care and I am genuinely impressed by the exceptional quality of care provided. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that this facility prioritizes the well-being and comfort of its residents. Care: The level of care at SaddleBrook is nothing short of excellent. The staff are attentive, compassionate, and go above and beyond to meet the needs of each resident. We chose Glade Avenue mainly due to the great value for the money. Based off of our experience, I would recommend them to others looking.

My loved one was a resident at Proveer at Quail Creek. Proveer was great! The food, the care, etc were super. I would recommend this facility to others.

Very happy with staff and facilities, I like that they will also take Medicaid so I won't ever have to move her again. We picked this community because of the cost.

We chose Quail Creek because you walk in and it is very bright and sunny and it gives you a good feeling. There is tons of sunshine all throughout the facility. The room sizes are spacious. The staff are very conscious about who comes in, you do have to sign in and sign out. It has been a good experience and I would absolutely recommend.

This are has just been redone, there are a lot of big windows which brings in a lot of nice light, bright natural lighting. There is a park outside where they can walk around. The community has an area where the residents can come and gather, our loved one is not just surviving he is thriving and he seems to enjoys the meals and dining service.

We were happy with this community. We were wanting something more than what they could offer. We needed a community that was more secure at this time. The caretakers were very helpful. We were happy with the meals. They offered activities for her to try and participate. We would suggest that families tour this community for the care of a loved one for the needs that they offer.

My brother in law seems to be really enjoying everything about the Brookdale. He has made friends and is going on outings. He goes to activities and plays bingo. The place is maintained very well and the meals he has said are good.

At the moment my mother is not at the community but was there for a few days. The community was always clean and up-kept. I feel like this is a safe place for her and i'm hoping for her to return soon. The staff communication has been great they are also updating a lot with the family to make sure everything is working out.

Mom is moving into the memory care unit at Brookdale Quail Creek. The staff have been very understanding and good with her. The community is kept very clean and the food is fine.

This community is a great place to see and I did like this place the most! The staff were more involved with the residents like having activities available. Emily was my tour guide and she was very informative. I did not choose this community due to the fact my dad cant move around well. The community had an available room for him on the second floor but that is not convenient for Dad.

Overall we're very pleased with our experience with Brookdale Quail Creek. It's a clean, well kept, nice looking facility, and it just has a comfortable atmosphere.

We viewed the facility and the dining area was good. We seen the room my mom would be in it was needing repair. They said they would fix it. Some of the ceiling tiles were dirty.

Since moving to Emeritus I have found a huge change in my mothers overall attitude. She has made great progress with her therapy, and has made many friends. I am so thankful for everything the staff has done to make her feel like part of a family. Sincerely, Tammy Painton

Angela Magness was amazing! She was so helpful and kind. She helped us find an assisted living home for my in-laws (Emeritus at Quail Creek) and followed up to see how we were doing. She is GREAT! Thank you so much for all of your help. We will highly recommend you to others going through this!

Beautiful facilities, food was fantastic,! Rooms were on the smaller side.
