I was able to check out a few other communities prior to Van Mall, and this is the best I have ever seen. The community has a pleasant smell to it. I believe the staff take good care of the residents. I really like it and so does my loved one. They have lots of activities for the residents to participate in.

Overall great place for my brother, they have plenty of activities and the food has many options to chose from. He has become very picky and says does not like the food or even the water now. My brother would like to not be there but is best place for him with care needed. The staff has been wonderful and very accommodating.

We had a very good tour at Van Mall. I really liked them - they would have been my 1st choice. But my loved one preferred a different location.

We looked at a lot of different places but I liked the environment here, they integrate independent living and assisted living and it was a very enthusiastic atmosphere. The size is just right, it is not too big and not too small. The value for the money is also great and it is much lower than some others we checked out. The staff are very accessible and have been overall wonderful. I could not be happier with our choice and I would recommend Van Mall to others looking.

It looks like a great place. The facilities are very nice. They have café that is setup like a 1950's diner. The dining area is huge and very open. There is a community space on each floor with a fireplace and some chairs. It is very welcoming.

Our family had an in person tour and we were very pleased with the community, but we wanted a community that offered more than just independent living .

I am impressed how well they know and remember all of the residents. Everyone seems very friendly and enjoys being there. They also even stayed in contact with us when we had a covid situation. We could not be happier with this community. My loved one loves her new place and is very happy there and this was the most important thing for us.

Pacifica Calaroga Terrace gave an excellent tour. But the model apartment was up on 15th floor, and I wasn’t sure I would be comfortable being so high up.

I am new at Calaroga Terrace and in all my years as a manager i have never experienced such support and positivity. Our residents are happy and very well engaged, they have taken notice to the changes and are in support of calaroga. This community is beautiful and has all the amenities that anyone could ask for, but i do believe it is the staff and their caring nature that keeps our residents safe and happy. If you haven not visited Calaroga please make a appointment to do so, you will not be disappointed.

The care givers aren't coming in each day. There have a lot of empty apartments. The food is okay and is being delivering to our rooms. They are starting to allow

This one had everything we wanted, both as caregivers and as a resident. We had a fabulous virtual tour, and the staff was excited and vibrant, even via Facetime. Our tour guide was personable, and introduced us to other staff and residents as we encountered them during the tour. The items that put them in the number one spot on our list had to do with how they manage to bring an upbeat point of view to the experience. That, and pricing. The prices were more than reasonable.

Who cooked my fish and chips for dinner today? It is the best I have had here. DELICIOUS. Fish and chips were fried perfectly. My thanks to the cook.

Thank you for bringing back the scenic drives. We had a wonderful time. Look forward to the next trip.

[name removed] works on caregiving floors. I've watched her work and she is so caring and compassionate. She's devoted to her job and clients.

I really appreciate the prompt, efficient service to fix the AC Sunday [date removed] and mounting my window screen on Tuesday.

The hotdogs yesterday were great! I would love to know who made them so that I can thank them!

I toured Calaroga Terrace recently, it is a beautiful and well taken care of community. I love all of the options for different types of care. I'm looking forward to having my loved one in this wonderful community!

I wanted to thank [name removed] from maintenance. He relates so well to the seniors. When I turn in a maintenance request he responds promptly, and he is very capable. I needed a closet door fixed/replaced. [name removed] said, "There's some of those in the basement." And the problem was solved quickly.

Recently, I saw [name removed] mopping the floors in front of the elevators. I received a greeting, not disgruntlement. He is very good fixing TV sets, hanging pictures the right way, as well as hauling out all of the garbage that comes from eating in our rooms & not the dining room. I just want you to know that I think we are fortunate to have this bright young man work here at Calaroge Terrace.
