My mother really enjoyed her time here at this community. It is a really nice facility, and I was pleased with all they did for us. The caregivers were great, they took very good care of her, and her needs. It was a short experience, but it was a good one. My mom was very happy here. This is a community I would recommend.

The staff here goes above and beyond in caring for all residents. Whenever I have a question or concern, it gets immediate attention. I feel very blessed that my mom loves where she lives and we know she is well taken care of.

The entire staff gives goes out of their way to ensure my father has best care available. The staff truly cares about others who are going through a special time in their lives. They do an excellent job in communicating with family members while providing a homey atmosphere.

I really loved this community and it would have been my first choice for my parents. The people were nice and they were very helpful with us. The community was nice and clean as well. The only thing was that it was a little to expensive.

Clean, well maintained facility. All staff we interacted with,including-care aides, receptionist, hoousekeepers,the executive director, were warm,friendly and helpful. OBSERVED Residents engaged in a wide range of activities. Will definitely use when the need arises.

My mom is doing well, it was difficult to transition but she is where she needs to be. Her ability was limited and the staff are friendly while assisting her. She is making contact and getting to know the residents. The meals are being eaten and they are getting her medication on time. It is a very nice place and I get a friendly feel and it is very attractive. Mom is in a little suite that is a nice size comparable to other places. The residents are friendly and the community is a lot closer. I would recommend them.

It was all good during tours. The people were very good and I did not make an appointment, I just stopped by. I knocked on the door and took me around showing me the whole community. It had a spacious apartment with nice activities. It was a friendly community with very good care. However, this was not close to me.

This is a great community with a cozy and understanding atmosphere. My dad was here for a week but he liked it so much that he wanted to stay permanently. The people here are so nice and it was really clean, that was most important to us. They have such wonderful staff and we were pleased with the care and compassion.

For my dad it has been a great experience here. The community has good care, a clean community, and nice staff. For him it has been great.

We were very impressed with the extent of service and the different levels they offer, but we realized mom is not yet ready for assisted living.

We are real pleased with the community and she is doing really good here. On our tour we met with all the staff including the nurses. It is a smaller community and the staff are real personable and good. I have not had any issues and we are glad to have found them.

I know that this community is really good. I like the home feeling of it for my mom. I like that this community is clean and well taken care of. She seems to be pleased with the menu. They do have a lot of activities for her to participate with others. This community comes highly recommended for the value and care that is received here.

I am happy now that we found a great community for my parents. The food is outstanding. The staff gives a lot of great attention.We are happy with the straight fee each month. They are offered a lot of activities for good. My mom likes the away from the community for small trips. They always help her when she is wanting to get out and walk. We would highly recommend this community to other families.

What we like the most about the Preston house is that they are focused on Alzheimer and dementia patients, so we know my mother in law is receiving the best care. The last time I went to see her, we had thanksgiving dinner and it was very delicious. The people are nice and treating her well, she is very happy. They will be having a Christmas dinner on the 21st. The building itself is kept clean as a whistle. My mother in law is receiving 24/7 care, and we couldn't be happier with this place.

From our first visit to Kerner Ridge to the present, we have encountered very friendly, helpful staff who are always ready to assist. From the maintenance department to the executive director, all staff are caring and supportive of the needs of our family member who is a resident at Kerner Ridge.

After a significant search we moved my wife's mother in Preston House primarily due to the facility cleanliness and warmth of the staff. We have been very pleased and Mom has settled in well. Preston House is an intimate, caring facility, focused on memory care and we are very happy with our selection.

I moved my Mom here in June from another facility due to frequent falls and ER visits. My Mom has not had one fall and the alarm system in her room will immediately notify staff if she does fall. The staff and caregivers are very attentive, lots of activities for the residents and multiple common area spaces for tv, activities, etc. I wish I had known about CG when I first moved my Mom to Columbia.

This community was one of our top choices for my loved one, the building was beautiful and well maintained with pleasant surroundings. The pricing was also very reasonable for the apartments and the amenities that came with it.
