Milestone Retirement Communities

Right when we stepped into the room on our tour day we noticed just how nice the community was so that right there was our deciding factor. We have had experience with the meals and we think its very good. We have not had experience with the activities but we do see different things going on during the day. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend Arbor Rose Senior Care community to other families .

They are tuned in to the resident's with some memory loss. They have a level of care in-between memory care and assisted living; they are so respectful and don't care if grandma repeats herself a few times. This place has been a blessing.

They take great care of the residents and have activities throughout every day.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked Sierra Ridge and everything we saw but at the time they did not have a CEO so the prices dropped and we were worried that if we had signed up for what the rate was at that moment, that once they got a new CEO they would raise the fees up

The tour was very thorough. The staff seemed very attentive and very informed about each resident who was there.

We love Renaissance of Stillwater. My loved one does not participate in the activities, but I see things going on all the time. Every time I am there the food looks fantastic and they try to accommodate her if she is not eating well. We looked at a couple of other facilities, but [name removed] was just so inviting and made us feel so comfortable with the way presented the programs to us. We felt that they were going to take great care of her and they are. I would 100% recommend them to other families.

I would tell a friend that The Meadows is a great location, helpful staff, safe and reliable place for aging parents in a peaceful environment.

We had a great experience with my loved one here for respite care. The check in and check out process was great. The staff were fantastic. They sent text messages and pictures of my loved one during the short stay my loved one had here. The community was able to assist with medication management, activities, and bathing assistance during the stay. The staff made sure that my loved one stayed engaged while they were here.

I think they made the move-in transition really smooth. It was a really easy process, and they were super helpful. I think the staff try to be as helpful to the families and residents as they can. The facility is very clean. They clean the residents' rooms frequently, about every other day. There's a new director, and she seems to be making improvements. My loved one tells me the food is pretty good. And they seem to have a lot of activities.

We had a great tour with Arbor Rose, the facility is very nice but it was just not what my loved one was looking for at the time.

I would encourage you to make sure you don't have anything of value in the room due to things going missing from my loved one's room, such as linens and ornaments. This is a safe place for my loved one to be though.

A caring, attentive staff makes living at the meadows a generally pleasant experience. There are a few residents with "interesting" personalities, but that is true in any community. Various activities are available daily. Wholesome food choices.

Our tour at Windchime of Chico was really nice. The people were very friendly and welcoming. They just didn't have what my mother needed (option for her to be in independent/assisted living and still have accessibility to a significant other in memory care).

Classy community with good scenery

We were they for a short amount of time. The administrators were fantastic. The nurse did a great job, along with most of the caregivers.

The community is very accommodating, caring, homey, and willing to work with you. I would recommend this community to others based on our experience.

Our Mom has been at Caley Ridge for nearly 5 years and we are very happy having her there all of this time. She has really liked living there and I really like all of the staff who are at Caley. I was really impressed at how Caley Ridge were able to keep the residents safe and healthy during the Covid months of 2020 and 2021. I am grateful to all of them for taking such good care of my Mom.

I find this to be a very good facility. The staff go put of their was to make sure that the needs of every person are met as soon as possible. The facility is always clean and cheery. The food is as csn be expected in a place like this with a variety of needs to serve. I have been told more than once that "we ate here to serve you." When I've apologized for making a staff person go out of their way for something I wanted or needed.. This is not home but it comes very close.
