I recently moved in the building. It was the best decision I made. Everyone is so nice.

The staff at Brookstone of Aledo is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is loving and caring and makes a deeply personal relationships with the residents. The food is great. From the front desk and marketing director to the executive director, nursing staff, food service staff, activities director, facilities and transportation, … everyone clearly cares deeply and becomes the residents’ friends and support. There are great response times for nursing or facilities. The facility is clean and bright and there are many activities available for residents within the building and out in the community. There are also regular events that bring the people of the town to Brookstone for special events. They have gone above and beyond accommodating medical appointments as needed. We could not ask for more for our loved one!

No major complaints. Like everywhere, a little short staffed on weekends. And since my mother is deaf, most of the activities don't interest her. But they do offer to include her. Haven't met any staff that's not helpful. The meals are great and mom eats every bite. They help her dress and undress every day, so she doesn't wear the same clothes twice in a row. They do laundry about once a week. I'm pleased with the place and very glad she's there

Though this was a touch decision, the quality and professionalism of the staff made it so much better. Plus, the facility itself seemed to be designed for what my wife needed. They are quick to respond to questions and are always supportive.

He is going to be leaving in 2 months but not because of them. It's expensive compared to owning a home and he's going better so he'll be moving in to his own place again. It is a great community of people. Being active and around others is life transforming. He's in the smallest apartment and I think it's perfect for one person. The 2 bedrooms are huge if you want more space. Also- the location has a lot of woods and wildlife which is nice. He sees dear in the woods outside from his patio.

Water’s Edge is a fun family like atmosphere. The staff is very attentive to your needs and routines. I really enjoy mealtimes, visiting with the other residents. The dietary department has been helpful with my restrictive diet. I am satisfied with the food. There is a great selection of activities that include all residents.

I like living here, and there is plenty to do. I enjoy the garden and taking care of the flowers and vegetables. Residents are involved in these activities, which is good. I would like to have more opportunities for dance, however.

The staff at The Meridian have been very kind, and my stepmom has said , "I can't say a bad thing about the place." . Everyone always greets you with a smile and goes out of their way to help in whatever way they can. It also doesn't feel like an "assisted living facility." It is a beautiful facility. The studio apt my stepmom is is in is good-sized and very comfortable. The activity schedule and transport to stores and restaurants provides ample opportunity for people to get out and get what they need. We are happy with her placement there.

Our mother was a resident at The Villas for over 4 months. She was treated like family called the workers (CNA's / Aids)" her girls" [names removed] the rest of the staff were so caring the entire stay and especially during the time of her passing.

Although they were struggling with some personnel issues for a while they vastly improved their staff over time. When my mother had a stroke they handled the hospice care wonderfully, which can really be a great bonus when it comes to this level of care.

It’s a great place to live! I believe my friends would love it here too. I enjoy visiting with both staff and residents. Staff are great at meeting my needs as well as giving me privacy and respect. I have a great view from my window. It is nice to watch the geese on the pond.

My experience at the Glenword has been very positive. The staff has proven to be extremely helpful and very prompt when I have called for help. The hard-working, 5-star administration, aides, cooks & ancillary staff are very caring, compassionate, & accommodating. Glenwood has a friendly environment and good food! Great opportunities for activities & socialization

I would seriously have to give them all a 5. Mom absolutely loves it there. Tells me all the time "if I had known it was gonna be this fun, I would have moved here years ago". The care partners are amazing, thoughtful, caring and always "on it". They all seem to truly Carmen's love what they do. The chef (food) is tremendous. This guy can cook. And the servers in the restaurant know everyone, call everyone by name and seem to know what a person wants before they ask. The activities director keeps everyone involved and there is always something to do

I would recommend gentry. Employees care about the residents and Have a good sense of community.

My mom gets amazing service here. She loves all the fun activities that occur. especially bingo! The food is really good.

Very welcoming environment. Friendly staff and very helpful answering questions. Activity director is great, plans fun activities and games for the residents. Very clean and nice upgrades.The different levels of care are very helpful for all the needs of the residents.

We love the different family activities that the facility holds. The staff is always friendly and positive. We also heard the food is great!
