Majestic Care

Our Grandmother is very happy. It was an adjustment for her but they are taking wonderful care of her. We love having her so close. Although she hates the food. It's the same day after day. And would be nice if they did something different after now and again. Other than that we have no complaints.

I seldom write reviews, but I couldn’t help myself but to do so regarding [name removed], the Marketing Director at Majestic Care. She has been extremely instrumental with keeping my father happy and managing him during challenging times. She is caring, well-trained, compassionate and full of humor and good cheer. She treats my father like a family member and goes above and beyond to make him comfortable at the facility. Her level of empathy and care is impressive and comforting for me being in another State from my father. I am and will be forever grateful to her.

The staff was super while we were in the selection process, the move in process, and support since. [name removed] made the extra effort to let us know when a one bedroom was available; mom had heart set on one bedroom. A wide variety of activities exist and mom now feels comfortable to try some out. I really appreciate the monthly newsletter and activities calendar. These keep me informed and I can encourage mom to participate. Value for cost is great. I know we chose the best place for mom. Always wellness check before meals. Ensures she knows about activities before starting to make sure she has opportunity to participate. Mom didn't feel well one evening, she pushed call button and assistance came. She was fine; took vitals and provided recommendations to ease the discomfort mom was feeling.

Majestic care assisted has been the BEST place for my mom. She has been there in the assisted living community for about 18 months. All the staff there have been receptive to our needs for my mom, even down to the smallest detail. I ask for certain things to be done and it is accomplished quickly. Lia Price is awesome!! The way she is there for all the families and how she cares about each person is amazing. She makes herself available night or day to take calls from family members. You can’t ask for anything better than that. My hats off to those workers.

I am absolutely 100% satisfied with this place my mom now calls home! From management to the Nurses, CNA's. I have no complaints whatsoever. Staff are wonderful, friendly and available to talk if I need them. Facility is clean and well manicured. My mom's room is spacious and beautiful. I am thankful she is there, close to my home and well taken care of!! She likes to complain here and there about the food but she has always been a little bit picky with her meals, so I just keep her well stocked with x-tra food items in her apartment in case she doesn't like a particular meal. My personal experience has been wonderful.

My family and loved one had a good experience with the community. The staff are kind, caring, and helpful. Everyone is friendly. We would recommend families tour each community and ask all questions you might have to ensure the right community for your loved one.

Our family was very happy with our experience with Saint Anthony Majestic Care. The staff members are very friendly and very experienced. There are a lot of different activities and opportunities for the residents to interact with one another. Also the community is very clean, and we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

The Marketing Director went away out the director's normal workday to assist our sister/aunt in relocating to a new room. This is the above and beyond that is typical of staff stepping up to help. The facility is spotless and bright, the meals tasty and varied. Highly recommend St. Anthony Majestic Care.

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. My loved one loves it here. The people here are very friendly and kind. The staff are very caring. The community is very clean. The staff communication with the family is very good. They are responsive to our questions and quick to reply. There three meals a day served and there are choices to choose from. The meals are very good, and it is more like a restaurant. It makes you feel like you are in a full dining restaurant as there is nice silverware, and the kind dining staff.

The food and the quality has gotten better, but it would be nice if they asked the residents their input. I enjoy Bingo, and exercising weeekly. It's nice, clean, and the employees are friendly and helpful.

Both of my grandparents moved into the assisted living unit at Majestic Care Of Fairfield in June of this year. I can not express enough how much the staff truly cares about them. [name removed]has been with us every step of the way and is a true blessing. The facility is very clean and well managed. The residents always have something to do from shooting pool to playing bingo and going to church. The apartments are very spacious and beautiful!

Based on what we saw with other communities the value here is more reasonable. The community is very nice and is in a nice looking are. They have a ton of different activities going on from what we have seen off the calendar. Based on our experience we would absolutely recommend this community to other families. The staff members are great.

I visit my Granny often and I can't say enough great things about this place. When my family leaves, we know she is taken care of, safe and happy. She loves the food too! The staff always goes above and beyond! Highly recommend!

We chose Majestic Care because I was very impressed with the facility and the staff after our tour. We went to sample lunch and it was good, it was not institutional which was important. She absolutely raves about the food now. They were accommodating with the apartment that she got. The staff have been here for a long time which tells me they are doing something right, they have been amazing. Compared to other places, their process for medicaid is significantly better and they were upfront and honest about everything. I would highly recommend them to others looking and already have.

The physical facilities, the apartments are great, The food is good. They are understaffed due to Covid-19. My mom is too week to get out of her room on her own and often times has to wait a long time to get caregivers to help. They have been very helpful in helping schedule visits once a week in a mask.

My MOM has been a resident there since [date removed]. She loves her place, it fits her and it feels like hers. The staff is 1st class, they know you when you visit , the nursing staff is always in contact and if I have concerns they are addressed right away I cannot say enough positive about this place. So glad she is there, during this COVID, their residents are their first priority, yes it has been hard but I would rather be able to talk to her daily then the other alternative. GREAT JOB everyone, and also their food is great!!!

Conveniently located. Therapy dog Willie. Room 287 is a small efficiency apt. Twin hospital bed, recliner, tv, roomy but small enough so that mom could reach everything. Heartland Hospice could be deemed her "doctor" and supervise meds and special needs. There is an on-site doc. Patients see on Wed if needed. Kroger across the street delivers meds. Outside garden, concerts, daily schedule of activities. Scooter friendly (path to Walmart next door). Nurses knew all patient names. Patients all looked happy and well cared for. Dining hall, assigned seats. Mom would be on 2nd floor. Long hallways. 2 nurses on staff during day, 1 after 5. 4 aides on staff. All patients wear call button around neck.

my mom loves her Guardian Angel, [name removed]. He is always one step ahead, anticipating her needs and following through with any concerns or issues mom has. Having someone to call your Guardian Angel is such a comfort. it's a beautiful place, and I'm glad my mom is in such good hands. the food is plentiful and very good, and the activities are fun for all. I am blessed to have found such a great place for mom to call home.

My Mother spent her last three years at Perrysburg Commons, and was treated like one of the family there. Although refined to a wheelchair, she enjoyed watching the other residents Wii bowling, and enjoyed playing Bingo. The entire staff shows care and compassion toward all their residents. The facility is clean and bright, with updated resident rooms and a large dining facility. I would highly recommend Perrysburg Commons to any family wanting a place to call home for their parents or relatives.
