All my ratings are based on my experiences prior to the pandemic. Lionwood is a great value for your money. It is beautiful and looks like a spa resort. I was expecting it to smell, and it smells wonderful. The staff is able to provide information immediately about my loved one, they know my loved one well.

the best thing I like is that the staff have been there for a while, there is very little turnover, They make good decisions with medical needs and communicate well keeping us informed. I would recommend this community to others

Parkwest community is 100% private pay, and the rooms at the community are pretty nice. The food they serve the residents is just okay, but we would still recommend this community to a family or friend.

We chose The Regent because at the time it was independent living but they had home health care available and that would be cheaper than assisted living. Over the years time, it has gotten more expensive. They have various sizes of apartments, ours is perfect for us. The food here is generally good, if I would rate it I would rate it at 4. Since this is independent living, during COVID we are still free to come and go which has been nice.

Everyone was friendly, facility was clean and well kept. Activities going on all morning.

Staff is family. They love the residents and show it. Facility is clean and follow good Covid-19 protocol. Lots of socialization activities.

We chose Legend of Mansfield in the beginning because of the location and the feel that we got when we toured. The room sizes here are very nice and spacious. Int he beginning the food was really good, the chef ended up getting deployed so it did go downhill, but it is still good. I would recommend the community to others.

My loved one is very happy here. The care is wonderful here for the residents. The activities are available for the residents to choose from. The staff is very good about celebrating holidays and decorating for them as well. The staff checks on our loved one several times a day. The Windsor is like a big family, they even treat us like family. They knew our names from the beginning. The community has been professional and caring for the residents during the pandemic. They communicate with us about how they are handling the pandemic and the reasons why. It is worth every penny we are paying for the care for our loved one.

It's reasonably priced and I feel like my mom is safe there. This makes me feel better and the staff takes really good care of her. Also the management there is very good. I would recommend this community to others.

This community is a good facility, the staff is very caring and I would definitely recommend this facility. The room sizes are nice, my dad has a living room, kitchenette, bedroom, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. They an alert system in each room in case he needs help. They have a lot of storage space in both bedroom and the bathroom.

From what we saw this cleanliness of this community was immaculate. This is a larger facility and it offered a lot of activities and a lot of different variety. It is a beautiful facility, and the staff just seemed to be happy there. All the staff members knew all the residents by their names. What also really impressed us was the guy who was in charge of marketing was very personable and he asked us questions to really get to know our loved one. He really went above and beyond for us.

Rosewood's facility is small enough to be secure for the residents, but doesn't feel small with its large rooms and open spaces. The activities staff communicates regularly on daily activities and sends pictures. The facilities director, [name removed], is communicative and will answer questions and resolve issues quickly. And I am so glad the hairdresser is able to come in and give my mother the extra pampering she deserves.

My family and I have been very pleased with the care and safety that our Mom, [name removed] has been receiving. The communication has been good and we feel Mom has been handled fine. So glad things are slowly getting back to normal and that [name removed] is allowed back in to do her fine work!
