Land of Peace

Ever since my mom arrived at Land of Peace over a year ago from a 98-bed facility, her health, demeanor, and state of mind has dramatically improved. [name removed] has taken it upon herself to get the absolute best caregiver that is a perfect match for my mom. Moreover, she makes sure that doctors, nurse, and physical therapy appointments are consistent and productive. Her everyday well-being is closely monitored by the caring staff. Shr is a hands-on owner/manager who sees to it that her patients are in the best possible condition and her staff is treated fair and paid competitively. This place is a game-changer!

The caregivers are extremely helpful, compassionate and caring towards the residence and family members. I have worked in emergency medical services and responded to many facilities professionally. This is by far one of the most professional and caring environments. This is why my mother is here.

I happen to live very close to the Land Of Peace Broad and Care and had driven by many times. Then recently I found myself in need of a place for my elderly uncle. By the Grace of God they had the perfect spot for him. He has-been there only a short while but his condition has improved a lot in all aspects of his being. The care givers are remarkable, the house is always clean and friendly and my uncle is clean and well taken care of every time I stop by, unexpectedly. When I leave there I feel quite confident my uncle is in competent and caring hands. The food is delicious and well planned. I feel so good about The Land Of Peace and , the owner, is truly an angel.

We've been very pleased with the care and attention our Mom has received. She was at two different facilities prior to Lznd of Peace. They were good for her at that time, but one HUGE pet peeve was we were "nicked and dimed" for anything extra. So frustrating!!! Land of Peace is small, well run and we're very pleased!

My mom has lived at Land of Peace for nine months. The caregivers truly care about each resident. The house is always clean, and so is my mother. My mom is losing her memory, but when I ask her if she wants me to look for a new facility, she always replies, "No, it's nice here." Thank you [name removed] and staff for caring for my mom. You are the best!

My family member is a residence at Land if Peace for the last year He has Alzheimer’s Snd I’s limited on anything he can do. The care takers are exceptional and take care of my fsmily member and will tend to his needs, the home is very very clean and the residents are all well taken care of. I highly recommend Land of Peace.

A nice and loving place with good caregivers and great owners. Meals served are very healthy and look delicious! Although there is a high turn over of staff, they usually are pretty good caregivers. The place is always clean. We have been very happy with the Land of peace.

I was referred to Land of Peace by a colleague of mine a couple of years ago. My mother had been residing at a much larger memory care facility and as time went on we realized it became too much for her and made the difficult decision to move her. Land of Peace meets all our expectations. The home is light, bright and always clean. The caretakers & staff are extraordinarily giving, patient and in my opinion they truly care about each and every resident. I highly recommend it.

My Mom has been staying at a Land of Peace property for almost 5 years. They have taken excellent care of her and are very communicative with me about her needs and care. When her Physician has come to visit, she has relayed that my Mom is getting great care and there have been NO concerns. I've referred Land of Peace to my friends regarding their family.

My Mom has been a resident of Land of Peace 1 for over two years. We could not be happier. The home is clean, well-run and they are very communicative with me. The owners and staff truly care about the residents. One of the aspects we love is the food. My Mom is a very finicky eater and she loves the food. When I visit, I always ask her about the food and she says it is great. I have watched her eat and she does truly love the food. We highly recommend Land of Peace 1.

The Land of Peace staff takes really good care of me and they have the best food ever. I feel very loved and at home here. They make sure all my needs are taken care of and are professional and treat me with respect and dignity. I highly recommend this home to any and everyone.

The people of Land of Peace have been nothing but kind and accommodating. They have taken to utmost care of my mother. Highest marks to them.

The staff is very friendly and the community is very clean. The atmosphere is very homey and it is a smaller community. I would like to see more activities and engagement between the staff and the residence. I would recommend this community to others

Excellent place. Sadly my mom changed her mind about leaving her house but I would recommend highly just from the tour.

[Removed] has been so concerned with my Father's care. She is always available when I call or email with a concern. The staff (especially [Removed] and [Removed]) are friendly, and helpful. The cost is competitive.

They're doing very well in what can only be described as a very difficult situation. My mom suffers from extreme OCD and she can be incredibly disruptive and they are working with her on that. In the past we've had problems with caregivers simply quitting because it was too difficult but Adat Shalom has been great. We're very pleased with them. Even though there are problems, they're working with us which I appreciate. They're very attentive and there is great communication. Sometimes there's a little bit of a language barrier but you can get that anywhere.

Yes it's a nice place like home and not too crowded and stuff is right there to take care of you if you need them right away. I would send a friend to to land of peace

Overall, this facility is great. The only suggestions I would have is more interactions with the residents that are communicative and not bedridden here, needs to be more friendly. The food is okay, not great. Communication with the family is unbelievable. Good place, it is very nice just like home. I would recommend Land of Peace 2 to anyone who asks.

We had a positive tour at Land of Peace. It just wasn't the right fit. I didn’t think my loved one would adjust well in a residential care home environment.

My Dad was there for about 2 months. The service was amazing. There is someone there 24/7 to help him whenever he needed it. It is very clean. Rates are reasonable. Staff is really easy to work with. Downsides: My Dad was wheelchair bound, but suffered no dementia. There were only 5 others in the house and none were verbal (dementia, MS), so there was very limited social interaction except with the staff. My Dad didn't care for the food. They typically prepare all the dinners for one week on one day and you often get the same thing day after day--no options.
