I thought this community was great. They didn't have all the services I needed; however, they were willing to work with me and my loved one on a difficult case. The food was great and perfect, they weren't able to serve in the dining room due to the pandemic.

This community was very nice and we really liked it alot. The community had a very nice tour also.

We are able to do an in person tour and the experience was excellent. It is so warm, loving and beautiful. It would of been our number one choice but the value was just to expensive. Our loved one would of had a room on the first floor that looked right out to the beautiful patio. They staff were so warm and welcoming, and there was a low turnover rate so the staff there are very long term. We just have nothing but positive feedback

The staff are caring. They offer good activities, for instance we especially enjoyed a couple of winter festivals in the parking lot where they encouraged families to meet their loved ones there, while implementing socially distancing, to enjoy some music and adult cocktails. There are open outdoor courtyards that the families can meet in. It's close to shops, hotels, and dining areas. The price is reasonable considering all the activities going on. The staff did have a difficult time keeping up with all the changes and challenges of Covid, but I feel like they did a good job of having community safety in mind but also balancing the need for the residents to have social interaction with other residents and their families. They seemed to be good about using outdoor space so we could still see our loved on during this time. We've heard of complete lockdowns at other facilities, and we chose this one for their flexibility while still maintaining safety protocol. They only had one suspected case of Covid, so they went under quarantine until they could verify. And it ended up not being Covid. So they never did have any confirmed cases, which is fantastic with all the seniors and families coming and going.

We were able to tour this community in person and the experience was wonderful. It was a beautiful place we wish we could of moved our loved one in but the value was just to high. The staff was great and accommodating. The day of our toured it rained and they actually got a golf cart to drive us around.

The community is very clean, and the staff members would get a 10 plus for friendliness. Everyone here is so happy, friendly and the activities are nice they are adding more and more every day.

The staff members at Heritage Greens are wonderful and very accommodating. From the day I walked in here, they knew me by name and don't forget it. They provide a lot of activities here and you can participate if you want to. The food is also great, I have been very pleased with it. Overall, it has been a good experience.

We chose this facility due to the convenient location and the friendliness of everyone we came into contact with. They were really willing to work with my mom on her unique circumstances. The apartment sizes are small and the bathrooms are very small as well. The staff here have been wonderful and I would recommend to others looking.

I would tell others this is a good community. Sagewood tries hard to met the needs we have for our loved ones and they are good to work with. They have a memory care day program for residents. Sagewood had the families come up and decorate the sidewalk for their loved ones.

I moved here in March, in a city where my son and wife live. I am from a county in Palm Springs, CA. My daughter in law is a former RN, retired now and she took me a couple of places she thought I may like and I chose Park Place and have not been sorry. I have made new friends and my apt is lovely. The staff is fantastic. I love the food and activities are superb. I'm very happy.

I have lived here 5 years. Without exception, the staff, aides, and dining room servers are compassionate and friendly. They are one big family!

The food quality is superior to other facilities and they offer a good variety. The residence is very friendly and they do a lot together. The room sizes vary depending on what room you get, The storage is very good. I would recommend this facility to others.

We chose First Colonial Inn because we enjoyed this one the most out of the different ones that we toured. They have a variety of sizes of rooms here and you get what you pay for. I have eaten here a couple times with mom and the food was just fine. Overall, we have had a good experience and would recommend to others.

HIGHLY recommend visiting this community. [name removed] was the picture of warmth and professionalism. All questions were answered thoroughly and all aspects of this community were well explained. She has also been available for follow up questions. The community itself was simply gorgeous and residents were cheerfully milling about everywhere. They also have exceptional health and safety protocols in place.
