Iris has been a great help in taking my wife to her new home. The hardest thing I have ever had to do in our 52 years of marriage. They were very helpful in the move in, spent extra time with my wife to help her get comfortable. The staff is very accommodating when we visit or have questions. Our family is still getting adjusted to our new life with wife & mom being away from us but we are very glad of the place she is in. The management staff is very easy to deal with and available when needed. The facility is very, very nice and the small number of residents is a very big plus. I highly recommend Iris Memory Care!!!!

I am impressed with Storey Oaks and would recommend it others. Very friendly staff that appears to care and provides good service.

February 2017 My sincere gratitude to all who work at Storey Oaks for their commitment to patients and their families. My father was admitted to Storey Oaks diagnosed with middle to late stage dimentia. It has been very difficult to go through this process. The staff there have been very flexible to my father and mother's needs, implementing different strategies to help them overcome specific challenges that are unique to my father's condition. Numerous times they have reached out to my mother to assist her with some of the heartbreaking moments that occur during this transition in their lives. Thank you so much for all your efforts!

The nursing and security staff are great and I have no problems with them. The food is pretty good and they do work with his special diet. They do offer some activities and the place seems to be clean. I would recommend this community for memory care.

The staff at Storey Oaks are incredible. They are attentive and check in on mom often. According to mom the food is great. She likes to participate in arts and crafts. The community is clean and very well kept. This community is not to big and I would recommend it.

We love Prairie Winds. Every Staff member we came into contact with was welcoming and helpful. The residents all seemed happy and well cared for. Every interaction they had with our loved one who was entering the facility was positive, loving and caring. It is a great place and a good fit for our family member.

They are understaffed for the needs of the residents. Luckily my dad is on hospice and has an aide for him and 2 others. But it is hard at night when it is bedtime for all of the residents that needs help to their beds.

Loved the receptionist and office staff, as well as the aides and medication aides - they were all wonderful. My only concern was that interactions with the Director of Nursing could sometimes feel a bit firm, though that may have changed since. Overall, the facility is a good one, and I truly appreciate the care provided

The staff are very caring and attentive. I would recommend and the facility as a whole is open and well lite. It is 3 buildings of different levels so I can really only speak to building C that my wife is in.

Several nursing assistants were outstanding, several mediocre, and a rare few lazy. The outstanding ones individualized care, offering activities geared to individual needs. Residents were clean and well fed. Activities directors were a joke. The best activities were provided by a nursing assistant [name removed], with small groups of residents. Her creativity was amazing. Staffing was subpar. One NA and one med tech Per shift is inadequate. This was typical for day shift. I was there every day for 2-3 hours. As with all facilities, clinical staff change, and recommend going 'beyond' average staffing ratios and observing staff interactions with residents during meal times, activity times, and down times.

I'm there on weekends and often the food is cold and difficult for people to eat. It would be better to have things that could be picked up easily, or cut up or easy to get onto a fork or spoon. My mom isn't eating much lately, but It can be a struggle for others and more work for the staff. I love that the staff is so upbeat and they seem to know the quirks and character of the individual residents. They are very kind and patient.

Most all of staff are all pleasant to me and my family, and kind and patient to the residents. No real complaints that I've come across.

Mostly excellent memory care with staff with knowledge and skill in managing individuals with cognitive, language, and physical challenges. Family involved in care planning. Hospice services available if needed

They need to be more consistent with placing the correct clothes when returned from the laundry. Bedding the same. The staff would try but when we moved my friend's items once he passed, there were many items that were missing.

It's pretty good and the staff are friendly.

We are doing very well at Iris Memory Care of Edmond. I would tell others if you move your loved one in here to make sure and write their names on their clothing items. A lot of times when they do laundry it gets mixed up and his clothes go missing or he gets someone elses. Overall I would recommend this facility to others looking.

The facility is nice and staff keep common areas clean. Staff seems to really connect with and care about my loved one. Staff-to-family communication and staff-to staff communication needs to improve.

It was very hard to find a home for my mom, but glad I found Iris.

The care is good & mom seems comfortable there. The price seems high but is online with similar facilities. We wish we had placed her closer to one of our homes though.
