Solstice Senior Living is a wonderful community filled with warm and friendly people. The staff is also warm and friendly as well. They have great food and lots of fun activities and things to do! I am very happy with the apartment for my grandma and her care. We would recommend this community to everyone!

Such an amazing place! The staff is super nice and so helpful. The environment is more like a vacation resort with the feel of home. The social setting is amazing too! Definitely my first choice when finding the right place to grow old gracefully for my loved one. Well worth a tour!

Toured. Liked it. Fits all our needs, including transportation and medication management. We are on the wait list for a studio apartment in February 2020!! This is so exciting.

Our tour guide was quiet knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! It was nice to be able to walk around, meet a few residence and feel at ease. I also love that this company is reasonably priced! We put our deposit down before we left!

We wanted to be very careful when choosing a place for my sister and ultimately she would make the decision when she came to town. We looked at so many Senior Living facilities in the area for her. They all offered something different and prices varied from place to place. She chose Solstice because it was a warm and friendly place and the people that lived there seemed to really like it. My sister has lived there for years now and calls it home. The apartments are nice and the staff is great! The activities are fun and engaging and there is always a little something for everyone. The food is really good too. [Name removed] is in the office and is supportive of the people that live there and her staff, but also takes time if I have questions. She seems to really care about the people that live there and her staff. They all greet me with a smile and friendly hello. I would highly recommend Solstice in Normandy Park.

My wife and I moved into this community five months ago. We are very happy and pleased to be living here. The staff has been very content and quick to meet our every need. The entire building including our apartment is well maintained and is kept very neat and clean. We highly recommend this community to anyone needing this type of facility.

I love living at Solstice for many reasons: 1) a caring, loving manager and staff, 2) central location to banks, churches, library, progery stores, walmart, other retail stores, and restaurants. 3) residents are like family. We eat together and have activities together, so we get to know and care about one another. 4) our apartment building and grounds are beautiful. 5) we have numerous activities daily for people to take part in if they wish.

When my younger sister and I were trying to find a place for our older sister, we toured five other Senior Homes. The manager [name removed] and wife [name removed] were a great influence. The facility is very attractive because of the beautiful lawn and flowers around it. The interior is very attractive. Our activity Director [name removed] keeps our dining room and entrance in awesome decor.

I love living in my Solstice Community. My apartment is comfortable with plenty of room for family and friends to visit. The common areas are clean and well kept. The meals are exceptional with two main entrees and seven alternative entrees offered at each meal. The management goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are safe and happy. I especially enjoy getting to know other residents through the many social activities offered here.

I have resided here for more than four years and feel like it is a great place to live. We have an incredible manager who goes over and above to ensure our needs are met and he cares for each one of us personally. We truly feel like this is a close community. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the interior decor is lovely. Various activities are provided and an effort is made to make life as convenient and enjoyable as possible.

Our brother in law lives there. The staff is like family - providing outstanding services, clean, great food, entertainment. They provide everything that makes him feel at home. We highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.

Thanks right off the bat to [name removed] for being such an excellent host on our tour of Solstice. The community was immaculate, the staff was friendly. The welcome sign for my husband and I at the reception desk was quite the surprise. We were not expecting that. We loved each unit that [name removed] showed us. It was perfect for me and my wheelchair. We were treated to lunch there and the food was awesome. Cheers to the dining room staff. I really felt like we were at a five star restaurant the way we were treated. It is definitely in the lead if all the financials work out.

$2375 per month, $2500 community fee. Good food and lots of sunlight. Ground floor apartment with own door to outside as well as easy access to walk dog. Good community "feel".

This place has been the best thing for my family and our love one, Staff is very professional and caring, food is just like home cooking and Chef talks with us every time we visit. The General Manager is a very caring person and keeps us informed of any changes in our family members. We highly recommend Rio Norte

This facility would be the one we would consider when we are ready. [Name removed] made sure we understood that they do not care for client's medical needs. I felt Solstice is very friendly and welcoming with almost everyone knows everybody else and says hi. Nice homey feel. The dining hall is like a restaurant with a set of standard meals and also a daily menu which is different every day. There are activities all day long every day and a Birthday celebration for those born in July, that day. Floor plans are good size and kitchens have a stove. The rent is lower than Brookvale, but the initial fee is high a one month’s rent, but overall cheaper.
