It is an affordable place. I am not super impressed with the clinical care of my loved one. The staff doesn't follow up after reaching out to giving me updates on my loved one. Overall, it is a nice place. It has been hard due to the pandemic. They are allowing virtual visits, or doing window visits.

We found Maidencreek Place through A Place for Mom. My father and I took a tour of several places on the list in our area and my father new several people at Maidencreek Place and he was impressed with the staff. I later moved across country and the staff keep me informed of the celebrations ,special events and conditions with my father. He is at home there and and enjoys the community of residents ,staff and all the activities. I even found him Wii bowling!

The meals are not quite what they were when she first moved in, and the activities are good given the current circumstances.

The staff and cleanliness of the community is perfect we could not ask for better. The care services are excellent they treat our loved one and our family very well.

Maidencreek place is such a wonderful community. The staff is great, the food is good and the atmosphere is so appealing.

The staff @ Maidencreek Place are excellent individuals as well as a very sincere and thoughtful family. They recently assisted me with their protocols for placement which was a smooth process and I am grateful for all of their help. Everyone there cares immensely for the well being of their residents. Both my Mom and Mother-In law Live here; they are both happy and like the Gardens very much. The staff is very friendly, kind and considerate .

[name removed] seems to be very pleased with the staff and especially with the food. He seems to be very content at Maidencreek Place.

My mother was there during 2016/2017 and passed away in 2017 and was treated wonder fully till her death. She didn't want to be there but at home, but made a lot of friends and had alot of compassionate nurses. My father was there at the end of 2019/early 2020 for post hip surgery and was treated great! Left right before COVID but made many friends. [name removed] is an awesome recreational therapist and everyone was treated great... As with any location, it is always good to have a child as an advocate if you see something go array - speak up and it will get addressed..

My mom decided recently to move to an independent living situation. Having no experience or knowledge about such facilities, we reached out to a couple of places and thankfully found The Gardens at Wakefield! From my first phone conversation with [name removed], I felt that we were on the right track and my instincts have since been confirmed over and over again. Both [names removed] made the entire process of visiting to moving in so easy and since Mom moved in, they have both gone above and beyond to ensure that she is happy and becoming integrated into the community. She feels very much at home with all of the new friends she has made and how welcoming all of the staff have been. She is enjoying the activities as well as the food and is very happy with her new situation!

We looked into several communities and chose Creekside Terrace because of the price, the location, and the appearance of it. The staff were also very friendly and helpful getting her moved in. The apartment sizes here are great, they do have 1 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms to choose from as well. Overall, I would highly recommend.

The room sizes here were great, she was in a one bedroom and it was kind of like a suite, it had a sitting area and then a little separate bedroom and kitchenette. I know that she really liked the different activities that they were able to provide such as getting her nails done, ice cream parlor, etc. Overall. I would recommend the community to others.

We think they can improve on some of their activities to keep the residents more active, everything else they are pretty on top of. The rooms are pretty good, most of the residents can bring their own things in, overall we think it is pretty good.

The care services at Brookdale Citrus were very good, and the people there were great. They really did treat you like family. The rooms were about adequate in size, and we would recommend this community to others.

The community is extremely clean, The staff is very nice and they will come up and introduce themselves. They go out of the way to find good meals for my mom's special diet and they offer a good variety. I would recommend this community to others

The community found my loved one a dog to adopt, to help engage my loved one into the community. Seasons Place has been checking on my loved one due to an ailment currently every 30 minutes. The community is even taking my loved one's dog out and caring for the dog on their behalf. This community is one that I trust. This says a whole lot. They are pricey, but they are good.

The WIllow community is very good and the value is about right. The care services are good, and our loved one says she is always busy because of all the activities they offer. Our loved one seems happy with the food, she has had no complaints as of yet.

I was so touched with [name removed]'s personality, her compassion and understanding of our families situation. [name removed] had a wealth of knowledge and I would recommend anyone to work with her. We were seeking facilities on our own prior to contacting Foxbridge Assisted Living & Memory Care. I wish I had gotten in touch with a Place for Mom before doing our own research. In doing that research however, we found another place more compatible with the budget available.
