I'am satisfied with the services my mother has received from this home care agency. Everything is working out very well, and my mother is well. They have been great to work with, and very flexible with our times. It has been good experience, and I would recommend this home care agency.

I have no complaints about this company and the care they have provided my mother. She is always telling me how happy she is with them and how sweet the caregivers are to her. I like that she is comfortable and feels safe in there care. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone needing a home health company,

The employees of Home Watch Care Givers and its owners, [Removed], have surpassed my sister’s and my expectations by providing the type of care my father has required as a resident of an assisted living community. [Removed] have responded efficiently and compassionately during critical or emergency situations. At no time were key decisions or actions overlooked with regard to our father’s medications, treatment concerns, or interactions with specialists to advocate for his comprehensive care. For example, [Removed] accompanied my father during a primary care visit to help manage medication scheduling and express opinions to optimize his long-term treatment and continuity of care. As an experienced Registered Nurse, [Removed] has been instrumental in recommending a clear course of action, and asking appropriate questions of specialists and caregivers to ensure the best possible outcome for her clients. Her medical knowledge and organizational skills exemplify excellence on many levels. We feel very fortunate to have met [Removed], and the staff of Home Watch Care Givers.

Everything has been great. My mother really liked the caregiver that goes to her home. The caregiver is always on time and friendly, we wouldn't trade them for anyone.

I am very happy with this service for care. The staff are very nice and helpful to our needs We were very please with the care taker that arrived on time and if they were going to be late they would inform us. The caretakers did a lot for us. My parents have been happy with her. We are glad that they are helpful and caring. we would recommend this service to other families for good care and a good value for loved ones.

My sister has improved since she started to receive home care from this agency. We have been able to reduce some of the time she has the care giver come to her. It was a good choice for her, and I know she is in good hands. I'am pleased with all they have done for us. I live out of state, and was worried about doing this from a far. They eased my mind, knowing that she is being cared for well. This is a home care agency I would highly recommend, it is working out very well for us.

The staff has been great with my wife. They are always able to get everything done with enough time to do extra. We really love them and so does my wife. Everything is going well so far as I can tell.

[Removed] was very helpful in answering all my questions and showing me the options that were available for in home care. It made me feel very comfortable and secure having one of their caregivers in my home to help take care of my parents.

I like the services from this care giver assistance. The care givers is always on time. She is a great help to us on doing some of the house hold duties of cooking, and laundry and personal needs. This service gave us a caretaker that we can rely on. She helps keep my mom entertained. We highly recommend this service to other families wanting someone to come to there home for excellent care

They have been great with mom. They are able to keep the house clean cook good food and do all the errands. Anything that she needs they are able to accommodate us with it. We really like the staff.

Homewatch Caregivers of Western Washington have provided service to my loved one. They have been very attentive to my loved ones needs and are always on time for his appointments. They also have done an excellent job at keeping me in the loop with his progression and updates with his care,

We are using this company to take care of our mom .They are very thorough trustworthy always on time and care about the people their taking care of and are there for the family. They learn what the patient liked to do and they tried to get them back interested in it.They pamper and care for all there needs. I have never seen such a carring group . We found best company for my mom only wished we would have found them sooner for my dad.

Ann was responsive and provided great information on their services.

Homewatch CareGivers were very accommodating. I called short notice and they were able to assign help for my mom quickly. The staff that we met were very nice and knowledgeable. They helped my mom with everything that she needed and listened to my mom's needs.

My mother isn't the best health wise, but everything is working out pretty well with this home care. The care giver we have she is a sweetheart. She is very kind and helpful. She helps out around the house with some light cleaning. I'am satisfied with help they are providing us with. I have already recommended this home care. It has been a pleasant experience.

I was able to get assistance for respite with the help of this agency. They were on time and followed instructions given. They provided good care and kept my husband safe. My home was kept clean and maintained. I would recommend their services. They were just fine.

Homewatch was excellent. Kurt was very professional and very good. If I needed their service again I would definitely use them. Pam with A Place For Mom has been wonderful in helping me find them as well. All in all it has been a good experience.

Homewatch Care Givers is absolutely wonderful, from our first interaction on the phone, through the orientation and details, to the daily performance of the care givers. Their knowledge and experience in this area are very evident. They are well organized and dependable. Having them with us has been a great help and comfort during what could have otherwise been a great burden at this point in our lives. I highly recommend them.
