My grandson found this place for me! I'm so happy here! I have been here three years and plan to stay. My family works hard for all of us. They always find time for our needs with a smile!

Village Gate is a wonderful place to live. In these trying times, management keep the residents updated with wonderful activities, adding new things to do all the time.

Village Gate has been doing an amazing job keeping everyone in the building safe and taken every precaution to prevent the spread of covid-19.

Great place to live, safety measures to keep us safe, price inclusive, activities, transportation, great management, always time to talk to us about a problem.

It's a positive place with food service and maid service. I live here and I enjoy the people. The grounds are nicely manicured. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Lived in three other communities. The management is always the best. Amenities to please. They also have done a good job of protecting us during this pandemic. Activities that I especially enjoy are bean bag baseball, putting contests, good chair exercises and bingo for those who like it.

Loved it , was a great day for me and my family to find Mom such a great option for us to make sure she is safe and comfortable. My tour with [name removed] was informative and reassuring. We are returning on Tuesday for a final decision with mom I am sure this will be a great fit for her new chapter in life. Thank you for everything. ?

Excellent location. Bosom of the Berkshires. Fresh air and nature at its best. Spacious apartment, Light, and airy. Gracious staff. Catering, alert, and responsive. Excellent menu, desserts inclusive. Transportation, additional shopping. Always available. Building is light, airy, and spotless. The sun shines here, even on rainy days.

I moved here on [date removed] and am so pleased with my wonderful apartment and everyone I have met. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have no regrets.

My father was a resident for approximately 5 years. The staff took care of my dad very well. Facility was clean and well maintained.

It is so nice to have [name removed] as the manager. She is pleasant and so upbeat which is needed in this kind of community. The staff is very helpful as well! The food needs to be improved!

[name removed] is a little dynamo! She gets stuff done, is a great advisor, is great with the residents and staff. [name removed] is always helpful and pleasant. [name removed] is ready to run the place. She should be offered a job somewhere. [name removed] is always jolly, smiling, and great help when something needs fixing.

I like living at Crescent Heights a lot because of the independence I have to do what I want. One only favorite parts is dinning room and the socialness and chance to make friends. Covid has changed our dining for now but I look forward to a time when we can all be together again and have the chefs back outgoing action stationing. I feel the dining room is the heart of the community!

Pinegate has been home for over 3 years now. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. The staff is so kind and caring. The food is excellent, this is exactly where I would like to stay forever.

My uncle is so happy here. He feels very safe and like the management is doing a great job during this pandemic. They are very engaging with him and with me.

My grandma was at the manor, and I always enjoyed the snack room as well as sharing meals with her. The food was great, as well as the snack room was always stocked. The general manager, [name removed] always gave us a warm welcome, and was extremely nice to my grandma who loves him as well. It was also nice to be able to relax with her in the recreation room with the pool table, and the tv with my siblings, as well as the property’s always in tip top shape with the flowers, and statues, as well as I enjoyed how there was always activities to do such as nail painting and the occasional movies. I totally recommend the manor to anyone who is looking for a warm, and welcoming environment/ place to live.

My mother in law was at the manor. The staff was wonderful. They went out of their way to be sure she was ok and that she was getting out of her room when she was feeling down. I was always surprised how well the staff knew little things about her and seemed to truly care about her well being even during her most trying times. The room was always clean as is the entire place. The manager [name removed] , who was my introduction to the manor, was an ever present friendly face and reassuring word. You can tell he loves his job and the residents definitely love him. He is a great asset! The additional care she received from aides and nurses was excellent, in particular her aide [name removed] who really took a special interest in her and was so helpful to me. I appreciate the manor and would definitely recommend it!!

My husband and I were looking into senior community for my second aunt and her husband. After visiting few places we were not satisfied with what we saw, it was very frustrating for us. Someone at Lutheran Care Nursing home asked us to visit Manor at Woodside in Poughkeepsie NY. We went to visit without getting exited, we didn’t know what to expect after going through some communities. At our arrival sales person was very friendly and Knowledgeable, he carefully listened to our needs and then showed us how our Aunt and her husband will thrive out there. People were very friendly, we didn’t see a lot of furniture in the common areas but we were told that it was because of the pandemic, so they can keep social distance. After 45 minutes we agreed this is the place for them.
