It was clear that the residents were happy there when I took the tour, and [name removed], who gave me the tour, said hello to every patient by their first name. it was evident that she cares about them. and nothing I've seen cents has changed my mind- all of the staff are welcoming and kind. you couldn't ask for a better place for your family member. It may not be as modern as some other places would be, but that was the least of my concern.

I am so thankful for this inspiring community of care givers. My mom received great care each physically and emotionally. The caregivers make her feel valued and loved. This is priceless!

The staff members that work at Heritage Green are very caring and the community itself is very clean as well as the surrounding grounds. It has a smaller community feeling to it, there are daily activities and good communications. Having Memory Care available if needed is a real plus

Manor of Market Square has very spacious apt at an affordable rate. the staff is very enthusiastic if you need anything, they have very talented staff that will assist you immediately. for what you pay, it is the best around.

Always friendly people around to talk to. Staff is so approachable and helpful with problems. Food is good! Great activities and entertainers at Happy Hour. Bus service to doctors and shopping. I am so glad I live here!

My grandmother has been a resident for more than 18 months. During that time I've had the pleasure of meeting and talking to so many of the staff. Everyone is warm, kind and attentive. My grandmother loves her new home.

The people are so nice and they pay attention to you. I sign up for every activity and love being involved. My kids looked at the a bunch of places and really liked it here. It is very nice.

The Heritage Team has been great from day 1. They are thoughtful and make my Dad feel like home and he belongs. They try to engage him in many activities although many times he isnt very interested. They respond in a timely manner when I call to either talk to him or ask questions about his health. Although all the employees there are fantastic, Michelle, April and Helen are rock stars! Thanks so much for the careing nature of Heritage Hills.

I was not ready to put my mom in a memory care unit, however, when it was necessary, I chose Heritage Hill. Everyone there knew how I felt about not being able to keep my mom home. They were wonderful to me and were so great with taking care of my mother. She loved everyone there. I got to know all of the staff members and loved every one of them. I can’t praise them enough and I’m so grateful for the care and support my mother received. They are the best from the top management to the best staff in the world. They treat every resident as if they were a member of their own family. The greatest group of caregivers/friends ever.

I must say from the first phone call [name removed] was awesome. After spending two full days on the phone call facilities, Cardinal Village was the most warm and welcoming. Dad has his own apartment, which we were able to make his home away from home. It was [name removed] who suggested a hospice evaluation to see exactly what dad's needs would be. It's only been a short time that dad has been at Cardinal Village, but I feel in my heart that it was the best decision my family and I could have made in such a short amount of time. When the rehab facility tells you that dad is being discharged in two days and he can longer live on his own without 24 hour assistance, Cardinal came to our aid. The aids and nurses are wonderful and take care of dad just like he is their "pop" too.

Staff is very efficient. Great communication, response time is always quick. Go above and beyond to keep residents busy, feeling included.

heard about Cardinal village from other medical personnel, as well as people who have family there. I was impressed with how highly they spoke of this place. Additionally, and even more so when I talk to the residenythey were all happy and complementary. That’says alot. We just feel very comfortable and the stress level is so much better since we’ve had my father and my mother-in-law in two different areas of Cardinal. It is truly not the fanciest around, but it’s homey and people there care for the residents. This gives us as a family great peace of mind.

My mom was welcomed into the Cardinal Village community the first time she walked in for her initial tour. We were provided with the information that helped us make an informed decision. She loves her apartment and enjoys the food. The residents are welcoming to the newbies and the staff members are so kind. We are very happy that we found a safe and happy place for our mom!

My visit to Cardinal Village was very enjoyable. [name removed] was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, and the residents and staff were all very friendly. The Assisted living accommodations are surprisingly large and comfortable in appearance. I am looking forward to Cardinal Village being my future home.

The overall experience has been very good so far. The cleanliness is good, the friendliness of staff as well as the care services is also very good. When it comes to the meals and dining service it seems adequate, but have not visited during meal times. There are plenty of different activities for the residents to participate in. It is pricey but there is piece of mind.

Staff was very friendly the facility was clean, well-maintained . Resident seemed well taken care of and friendly. The facility atmosphere was very calm, seemed orderly not chaos, caring. We picked the community because of the services they offered location and the state rating.

I came to Cardinal Village in Sewell, nj with a heavy heart and a sick father. That was barely a month ago. Today, I am smiling and Dad is thriving. The staff from all levels of employment there were more supportive than I imagined. Thank you all

The moment you walk in the door you are greeted like family. Every member of the staff genuinely cares. I have made wonderful friendships and always have something to do. There are many activities to join or a comfortable place to read. I love it here!

The idea of having a parent move to a senior living center is a stressful and difficult decision to make. Thankfully, our family found Keystone Villa Douglassville. After our initial visit, we knew this place would be a perfit fit. All staff members are so friendly and caring to residents and family members. My mother immediately felt welcomed and special because every staff member she encountered acknowledged her in a friendly manner using her given name. This beautiful facility is always clean and well cared for. Carefully thought out ans appropriate daily activites are available for residents. Our family has seen our mother make a complete transformation into a happy, smiling, social butterfly who gladly participates in all the various activites and bus trips. My mom stated 'you no longer need to worry about me. I really like my new home and my new friends. The food is very good, and there are so many activities to keep me busy all day.
