Wonderful! [name removed] was empathetic, friendly and very knowledgeable. She is also very available for questions and concerns.

Prior to moving into Pacifica, Mom had been in a group home that wasn't providing care at a level or standard that mom required. I decided to move to Pacifica and the team worked with me to get the transfer completed as quickly as possible. Since being at Pacifica, Mom has returned to her old self. She is a testimony to the care and caring at Pacifica.

[name removed] has been amazing in helping place my mother here. She has been kind, caring and patient with me and all of my (our) needs. I'm so grateful for all of the kindness shown by the staff as we settle in.

I had the pleasure of taking a tour of Pacifica Senior Living in Millcreek it was one of a few that I toured, it was my favorite, this is the future home for my Beautiful mother and her husband. All the Staff that I have met are amazing, and very caring, I feel confident that my parents will be safe and happy there. The residents are very nice and friendly, I already feel like they are my extended family. The apartments are nice & roomy plenty of space. The whole residents is nice, and clean. They have many activities for their residents like taking bus rides up through the canyons, takes them to the store to shop, my moms favorite is they have Bingo she loves bingo, and many more activities throughout the month to keep the residents active and entertained The dining area is very elegant it set up like a nice restaurant, the residents can order from the menu and they have specials for the day, their food is made when they order it so it's nice and fresh.

This is a good place and my loved one seems to be content here. The community is beautiful. The staff is good to work with if we have any questions. The community seems to be able to accommodate my loved one's dietary requests.

We chose Pacifica Senior Living because it seemed like the best fit for my mother and all of the people were interacted with were n ice. The apartment size is spacious and gets a lot of natural light. It is also close to the dining area and has a patio as well, she loves it. I would recommend this facility without any hesitation.

This is an exceptional community for your loved one I could not have asked for a better place for my loved one to be. I cant say enough positive things about this community. It has exceeded my expectations.

This community met and exceeded my expectations. I have dealt with other nursing homes and senior residences and I have been very happy here. In dealing with administration they are always responsive and friendly when I call.

This is a very nice and gorgeous community. They offered the same as a lot of the competitors but the price was higher. Also I found a community that was closer and made more sense for my loved one. They did have a pool area that was very nice and has a tropical feel.

We had a great tour experience with Wyndham Lakes and the director was fantastic. It was very large and there were a lot of wandering residents, so it was just not the best fit for my loved one.

I have read many people say that they were sold and the price went up. That is not true. Atria was the company that raised the price. It is my understanding that some of the residents got a 13% raise. I have been asking around about [facility name removed] and according to a friend of mine who has had her mom at a [facility name removed] property for awhile, their average raise is about 5%-7% not the crazy 10%-13% at [facility name removed].

This was a great community it was just on the more expensive side. The initial cost just seemed to be to much for what I was looking for for my loved one.

My friend was very hesitant, actually digging her heels in from moving in to an assisted living facility from her apartment of 16 years. She was in danger of living on her own, as an Alzheimer's patient, but she didn't want to move out. Pacifica staff made it really easy for her, and especially because they allowed her to move in with her cat. A week later she said, "Pacifica is magic." They take care of her every need and understand when she resists things that reflect her loss of independence. The staff are quick to report changes in her behavior with me, as her POA. Having a visiting nurse as part of her health insurance plan, is immensely helpful. Her family and friends are extremely grateful for the care that the staff take to make her life easy. She has since moved into the Memory Care side, seamlessly. I recommend this facility and the exceptional staff to anyone who is looking to put their loved one in a safe place.

I had a great tour with Pacifica Forest Trace, I fell in love with it. The facility is absolutely beautiful as are the apartments. They were great at keeping in touch with us and checking in on mom. The only reason we did not choose them was because I was scared mom would get lost in the shuffle. It is a larger facility and you have to do a lot of walking and she does not walk.

Pacifica looked like a great facility. It seemed to be well kept and all of the staff we interacted with were friendly. It just came down to the location for my grandmother

This is a good fit for an active individual that needs seems some assistance. The staff are friendly. The food has plenty of variety. The quality of food is okay. There are activities available for the residents to participate in.
