I am so incredibly impressed with Pacifica. My mom has received tender loving care here from the staff, medical professionals, and other residents. She loves the puzzles and flower arranging and looking out her window at the changing of the seasons. I recommend it one million percent

the people that run and work in this facility genuinely care about the residents, and go out of their way to make sure the residents are not just well care, but also happy and are getting some real joy, My sister spent her last year here and when my sons mother-in-law needed to move into assisted living we immediately recommended Pacifica and have been happy with living here

I really liked Sun City Senior Living very much and still love them to this day. The staff were very high energy and it was a cheerful environment. The only downfall for us was that the rooms were smaller and older looking. I was having a hard time finding the difference in things like the staff and activities provided in assisted living and memory care. We had a time set up where my loved one could come stay for a short period of time and just see what the day to day was like there. Unfortunately my loved one was just too tired to do all of that, so we went with another facility to make it easier. I do regret not putting her here because it seemed like a really great place.

Everything has been great. What stuck out to us about them initially was the facility was really nice and clean and I liked the upgrades they had done. The staff had all seemed very friendly and knowledgeable about what they were doing. It has met our needs perfectly and we would recommend Pacifica Senior Living Sunrise to other families.

this facility is fantastic. the staff are all professional, friendly, efficient, kind and compassionate.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. The staff is incredible. [name removed] ( executive director), [name removed]( RN) , and [name removed]( community relations director) are awesome! They truly care about the residents and the families. Unfortunately my mom passed away before we could get her there, but [name removed] has reached out to me personally, multiple times to see how I’m doing. It’s so appreciated and shows the level of care and concern they have

They were unable to keep my loved one here and it was no fault of there own. I feel like they did everything that they could to try to care for my loved one. My loved one has some behavioral issues from time to time and it can make it hard but they kept him clean and did an amazing job. One of the workers there is hands on with every resident and knows them all by name.

I love The Woodmark at Sun City. The staff are incredibly honest and that is HUGE for me. If they make a mistake they own it and I did not get that in the other facility we had her at. They got my mother who has an eating disorder to gain weight and that has been amazing. They take residents out to the park, mom gets to walk over to the library on the other side, and they play corn hole. They incorporate OT and PT in their activities which is super helpful. I would 100% recommend them without any hesitation.

I enjoy attending these events for my father. you all work really hard to put on such a wonderful event. the food is SO good! we love having our dad in a caring facility.

caregivers in Cottage five are very sweet and take excellent care of my brother-in-law. he is very happy here.

my uncle is a resident and our family is so impressed and thankful for the care he receives. he's happy and surrounded by good people who take care of him.

This community was fine when my loved one was there for assisted living. We needed memory care and they did not have any openings at the time that we needed it.

my parents have been well taken care of. staff is welcoming and friendly. residents are remembered by name and treated with affection and respect. everyone from director to reception, to nursing staff, maintenance, activity director, house keeping, are caring, professional, and compassionate.
