The very best senior community I've seen in the Inland Empire. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed and at home.

This place is OUTSTANDING

My dad lives here and is very happy! He is now close to where me and my children (his grandchildren) live. We like to visit him. He has made friends, likes exercise class and the food, staff are great!

My mom does not participate in activities so we are not able to rate this. Value for cost...she really has not been a resident for long enough for us to know yet. I do want to add that head nurse [name removed] and her assistant [name removed] and her staff go above and beyond to accommodate Moms special needs.

Looked at seven communities for my wife, felt very comfortable and at ease with all of the employees. From the top - all the way through - fantastic to work with, number one.

I am a music facilitator - I was facilitating a session for the residents. I have never experienced such a supportive and engaging staff. They danced and sang with the residents for the entire performance. This is the enthusiasm and investment a professional always hopes to be met with. As well as the kind of staff support which makes care exponentially more effective. I am so grateful to partner with a location which truly goes above and beyond for the benefit of the residents.

The entire staff is absolutely terrific. We know our mom is cared for in every way. We are very grateful for the peace of mind the team here brings to our family!

We have had an excellent experience so far. Every time we come to visit everything is in order and where it should be and out loved one room is always clean. The staff members are wonderful, they are always extremely welcoming. They have a variety of different sized apartments that only go up a small fee of [fee removed] so it is not expensive. They also have housing on site, it is a gated community and if they residents have cars they have underground garages. They except everyone here no matter then level of care or needs. They excepted our loved one who has epilepsy and those with memory loss. Our loved one used to only eat two meals there but not we have pushed it to three meals a day because he loves everything that is served. From what we can tell they have so many different activities that are offered seven days a week all the way up until 3:00PM. This is more of a community setting, our loved one has their own room and can receive 24/7 care and it is still less expensive then other communities in the area even. Our loved one is having a ball, we have recommended this community to other families and will continue to do so.

It was hard to find a place in the beginning , but with the help with A Place for Mom, I was able to narrow down the selection. Pacifica has a great group of staff. This is a good place for my loved one. The communication with the staff is very, very good, no matter what time I call. They are able to provide medication management, bathing, and dressing assistance as some of the care they offer to the residents.

We love Pacifica Palm Springs--the staff goes above and beyond for their residents. The grounds are beautiful and the cottages are homey. They have a hard job but make it look easy. They've always been there when we need them and they really do care. Highly recommend their facility.

Serra Highlands Senior Living is a very nice facility. People are nice and responsible. The place looks a little old, but everything else is great . The price is affordable to me . We will definitely stay there for a while.

This facility is my home. The staff i extremely outgoing and friendly. [name removed] gives good hugs.

I moved here [date removed] and have enjoyed every moment of it. I have met a lot of very nice people and love the surroundings. Enjoy playing bingo.

I wish they had more card games and board games. It would be nice if the WII bowling could be played more.

This is a great place for my mom. Staff is very helpful and seems to care for my mom. Couldn't asl for more.

My [age removed] year old husband has been here for over a year. The facility is beautiful, always clean. The caregivers are wonderful. If I have issues they resolve them and always welcome feedback. [name removed], the activity coordinator is so good, so patient with the residents. I feel so blessed that I found this home for my husband.

[Name removed] is amazing! So many staff members love my father. They truly know him; they know what he likes to do & eat, and joke around with him! They are so patient & kind. They laugh at his jokes and make sure he is taken care of even if he is having a quiet & reserved day. They make sure he feels loved & included!
