Since I have come to Pacifica, I've found the food fresh and tasty, the people friendly, and the staff very helpful. I've been talking this place up since I've arrived.

What we like most about the Pacifica Senior Living Coeur d'Alene is always knowing that someone is there to care for my dad, making sure he eats the meals that are prepared, meds and hygiene as well as giving him a safe living environment

Wonderful place, has everything I want, and more. The staff has been very wonderful. The food is very good and so far all of the people I have met are great!

We have lived here 7 months now and are as happy as expected. All of the staff here are friendly, efficient and 98% professional considering what they put up with sometimes from us old folks! They are all very special people especially our activities director. She not only does her job well, but has a great attitude and patience with the residents here. Our apartment is better than expected and we are enjoying our old age living here. Folks here are also very friendly.

The staff is nice and friendly at Pacifica Senior Living Vacaville. I've been there so often, they know my name. The housekeeping is good. We once asked to have the room floor mopped and the cleaning crew did it right away. Laundry is done at night. On occasion, my dad gets an item that isn't his. We just give it to a care giver. Not an issue as far as we are concerned. Dad's name is on everything that belongs to him. Communication with the family is good. I've gotten a few calls letting me know that dad ran out of shampoo and that he need more of one of his otc vitamins. The move in process was easy. We brought everything dad needed and decorated before he arrived to the facility. I believe the meals are good. I haven't eaten one, but dad isn't going hungry. There are also snack times. Snacks are provided, but I'm able to bring a few of dad's favorite snacks for him to eat whenever he asks. I would definitely recommend Pacifica to others. Especially since dad is mobile. He is able to walk around their courtyard and isn't always stuck inside. He has some "freedom".

This place is well attended. It warms up my heart living here.One will enjoy this splendid atmosphere by being here. The staff i admire for the work that they do everyday. Every holiday the kitchen staff makes special effort to provide a wonderful buffet.

Tampa Gardens is the best place for a loved one. You'll sleep well at night knowing your loved one is safe and all of their needs are being met. The facility is very clean and updated, and the staff is friendly and professional.

Upon entering the facility, the home feeling and friendly staff. The cleanliness and the way they talked with my father and not over him was too wonderful.

My daughter brought me to this place in hopes of finding me a home and new friends. I liked the people, the inside of the building, the place did not stink.

Scheduled a tour for my mom because we just want her to be happy and well looked after. The staff are amazing and the facility smelled amazing. Even the residents seemed very friendly and happy.

Care here is amazing staff friendly the administrator is wonderful and loving she helps me with my personal issues when I need her she is on top of it, staff are happy and the grounds are Beautiful & clean

Today my husband and I enjoyed an informative tour at Stone Creek in Milton, WA. We were shown a bedroom for assistance care and a bedroom for memory care. Our tour guide, a director, was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions about residents and their placement in this care facility. We have a 94 year old relative who may need to transfer here from another Assisted living residence. We were able to view menus, activity schedules and all areas of the building. The director explained costs, procedures of admission and other concerns about continuing prescriptions delivery. We were glad we came and had our questions answered.

We would rate them as a five in all the categories except Quality of Care. The specific concern under quality of care has only to do with medication management. It has been a lot of work on the families and to get everything straight and worked out and still issues. Continue to come up she is paying for that additional service. There was a hire of a new resident services Director and she has been very communicative and we've been trying to work through the issues.

They were very helpful during the entire process and I only wish the respite care allowed her to stay here for a longer period of time. The maximum stay for their respite care is 45 days.

[name removed] is amazing!! She has a personal connection with every resident. Pacifica’s caretakers and med techs are also very kind, loving and have so much patience. I can’t forget Nurse [name removed] and [name removed] that always set me at ease when I worry about my mom. Thank you so much for caring for my mom.
