My aunt was only there for about a month before she passed. The staff was amazing and took excellent care of her. They communicated frequently with me, especially after she went to hospice. Room was very large, and clean.

Dad's apt here is a one bedroom. It has w/d in unit and that has been a lifesaver! There is a garbage disposal which is another nice option that is provided. My only complaint would be the size of the fridge. One meal is provided with rent, so it is necessary to have a stocked kitchen. Also included is housekeeping once a week and the 2 gals are in and out quickly!

The staff has been very compassionate, the food is very nice. The nurses, aids, dining room staff, and management have been very compassionate and caring. The rooms are very nice and quiet and well appointed. The health director has been great, the rehab facilities are excellent and there is always something going on to keep the residents active. It's a very nice community and everyone seems to have the residents' best interests in mind.

My Mom has only been there for a month but so far she likes it. The apartment wasn't ready on the date we were supposed to move in but they fixed the issue immediately. They are responsive when I reach out to them. Harmony is clean from what I see. There are situations when I've seen occupants have accidents but that's expected. They cleaned up after them immediately. My mother said there is a lady whose A/C hasn't worked for weeks. I don't know all the details but if that is the case they need to fix that immediately or refund her for days she hasn't been able to stay in the apartment.

My father passed away recently. They were very helpful with getting my family in touch with hospice. The nurses were excellent. Everyone was wonderful to my father and family.

We chose Harmony at Brookberry because of the floor plan. The apartment has 2 bathrooms,2 bedrooms,living area and small kitchen with fridge and microwave. The facility is always clean. Staff is very personable and helpful to residents. There are many daily activities and courtyards for outside seating. Meals are not 5 star quality, but always prepared and served quickly. Pretty good food overall.

My mom went there reluctantly, she wanted to "stay in her home" but wouldn't admit it wasn't safe for her anymore. My sisters and I are shocked as to how quickly she was engaged at Harmony, she has made friends, loves the activities and is more active. Harmony is clean, the staff is amazing, the food is good, and there are a good number of activities.

I do want to add, the staff is very friendly and attentive. The facility overall is welcoming, however, having 2 elevators out of 4 that work in this type community is a safety issue. Quality of care- This is safety for me and who Is of duty after 8pm. what happens if there is a fire. How many people are available to evacuate people? Unknown. We will find out on 23rd at harmony tour. 5/4 to me it’s hard to catch up with administrative staff. 7:N/A because dad isn’t participating yet. 8/4 because tenant should be able to opt out of the food and use the money towards rent especially if there is a trend that they aren’t eating any of the food like dad. Everything else I agree with

Our loved one says they take good care of her. The food is much better than at sunrise and they have good choices. They have physical therapy on site. The workers are very kind - they helped mom move to a new table in the dining room when one lady at her table wasn't treating her well.

The care has been fabulous. She has gained weight which she desperately needed. She is in memory care and seems to really love the staff.

I did a virtual tour of this facility. The person who did the tour was very cordial and pointed out many of the features of the facility. She showed the resident’s amenities and the social areas. We toured a two bedroom two bath apartment that appeared quite nice and roomy. She related that there were vacancies. Overall it was a quick but nice visit and she sent a number of brochures to help gather a better picture of the facility. She invited us down to visit in person and take advantage of the guest room. Overall a good place based on the virtual tour!

Can't say enough good things about Harmony. It was truly a blessing to have my mom there for her final moments. I only wish she had more time there when she was in better health. The entire staff was awesome and made the time she had left as pleasant as possible. Very impressive how quickly they got her transitioned into Hospice care and the level of care she received to the end. I would recommend Harmony to anyone looking for a place for themselves or a loved one whether it be long term or short. Thank you for all you did for her and our entire family!!

We love [name removed], and [name removed]. The room was one main reason for our choice. Staff friendly and respectful of the residents. Fun activities....good food and readily available....dinner is served! My sister has changed from angry to complimentary,

1-5 2-5 3-5 4-5 5-5 6-5 I guess I've never eaten there, but [name removed] hasn't complained to me 7-4 [name removed] complained that the puzzles had missing pieces, so I had to go out and buy her some. She feels the puzzles need to be replaced. 8-5 would like to see a review on [name removed]. She really loves the place and we think she is doing well.No real issue with the staff other than we were under the impression that We would receive a 30day update/ review on how [name removed] was doing .

All 8 are a 5. Our only concern is the growing pains . Keeping the staff up to the new admissions . Really everyone is cooperative and kind . All seem to want to achieve a great place . We know it is hard with new growth . Certainly would recommend!

The staff is out of this world and very low turnover. They go out of their way to ensure patients are cared for. My mom has gained weight since moving here because she says the food is so good! Apartment size is huge; very clean; fun assorted activities (at Harmony and within the community locally).

They are very accommodating and willing to help when needed. Plenty of activities offered. Our apartment which is the largest at 1200 sq ft. It's just adequate.

Staff is pretty friendly. My mom was only there 1.5 weeks before she passed so dad hasn't been able to fully take advantage of activities but will be next week. Cleaning staff are friendly and thorough and laundry service has been good
