The thing that I like best is that I feel safe and secure. You can't get in or out without a passcode. The community is gated. I do have a problem with the food service. The food is good but the staff limit our portions and I then see them pack up the food and take it home with them. My apartment is nice but it is small. I guess you get what you pay for, and this size was all that I could afford.

People are very friendly, feels like a family. Residents really care about each other and watch out for each other. It is a very nice place to live, near two hospital and lots of restaurants and shopping. Everything you need is within three miles. I really like the architecture it is very modern and the landscaping is very nice. The back hallway to the parking lot gets messy and needs to be cleaner.

Wife and I moved in [date removed] then the virus hit so have little to no experience with activities.

Excellent. I felt immediately welcomed when I came for a tour. Everyone there - the staff personnel and the residents- are friendly and take pleasure in being of service in any way they can. The house rules you have are what is needed to maintain the premises in an orderly and pleasant environment.

What a beautiful experience with [name removed] and staff. Using your checklist enabled me to get all my concerns and questions answered. I was very impressed with all I saw. The special on the rental is great for me and my budget which will allow me to get the unit i liked. A follow up the following day was received. My two concerns were the lack of a garage and the commute between this place and my children’s place in Durham .

Wonderful service, delightful staff and the best group of people you could ever have as neighbors. Fun happy hour Thursdays where there is always a surprise catered dinner for all. Constant cleaning and great amenities, gym, nail and massage, salon, library and beautifully furnished lobbies.

Love my new home here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Have made many new friends here. Just like a big happy family. The management here is just great. Our Lifestyle Coordinator ([name removed]) plans many fun activities. She is so special, helpful and I love her.

[Name removed] is a wonderful asset to this Forestwood location. She is the best, full of energy, ideas, friendly, courteous, and is a breath of fresh air. Very hard worker with a smile, we love her and are lucky to have her here. The entire staff here are so great, helpful, friendly, workers and all always a a helping hand. Thank you for everything.

A) Provides a good mix of support stores in the neighborhood. B) Provides good independent living apt. available. C) With dog pet facilities and in home movies/pool/gym and amenities. D) Good doctor support.

Best for price and amenities I feel. I think she could do another 4-5 years without assisted care and she would enjoy the amenities this provides with the lower price point until she absolutely has to be assisted

Hi, I met with [name removed] yesterday and she provided a tour of the facility and I was quite impress with the décor, amenities and the warm feeling of the tenants of the property. I felt as though I was visiting family. I really appreciate you setting this up for me and it met if not, exceeded all my expectations of what I was seeking as it relates to senior living. I will not be ready to make a decision until after the first of the year but I have made my mind that the Overture of Stone Oak will be my choice.
