We have been here since the Orchards opened in July 2020 and have been very pleased with the property. The staff and members are all great and friendly. The price is very competitive.

A new resident but so far absolutely enjoy us. Very nice

All the staff members here are fantastic, extremely helpful and friendly. it is a smaller community which makes it more of an intimate setting. The maintenance team has done a very good job not only keeping the main inside areas well maintained but also the outside of the community.

I don't feel there's any uncertainty here at Overture Greenville. I feel like my mom is in a very safe place, and she's close enough to everything to still live a great lifestyle - the location is perfect. Activities are perfect as well. She's really enjoying those. The apartments are great. They're very clean, updated, and modern. There was a little bit of a miscommunication when we did the overall signing, but that all got worked out. I feel like its a good value. We would not have these amenities everywhere else: safety, security, workouts, a pool, wine night. What more can you ask for?

Living at Arietta for the last three years has been a blessing for me and my husband. With the variety of activities, it's easy to socialize in the small and friendly community. We love being close to downtown and the Van Wezel, and we feel very safe in our lovely apartment. We're happy we made the decision to move here.

I feel blessed to be here, it feels like family, is great and safe, and not having 3 meals a day gives me incentive to try new restaurants. I love my roomy one bedroom a lot with full size washer and dryer and screened lanai. the staff are friendly and helpful. I cannot think of a better place to live at this time of my life.

Great staff. Always something to do. The facility and grounds are always so beautiful. The other residents are friendly and you do no feel isolated.

Hello - Normally I don't leave reviews. To be honest, I've always been very suspicious of them. However, I feel it very necessary to write this review for those of you who are searching for a Senior Living Facility. I've lived at Discovery Village @ Sugarloaf for 6 months now and I can truly speak with all honesty when I tell you that this place is absolutely "WONDERFUL". The ED is very attentive to all the residents, their problems, issues, and concerns, and is dedicated to their comfort & safety while residing here at Discovery Village @ Sugarloaf. e facility daily. The grounds are kept neat, the facility is constantly being monitored and cleaned. I can't speak highly enough about the staff, who are all extremely professional, caring and above all, motivated to providing support for all residents. There is an atmosphere of warmth and family, throughout the community, which makes you feel right at home, comfortable and safe. I truly love it here, and I believe you will to.

Our tour with Overture Barrett was wonderful. It was just TOO independent for my mom and the crowd seemed to be much younger.

Nice community, but too expensive for us.

Our family had an in person tour and the experience was great. Everyone was very informative and even after we moved our loved one into a different facility they still continued to call and check up on us. The reason we did not choose Overture was because the residents had to cook for themselves, there was no food plan.

We chose Album Keller Ranch because the facility itself and what they offered as well as the staff. The apartment sizes are adequate for what we need. It is a great place to live and we would highly recommend to others.

Great community

I have been treated very well since being here and have been pleased with my experience so far. The facility is clean and contemporary, but you get a very homey feel. They serve a continental breakfast and they do have specialty meals every once in a while which is really fun. We also have snacks for happy hours and it has all been great. They do have tons of activities provided, they have crafts, books clubs, games, a heated salt water swimming pool, fitness room, etc. We have a lot of raised garden beds so residents are able to sign up for those and plant what they want. There is an outdoor fire pit with a water fountain and pond next to it. We are in a great location next to a lot of things yet it is very quiet. If you are still driving, you are right next to anything that you could need. There is a highway patrol man that lives here and he parks his car out from at night, it makes everybody feel safe. We are able to reach out to him at anytime if we need something. They also have 4 shelter rooms which is great in case of bad weather, I could not find that anywhere else. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

We love it here. Everybody is so nice - all the other people that live here, as well as the staff. I feel very safe here, which I think is especially important as a senior. I can't believe all the fun we're having! I think it's a little pricey, but I highly recommend this place.

I chose Overture Sugar Land because I actually watched the place being built, it is in a great location close to anything you may need but it is also quiet. The apartment sizes go up to 2 bedrooms and those are about 1100 square feet and the single bedrooms about about 850 square feet. I have a single and am happy with the size. I have a balcony off of mine as do the other apartments. All staff and personnel are friendly and on top of things. I definitely would recommend to others looking.
