This facility is like moving into a hotel. Beautiful furniture, grounds, stand was exceptionally nice. My love one will feel good here and be safe.

I couldn't be more happy with the choice my Mom made. I had my reservations at first but I think most daughters do when they entrust people other than family to keep an eye on a loved one. Since I don't live near my Mom, it was extremely important that she was somewhere safe. I recently came to visit and I was I was extremely impressed! The staff are so friendly and the facility is clean. My Mom has made so many friends. She calls me almost every night after supper to tell me about her day. She raves about the food, tells me funny stories about her new friends, and the latest and greatest happenings. I want to send a sincere thank you to the Executive Director [Removed] and her staff. [Removed] has built such a caring team and you can feel it as soon as you walk into the building. Thank you so much for all that you do for my Mom. I know she is happy, safe, and healthy. So thank you from the bottom of my heart! I now sleep soundly and without worry as I know you are all caring for her.

I visited several homes and selected Waterford Estates for my uncle. I made the right decision. He really likes his new home and has made many friends. Waterford is a warm and caring senior living facility. My uncle and his family are treated with courtesy and respect. Waterford provides many activities both on and off site. The food service is very good and accommodations as well.

My mother has experienced friendly residents, an exceptionally caring and helpful staff, and a clean and comfortable environment. She loves her room with its huge window giving her an opportunity to grow her favorite plants. There are multiple places to sit such as the large living room, community room for activities, library, dining room, and a lovely outdoor patio. The Victory Center community functions as a large family, and I am very impressed by what I've seen and how happy my mother is.

My 86 year old mother has been a resident of Concord Place for 4 1/2 years, so we have had a long time to decide if it was a good decision. I can say without a doubt that it was! Concord Place is a comprehensive Retirement Community for seniors in many stages of life from fully independent residents to those with physical and mental disabilities. Staff turnover is very low, which is an indication of satisfied employees and good management. The many CNA's who provide 24 hour a day oversight have been not only skillful and professional, but also patient, friendly and kind - so much so, that I now look forward to seeing them as much as I do my Mom when I come to visit. The professional on sight nursing, medical and physical therapy staff are all excellent. They care not only for the residents, but also for the residents families during what can be a stressful transition. I have always felt that my concerns as the child of a resident have been heard, respected and addressed. The building itself is well maintained and clean, and the meals are nutritious, tasty and varied. On Sunday a free breakfast is offered for all visitors to encourage family and friends to visit the residents. There are so many activities that it is difficult to decide what to do each day. Yesterday, there was an excellent men's choir that visited and entertained the residents with oldies sung with with and passion. There are no words to express how much contentment Concord Place has given to my Mom and the family.

The staff at this community have been very good. They make dad feel comfortable and they are seeing to his needs. They are accommodating and we have good communication. He likes the food. The residents are friendly and dad has made friends. He has participated in an exercise class and has enjoyed the pool. The community is very clean and the rooms are nice. I would highly recommend this community.

My father-in-law was a resident at Victory Centre of Bartlett for over two years. He was 92 when he passed away. Everyone in this facility was kind, friendly, compassionate & caring. They treated him with the utmost respect. He felt very comfortable and loved. If he was not up to going down to the dining room for a meal they brought his meal to him. The last couple of months was very trying for him as his health was deteriorating, the staff checked on him regularly. My husband and I felt very comfortable having him at Victory Centre. They put our minds at ease know that he was being very well taken care of. He was always clean and had fresh clean clothes on. Victory Centre of Bartlett made our lives some much more tolerable knowing that Dad was in very, very good hands. We highly recommend Victory Centre of Bartlett!

This is a good community. We liked the staff who are caring and attentive. The menu is excellent and we like that she is going to join the others at meal times. The community. is clean. We were happy to know that they work with Medicade We are happy knowing that she likes this community and would recommend the care for others.

Mom likes living at this community. She likes the food and they offer a variety of choices including soups and salad. They do offer daily activities. Dad is still trying to adjust to living at this community. The staff has been great at trying to help dad get adjusted. They offer physical therapy and we like that they have a pool. They keep the community clean and I would recommend this community.

Thank you much for your care and concern for us. We have moved into Waterford Estates as of 7/26. We are very thankful for the facility's willingness to work during the long process passing papers on home. We are settling in and are so far HAPPY with our choice of new resident. I am very happy with the care of this community the good care for my friend. The staff has been very caring and attentive. The community is clean and we like that he is active with the residents in the good activities that are offered. The community has a nice variety of meals that are appealing. We would recommend this community for other families for good care and a good value.

We toured this community and were very happy with the community being clean and the nice environment. The staff was able to answer the questions that we had on the care that is offered. We like the menu and dining area and the list of activities. We would recommend that other families tour the community for the care of a loved one.

I like this service for finding us someone as soon as needed to come to our home. I like knowing that the care takers comes on time and is very respectful. I know that she is reliable and is always happy with being able to help with some of the household responsibilities that are needed. She helps with cooking that is required for the assistance that is needed. We have recommended this service and the care takes for other families for great value.

When I visit the community, and her room. I have no complaints about this community. It has been a great experience for my love one, and her family. I would highly recommend this community.

Everything is going great so far at Concord Place. Though my loved one is having a few health issues, the staff do what they can to make her feel comfortable. We have no complaints so far about this facility!

My mother has been a resident of Waterford Estates for nearly 9 years. She is now 95 years old. The staff here is very friendly and genuinely care about the residents. When my mom was still able to travel, Waterford offered a bus that would take her to the drug store, grocery store, bank, etc. It gave her a sense of freedom and independence that made both of us feel better. The staff knows our family on sight and always greets us with a smile. I have peace of mind, knowing that help is near if Mom should need it.

I am very happy knowing that my parents are happpy in this nice community. We like the staff that is always very attentive and pleasant. The community is clean and my parents are happy with the nice variety of meals. They have a nice variety to choose from when it comes to the activites. I would recommend the care and the value of this community to other families.

We are moving my Mom and Sister into the Concord. The ONLY facility that we visited that could keep both at their facility, even if assets ran out. Very comfortable and pricing was UNBELIEVABLE! So much to do or not.

The staff were wonderful even before my mother in law moved into this community. They explained things up front and did everything they could to assist us. They got her connected with the medical staff and we have good communication with them. They showed her around, introduced her to other residents and encouraged her to participate in the daily activities. The food is great and the community is kept immaculate. They have a resident dog and the staff are active with the residents. I would highly recommend this community.
