I believe that my Dad is in the best place possible. The staff is very caring and helpful. The place is always very clean and well taken care of. I would highly recommend it.

They're a superb facility. My sister has been ther for over a year, this month. They did go up on her rent rate but we managed to get it reduced back to what it was. I do think the cost is a little expensive but I know the cost of living has gone up. I love it, personally. I wish I could afford to go there when I get older. I'm very impressed with them. The only thing is I would like there to be more activites. They've quit their exercise program because most of the residents are too old and can't do it but my sister is still active. It would be nice if there were more things that she could be involved in, but i realize she's only one of 80. Woodleaf is neat and clean and the personell is just remarkable! I would live there myself and I wouldn't put my sister anywhere that I wouldn't go.

Beautiful place.

The community is very clean, and the staff members always seem happy. The meals and dining service seems to be okay and they always have a lot of activities going on for the residents.

Awesome place with a wonderful staff. And for $3,600 a month you would expect no less. But the sunroom needs a Heater replacement. This is their only Outlet to the outdoors. And there is a door there, so every time it opens there is a blast of cold air with a broken heater, fix it!

Lakes Crossing is a true blessing! The facility is second to none and is clean and inviting. It gives its residents a true home atmosphere with assistance as needed. It is so good to know your family and friends are so well taken care of and you don't have to worry about them. The staff are caring and activities are always well planned and fun. I have two residents living there and I am well pleased!

It is pretty expensive, but the food is excellent - it is very good. The activities are still pretty limited. The friendliness of the staff really stood out to us,. They are just very nice. They also have a really nice area on the porch and in the back for the residents to get out and about.

They will take very good care of your in-laws, The room sizes and the layout of the community are good. It is easily accessible. The food was good. They have outdoor space for the resident to use. Overall it has been a very positive experience.

The place at The Woods is a very beautiful and clean facility. One area I can think of where they might could improve a little is that I do think they could use a little more instruction in memory care. Overall I am very pleased with The Woods and would recommend them.

This was a smaller community and the staff did a very nice job showing us around, they took their time and answered all our questions. I just did not feel that my dad would be a good fit here as it did not feel there would be enough going on here to keep my dad busy.

My tour was a this facility was a nice one. The community looked nice. My concern was the administrator we met. She informed us that she was the administrator, and also the only head nurse on the community. I did not feel very comfortable with that. It is a nice place, but not the place I would feel comfortable moving my mother too.

No Secured areas for alzheimer/dementia. Looks like a Great environment for assisted living residents.

Does not have wheelchair-bound residents, or registered nurse. Very lovely place.

we found about two out of six caregivers who are very efficient and that we would like to take care of our family we have had issues with scheduling and the unavailability of the scheduler via text or voicemail from the caregiver family or the staff – we have overnight staff who sleep through their overnight rotation. we have had caregivers who have not shown up -not to their fault but have not been able to coordinate with their coordinator because of inability to contact the coordinator
