They recently have lost the Executive Director, Head Nurse, and some other staff. They have a calendar of events and they aren't doing some of the activities listed on the calendar. There is a TV for church services on Sunday, but my loved one has never been taken down for this. I have asked repeatedly for this to be done. I would say not to go there. I am going to start to look for a new community for my loved one. They ended up bringing my loved one to another area of the community. I've never received a letter from the new Executive Director letting me know that they are there. My loved one called me, and they don't feel safe anymore. The residents on the memory care floor has been allowed to wonder around. One of the residents came and touched a family member during a visit with our loved one. My family member has even asked for privacy and the residents just sit down during the visit. Before the Executive Director left, it was much better with the service. I had a direct contact with a nurse. Now the staff won't communicate with me at all. As a follow up after my meeting with the Executive Director, she informed me that they will be hiring more staff. The Vice President spoke to me about a family member with the residents being to close. He let me know that this isn't supposed to be occurring. He put me at ease with all my concerns, and is currently interviewing for a Wellness Director. The Vice President is going to assign a Care Coordinator to my loved one to assist with any concerns and provide feedback to this Coordinator.

They do not accept pets. Cost was reasonable though.

We didn't like them at all. We didn't like anything about them. The residents are all crammed in these little rooms in a circle around the staff. We didn't think it was clean, the staff was not friendly or helpful. We just were not impressed at all with any of it. It was something we could afforded through Medicaid but it not a place I would consider for my mom.

Positive: The dining room is lovely and spacious the food is good and the wait staff excellent. The facility is clean and well kept. The receptions are pleasant and friendly but a constant turnover. Housekeeping and laundry were good. Negative: Head Nurse was a revolving door and most all unpleasant and not friendly. The General Manager was unfriendly, unpleasant rude and inept. In the areas of caregivers & med technicians they are under staffed and in some cases not well trained. I felt it was a corporate environment and all about the profit.

I did not like this community. They did not have enough staff to take care of the residents. The director did not know what was going on with the staff. My father's care was badly. The community was clean and very beautiful. They did not take care of his personal care. My father was left alone and his care was the worse. I can not recommend this community to anyone for care
