Everyone is extremely nice and personable. The accommodations and apartment sizes are wonderful. I am very happy here.

The staff have always been very responsive and give you their phone numbers to text or call with any questions, concerns or updates. They have always responded right away to my texts and addressed each situation/question right away. My Dad loves the 3 restaurants, especially the bistro where they make him pizzas and sandwiches. All restaurants have been very accommodating to my Dad's diet request. His room is very nice. He has made a lot of friends at the restaurants.

My mother had recently experienced a couple falls that resulted in a hospital stay, rehab and eventually placement in a memory care facility. We selected Heartis due to their reputation, nice facility and staff credentials. My mother was a handful but all the caregivers were caring, compassionate and professional. I commend the staff for their dedication and commitment in what is a very difficult working environment.

The facility is beautiful and luxurious, by far the nicest of any we saw. There have been some bumps in getting the new phase launched that are gradually working themselves out. Despite those annoyances, we're very happy with this choice.

Found more than I never knew to look for. All the practical stuff AND so many extras. My cottage is charming, private without being isolated. the meals are delicious and the people so friendly. Interesting and varied activities,

I felt like the whole staff worked very hard and were very caring in all their interactions. I plan to go there if I ever need care.

I think the entire staff was caring and compassionate and tried very hard to do a good job. I felt like they were understaffed for the number of residents that they had. They did a good job keeping the area secure. I visited 10 Memory Care Facilities and chose Heartis. They were very professional and I felt that my loved one got the best possible care. The only area of improvement that I suggest is more staff

I would give each a 5 except that it's a little pricey. I really like how welcoming the staff has been, the way you can tell they really know and care about each resident and how clean it always feels. My mother in law really enjoys the food as well

The director and the memory care director are always available and have taken care of any issues Mom has had! Mm loves the food and it does look really good! The facility is very nice and her caregivers are great with her! They have physical therapy on site along with a great nurse who comes twice a week.

The location of the facility is perfect. Doctors, hospitals and restaurants all nearby. I couldn't say enough wonderful things about the staff at Heartis. They were amazing to me and most importantly my Uncle! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a retirement home.

The activities director is so caring and qualified. The community feels lively every day, and there's always something new going on. The community itself is beautiful and the campus is so expansive. Hard to find something like it in this market!

My Mom moved in after a hospital stay about 2 months ago. Although she is still adjusting, the staff has been fantastic. The fact that Occupational and Physical Therapy available on site has really helped her recovery. Adding meds management has also been a huge improvement. While the price is more than other facilities, my sense is that the service and facility are worth the extra cost.

Village Park has been a perfect spot for mom as she transitioned into independent living near by brother and me. She left her home of 52 years to move 6 hours away to be near both of her children and within 3 weeks, she had made new friends and established wonderful new routines that are enhancing her well being. She looks healthier than she has in a few years and she is already thriving. Special thanks to a Place For Mom for helping make the connection!

I would say that they are very, very responsive to any need. The residents are obviously very happy, open and friendly. The entire process of applying was made personable and as simple as possible. Everything was upfront and honest with no hidden issues. The number of resident is high enough to create a very diverse and varied community, which is exactly what we were looking for.

There is a concierge on duty 24/7 so if you need help at 2am there is someone available. I feel safe here and other residents agree. Residents are also friendly. We have a lot of fun. No strangers - people introduce themselves to you. When I was new older residents taught me the ropes. When we don't see someone for a couple of days we check on each other. Older residents make the new ones feel welcomed. Front doors- where the concierge is - are open during daylight hours. After that you need your card to get in. Visitors must be allowed in by the Concierge. Entry through all other doors are strictly by resident card.

My husband has been at The Oaks at West Cobb for 2 Full months and I am very pleased with the care he has received. The staff is always engaged and supportive. It is so nice to be able to be the supportive spouse rather than the caregiver.

Facility was very nice and staff was friendly. But, I felt there was some inflexibility in regards to Mother's needs. Activities were not adapted for someone with limited eye sight. We made a couple of requests which we felt were reasonable and were told they didn't have the staff to accommodate those requests. One was simply to have someone spend 5 minutes with her after dinner to make sure her TV was working and on the station for her shows. We ended up pulling her out after about 2 months because she was so unhappy there.

My experience with Heartis was good. They were helpful, kind, caring - responsive to my mom's needs and my efforts and involvement in helping her. I would recommend them for sure.

The facility is close to the places to restaurants for family members to go for lunch and shopping; Staff is extremely compassionate and supportive. I definitely recommend Heartis Fayetteville to anyone who is looking.

Mom was adamant that she wasn’t going into any kind of home. She would just take care of herself. Well that wasn’t going to happen and my brother and sister agonized over how we could keep her with us but with the Dementia and her lack of mobility there was nothing else we could do but to find a place for her (mom). After weeks of looking I called A Place For Mom and after talking with them we took their suggestions and looked at several homes finally deciding on Heartis in Fayetteville Ga. They covered every question we had and made us feel good about our decision to place her there. She has been there around 5 weeks and tells us every time we wear her how happy she is to be there.
