I go to visit regularly and this home is clean, well cared for, no disturbing odors and a good home for those that need to be there. The staff is on top of issues or help needed. A very happy home for the residents. And, cookies at the entrance is a nice welcoming to visitors.

They helped my mom in every way we could’ve asked for, I enjoyed interacting with them while she stayed here. [name removed]was very welcoming when we first arrived gave us a great tour! The meals were good size for my mom she never had a bad thing to say. The care staff was always so sweet and goofy when we visited. I will miss coming here and seeing their staff.

The staff is warm and caring. They demonstrate a real love for the residents. The facilities are well maintained present a warm environment. The room sizes are good. The rooms are large enough to accommodate several guests and the common areas are well furnished for residents and their guests. There are outside courtyards that have trees and shrubs with several areas for seating. Most of the rooms have a bathroom between two rooms.

The thing that attracted us was that my brother wouldn't run out of money. It's priced very reasonably, and they don't raise the price. In other words, if you are in assisted-living, and then you graduate to memory care, it doesn't cost more for the extra care. A nice thing they have is a great room downstairs where meals are served and it's beautiful environment with a walkout area when the weather is nice where they can sit outside and enjoy the sunshine, etc. In this great room, they like to encourage people in memory care to stay in that room where they can have an eye on them, plus there's a TV and they play old music and old songs. They have good crafts going on for those they can participate. It's good for them to have social interaction and conversation with others, so I think it's really nice that they encourage that. From what I've seen in assisted-living, they have beautiful activities and people coming in all the time for entertainment. It really is a beautiful facility.

Just from touring the community I can tell the staff truly cares for the residents and gets to know the little details to make sure everyone is satisfied. The rooms are very homely gives a very ranch style feeling being in the heart of Sugarland TX.

Staff is very caring & friendly. The facility is nice and clean. The food is good. Lots of great activities to participate in. Provide rides to doctor appointments -- very helpful! Staff provides direct numbers where I can reach them anytime of day or night!

When it comes to the meals that are prepared, there could be more diabetes options but they're working on this. Admittedly my parents have been more focused on getting settled in (and I think that's true of the events staff as well) but excited to see where the Montessori approach leads as the site gets more staff and residents when it comes to the activities. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

My mother relocated to The Reserve at Peachtree City a few months ago and the process has been wonderful beyond our expectations. Her health and emotional well being has improved since moving to The Reserve. The caregivers are kind, patient and professional. The nurses are familiar with all the patients and make it easy to get care information with frequent communication. The administrators are knowledgeable and provided plenty of information to help with the transition without any pressure. The food is very good and her room is kept clean and fresh. We were satisfied with her previous care facility however everything about The Reserve at Peachtree City is better. It appears to me the residents are all getting the care they need with opportunity to enjoy each day. If you are shopping for assisted living or memory care near Atlanta, I highly recommend you call and visit The Reserve at Peachtree City. If you do you will receive a very nice welcoming from their pleasant front desk staff

My experience at The Auberge has been perfect, even better than I expected. I can’t say enough positive things about [name removed] he Registered Nurse, and the staff. I take great comfort in knowing my Father is safe, checked on daily, receives medication assistance, is well fed, and receives assistance with laundry and light housekeeping, weekly. The facility also had an in-house Doctor that treats the residents. Everyone employed here, in my view, goes above and beyond to do their jobs well. I’m greatly appreciative.

First time being at an assisted living facility and if the other places have 1/10th of the dedicated staff, variety of services, and quality of rooms then we will all be better off. Dealing with a myriad of personalities and needs can be challenging, but The Auberge at NO takes great efforts to give the best care possible. We can give candid feedback in writing or the many scheduled face-to-face meetings with administrators.

It has been outstanding. I am here every day and as a former facility manager for the Department of Energy, consider the entire operation to be well organized and the staff is attentive and very thoughtful in the high level of care they provide to the residents.

Beautiful Community. Great amenities. Very professional and helpful with the tour and with explaining what to expect with the process. Our father is in the beginning stage of dementia and this community is our first choice.

I really have been pleased with the Reserve. I feel like they really care about their patients. It's just pretty expensive and I've had a hard time because my dad doesn't even make enough in retirement to afford it but I'm glad he's there because he's close by and I also know that they are taking good care of him.

Cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is… So much for the residents to do, and places to go within the facility- it feels like a community. My uncle is rarely in his room, he keeps busy all day with the various activities. The place is beautiful, clean and very inviting. The staff and facility Doctor are involved with all aspect of care. Highly recommend for your family member, or visit to see all that is offered. So glad we “stumbled” upon the facility- a total God answering prayer thing :)

Very well build facility with comfortable setting for the elderly. Great program provided proper entertainment for the needs Good flow of activities and proper scheduling arrangements. Friendly place to visit. Almost a perfect place for all ages Lovely and peaceful image to keep.

My husband is living at The Reserve. Our experience with the staff has been great. He is well taken care of and watched over. The staff encourages him daily to engage with others and participate in activities. They encourage him to follow through with his therapies. His room is kept tidy and cleaned daily. His bed is made daily and all linens washed weekly or more often if necessary. His clothes are washed, folded,and put away for him. I would definitely recommend The Reserve at Peachtree City to anyone considering assisted living. The staff are patient and kind to all. The facility is in excellent shape and the rooms are very nice and spacious.

Staff is amazing! Facility is beautiful! Units are well equipped and extremely comforting. food is pretty good.... always different choices everyday. Im 56 and I would gladly live there. Happy hour every Friday with free beer and wine. Laundry each week. Cleaning each week. Button pendant in case of emergency. Nurse brings meds to administer every day. Weekly outings. A lot of events. I would gladly live there!!!

What our family likes the most about Crescent Landing is the staff. They are very friendly. I wish there were more outings and activities for my dad to attend. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families

My father-in-law is very settled and happy there. The new ownership and remodeling has caused a little bit of an upheaval, but the company has been very professional and considerate of the residents through the process, keeping them informed and making the temporary moves seamless.
